Beep beep beep. Kaekio's alarm rang signaling it was time for her to start her first mission. she grabbed her gear she had packed just before going to bed at set out on her journey. She was tasked with eliminating a small group of low class bandits that were terrorizing the locals. seemed simple enough to her and so she walked slightly faster than normal down her stairs and into the streets of Kumo. it was a little after mid day and the streets where busy with people roaming about there daily lives. Kaekio moved silently through the crowds of people stopping only once to grab a quick bite before she left on her adventure. finally she made it to the front gate and then she took off head towards the rice fields where several spottings of the bandits had been made. about a quarter of the way to the rice fields she thought it would be in her best interest to conserve her energy and so she slowed down to a walk. as she walked along the path she gazed around at the beautiful mountain side and all of the beautiful mountains and clouds around her, she then looked up to see a beautiful blue sky and it made her smile. after about an hour she reached the rice fields she began looking around for foot prints or messed up parts that could only be made by bandits of their nature. she searched the massive fields and only found minor things and all of which lead to a dead end. then she searched around the edge of the of fields and after about 45 minutes she found something. Several pair of foot prints and a lot of broken things. Kaekio place she hand firmly together open palmed and focus on her kekai genkai. nothing. she probably wasn't close enough, and so keep her hand pressed together  she walked along the path of destruction  until a she came to the door of an abandon mine shaft. At that exact moment is when she felt the presence of four people camping out inside of the mine shaft. A grin came a crossed Kaekio's face as she plotted an ambush for the members inside, her Intel informed her that the bandits came out to the rice fields every night around 2 am and so she would wait just outside the entrance in a bush and when they came out she would launch and all out assault, her Intel had also informed her that they were taijustu users and she she would have to be a bit more long ranged then she liked, but no matter. she crept down into the bush with her hands firmly together waiting for the bandits to move from there hide out. Finally around 1:43 it had started to rain and lighting was hiitting her there and everywhere, This made Keakio smile because of the intensity of the Lighting she could feel it as far away as 500 meters. Then she felt them coming up the passage way of the shaft. when they were about 22 meters from the door, Kaekio made the hand signs for her Misty Flame Dance justu and then spread Flammable gas through the entrance of the mine and so the minute they opened the door to the shaft they would be fully engulfed in it. another 2 to 3 minutes went by before Kaekio saw the door open to the shaft and she watched as four bandits with gas masks on stepped out into the dark rain. Kaekio smiled with the gas masks on they couldn't even smell the gas around them. then quickly Kaekio made the hand signs for her Raiton Sparkler and light the gas a flame. in an instant the entire entrance was in flames. The explosion knocked all for of them down to the ground and left burns all over them, but they were not down for the count. With Kaekio still hidden and the bandits dazed she pulled out her sword and put her left palm flat against it. Then she sent Chakra into the blade and it began to glow a bright blue, the only thing visible in the night besides the brief flashes of lighting. Then Kaekio stepped out in the open, charging her other hand with Raiton chakra aswell, she charged her opponents, her current perception set to combat range now, and aimed at the one closed to her, who was just comming to his sense and barely sitting up she ran him through with her sword his already weakened flesh allowing easy access to his heart with her sword. one down three to go. she turned her body and pulled out her sword simultaneously and with the other one at arms length she reached out and touched him with her lighting rod technique and with him being soaked in water it caused him to pass out, she'd kill him later. Then she set her sights on the next target who by this point had heard the screams from the other two and was fully on his feet. She charged him but he simply dodge and then went on the offensive against her, she laughed hand vs sword i wonder which is going to win? Kaekio sensed the fourth one about 8 meters away beginning to stir but at the moment he wasn't a threat and so she continued to focus on the one who was now charging her. She easily dodged his punch and with her blade ready to strike placed her left hand on to his chest and electrocuted him with lighting rod and with her other hand ran him through with sword. two dead, one out cold. she felt the fourth one running at her and so she losed her sword from the now bleeding chest of the third target and waited until he was within 4 meters. once there she pulled the sword out quickly and twisted her body. Spinning with sword in hand she felt a heavy jerk in her right hand as she decapitated the last man. she finished spinning and began breathing heavily, but he work wasn't done quit yet. she walked over to the second target and with both hands thrust her sword downwards on his chest killing him in an instant. there now she was done and she could go home. she walked to a near by river and cleaned off her sword and any blood on her and then head home... body clean up was not her job.
