General:
Kiri, as a nation has had a speckled history with the Amaterasu technique, so, as a given Ayakashi created a set of instructions and special training on how to deal with threats from the legendary black fire including safety zones and meeting areas. This thought process was later converted by the idea that: 'If you're ready for Amaterasu, you're ready for anything.' As such, the procedures were expanded to include other things less specific to Amaterasu, while the procedures remained under the same title. Kirigakure appoints several ninja and civilians as "Amaterasu Wardens," or simply "Wardens," whose job it is to keep people safe and respond to threats as they arise.

The Wardens as well as every citizen are trained in standard evacuation procedure with the Wardens specifically trained to enforce it, as well as techniques to be able to hold back damage.

Wardens:
Kirigakure Wardens are non-combatants, be they ninja or otherwise they have a knowledge and command over the people in times of crisis. Given bright orange fleuro vests, they stand out from the crowd as they usher people to a safe location. Wardens are first and foremost volunteers with an age requirement of 18 in order to be considered a Warden, most of the Warden population being made of civilians who do their part in keeping each other safe and helping the country in its time of need.

Ninja Wardens:
Ninja Wardens are those who run toward the problem, people make way for ninja wardens much in the same way that people make way for fire-engines or ambulances. Ninja warden, for their entrance exam are taught to use the Jutsu Nullification technique costing 300 ryo and 1500 words, a technique which is capable of sealing away Amaterasu with enough people or other techniques which could harm the infrastructure of or damage the village.
