Clan History: The Yuurei were not born, but created. They were the result of a recent experiment conducted in a largely abandoned area of the snow country. In an attempt to create and modify young children to become ideal assassins, they would take orphans and urchins off of the streets or even buy them from poor families and conduct torturous experiments that would change the very structure of their chakra systems. Once they were lured into the facilities or kidnapped by the people that ran the project, they were all branded with the symbol of the experiment to make their purpose clear. Therefore, people within this group all have the brand burned into them in some place on their skins.

Most of the people involved in the experiments died due to infections or errors of procedure while their brains and organs were being tampered with. The experiments were torturous and took a heavy toll on the bodies of the subjects. As a result, people belonging to this group are heavily covered in scars around their bodies. Some suffer from mental issues due to the torment that they were subjected to while others simply become numb to all of their surroundings. The mental effects of the assassins created in that facility were varied, but the physical effects remained consistent, granting these people the maximum stealth possible.

Once the subjects were ready and old enough to be shipped as soldiers to the highest bidding army or country, shinobi from Yukigakure invaded the facility after a long investigation as to why children were disappearing off of the streets. They began murdering both the caretaker and scientists along with the test subjects, who they deemed were abominations. It is unclear as to how many scientists and test subjects survived the massacre. However, both groups now roam free, playing an extended game of cat and mouse throughout the shinobi nations.

Kekkei Genkai Description: The special ability of the Yuurei is unlike that of most clans that tend to specialize in a certain element or ability. This ability, the Shizukera, is passive. It suppresses the user's chakra pool, making it so that he or she cannot be sensed. In other words, they have no chakra signature that can be picked up. However, the degree to which this is true depends on the rank of the shinobi in question:

D-rank ninja: Can hide from C-rank chakra sensory passively.

C-rank ninja: Can hide from B-rank chakra sensory passively.

B-rank ninja: Can hide from A-rank chakra sensory passively.

A-rank ninja: Can hide from S-rank chakra sensory passively.

S-rank ninja: Can hide from SS-rank chakra sensory passively.

SS-rank ninja: Cannot be detected by chakra sensory at all.


To add to this, they emit no sound whatsoever unless they are speaking. Their movements in general are completely silent. Even the weapons the weapons and items that they use are the same, as long at they maintain physical contact with them. The jutsu that stem from the members of this clan are also completely silent. The Yuurei do not project a shadow and as they step on the ground or move through a plane, they leave no footsteps behind. Lastly, the Yuurei maure very slowly and often look younger than their true age. Consequently, they can live up to 150 years of age.


Drawbacks: Because the ability of the Yuurei is passive, a permanent 40 point reduction to their chakra pool. The result of the experiments on these children's bodies has also shortened their stamina considerably. Therefore, they must take "Fatigue" as a negative characteristic without balancing it out with a positive one. Additionally, members of the Yuurei clan are physically weak, giving them a -1 tier in strength.

Description: This is the signature move of the Yuurei and the final effect of the experiments conducted on their bodies. It offers them the ability to bend the light around them in order to turn themselves and the items they hold invisible to the naked eye. They camouflage perfectly with the background along with the items they hold and the jutsu they produce. This ability, along with the others, does not diminish or improve with rank. However, the person using this technique can be seen one post before they perform another jutsu or before using weaponry or taijutsu. In other words, they are visible while preparing for an attack.

Not without an apped ability for invisibility

I understand its a stealth clan, but there needs to be chakra costs for it to be activated and reactivated at various times, it's not really a passive if you can turn it on.

Uh, you're going to need a lot more drawbacks for complete passive immunity to chakra sensory at all ranks (nix Byakugan and Mangekyou Sharingan), not to mention inability to be detected by sound or tracked via footprints. Honestly, a scaled type of thing would be more appropriate for both this and the invisibility.

In addition, the jutsu needs a rank. It is an activated ability. Preferably at least B-Rank
