Clan History: Mannken clan is a small family of religious extremists that believe in the Voodoo religion, they are all around the world and every year they all meet for a gathering called, the tribal dance, in which they all pray and sacrifice rum and cigars and dance. Members of this clan have worked on making links with people and dead bodies. they also have all grown attached to a homemade straw and cotton doll that is made by them and for them at the dance festival when they are 5 years old and they never part with the doll and even give it a name.
The man who made this clan was named, Jamsin, he and a group of followers discovered an ancient temple of the Voodoo and were stripped of all their elements and given the voodoo link, and all of their childern were given the same curse.

Kekkei Genkai Description: Members of this clan have the ability to control dead bodies (Npcs or Items) threw the power of Voodoo, though they are not able to use any jutsu that isnt their s threw the dead bodies.

Members of this clan are also able to attack their targets with curses, this are done threw infusing their charka into a weapon our using touch, this can also be done with other items, (such as salt) these curses are ninjutsu in nature and can affect the speed, strength, reaction speed and even causing sleep at higher ranks, though the curses themselves cause no damage to the actual person they only hurt the targets stats.
Members of this clan get a free E rank doll of their choice.

Drawbacks: Members of this clan are unable to use any elements ever.
Members of this clan must take Frail as a trait without balancing out.
Once they go below 50 chakra they grow very tired and slow, they lose one rank of speed while lower then 50 chakra.
They are unable to take Taijutsu as a Spec. ever due to their ranged style and frail bodies.

Description: This jutsu must be used threw a medium, as in a kunai or shuriken or even salt, as long as they use it threw the item, if the item comes within six inches of the target the curse is hit.
D- The target gets sleepy and tired as if they were working out. Limbs are slightly haggard
C- The target gets quite tired and sleepy, they take minus 1 to reaction time, but after the jutsu they receive +1 for a post
B- The target feels as though they haven't slept in days, they take -1 Tier to  speed
A- The Target feels tired as if they had not slept in two weeks, they take minus 1 Tier to speed and reaction time.

Name: Zombie Walking Jutsu

Description: The user places their chakra in a material medium and places the medium into a dead Npc body and causes the body to ''rise'' though they are being controlled completely by the user, this jutsu may be used on a live person but it must be an Npc and they must pay for the ''body'' and cant just rp it in unless they have the ''item'' payed for. The dead or alive body is only able to use jutsu that the user has and has the strengh of a Chuunin as well as speed of one, the ''Zombie'' reacts slower to things when fighting due to the link taking a lag when given commands (-1 reaction time) once the body sustains the damage that would kill a normal person they are rendered dead and now unusable.
This doesnt take over the mind or bring life to a body, this wraps the users chakra around the body and using their mind to make the chakra move.
This jutsu isnt clan locked and is copiable.

Description: The user surrounds charka around their voodoo doll and make it grow to the size of a small teen (5ft) and looks the same as it was when it was small, the doll is then covered in a black chakra cloak with a top hat, also in each hand a bottle of rum made of black voodoo charka and in its mouth a long cigar also made of chakra. The Voodoo doll becomes the appearance of the god of the crossroads. The puppet can move the speed of the user.
Touching the Black chakra cloak, hat, rum, or cigar causes Extreme pain and causes the skin to where it touches to start to rot (necrosis) and the necrosis per touch spreads 6 inches from the touch and 3 inches deep, the flesh affected by this jutsu smells like rancid flesh and is extremely painful.

For the record, just cos you've Said Voodoo "pronounced Hoodoo" I just thought that i would point out that Hoodoo and voodoo were not the same thing, though they pretty much are now because of syncretism, but Voodoo or Vodun was traditional while Hoodoo was Voodoo spliced with European beliefs, though this influence spread to both forms including the Haitian's making them indistinguishable now.

Just in case you wanted to change the whole 'pronounced differently thing' So that you're a little more consistent, it does not 'matter' but, it would make it a little more culturally in sync if they were separated.

The big problem that i have with this clan, is aside from Jashin, (which it seems to me like you are making, as Jashin has some Haitian themes, Hidan's black, skeletal form being very Loa'y, or in representation of the Baron Semedi.) Chakra needs to travel, and as much I am well versed in sympathetic magic and how it works, chakra, which does not need to travel from point A to point B through some physical means or otherwise, is the definition of 'space time.'

And I feel that this clan not only boarders on the Jashin KKG without being a Jashin clan, and also as it stands, i feel that the practice of voodoo without some very specific stops put in place, is really abusable.

It's for this reason until i feel that a lot of rebalancing on the space time issue is done, as well as well seperating it from the Jashin KKG, i'm saying this clan is DENIED until further edits are done. Which will need to be substantial, I've edited WIP into the title of the thread.
