These missions are set in Takigakure, for Taki-nin.
Mission name: Controlled Delivery {Non-repeatable}
Mission rank: C-rank.
Objective: Pose as a delivery person and obtain a signature from a person believed to be recieving contraband, then arrest him.
Location: Takigakure, Downtown {To be performed in forum for border of Konoha or Iwa}
Reward: 180 Ryo.
Mission description: The police force in Takigakure has intercepted a package containing contraband and have asked for two Shinobi to perform a controlled delivery. You'll be given one official city uniform for delivering and you must obtain a signature from the recipient of the package. Once you have a signature, arrest the man.
Mission details: The main suspect and his friends will react with violence when approached for arrest, you must subdue them. Defeating the leader will cause the two friends to surrender.

Jutsu: All C-rank and lower Suiton library jutsu, as well as the Water Dragon Bullet technique.
Character: Kakine is a late teenage drug dealer who receives small shipments from Takigakure crime syndicates so that he can sell to his friends. The criminal organizations allow this to continue and provide him good prices on what he buys because the younger they can form habits in young people across the village, the more potential customers they'll have in the future. Kakine is cocky and aggressive and doesn't like to back down, but if hes faced with the threat or reality of real bodily harm, he's a coward like all the others.
He has two friends who are D-rank Shinobi, they have C-rank Taijutsu but do not use techniques.
