Dead
Protect the Civilians!!:

Ren had just finished his mission and rested for just over an hour before he was already being called out to duty again. It seems the village was now short staffed with many of the shinobi being killed off. Now was not a good time for those who loved peace as Ren began to think to himself. Why do the Seven Bells exist, why do they want to return to harsh times. Why do they not understand that in the end they will never succeed.

As he slowly heads towards the villagers he who were put in his care. He then recognised a child in the group of civilians, the child of the man who saved his life. He decided at the very least he could not be careless with his mission. He was also told he would have to meet up with his partner from the previous mission. Knowing only one person as he was happy to have another chance to be with Shiru, walking slowly with the five villagers as he ignored the child somewhat. They followed him while the one old lady asked him. "Aren't you young for a shinobi" Then the child blurted out. "You just a kid, where are all the real shinobi". He looked down then finally said, " Real or not, if you not with me you will die". He said that with a cold expression on his face as everyone kept quiet after that. He was slowly walking towards the meeting point nearby the one market place shop. He stopped there waiting patiently for Shiru to arrive as he realised he was being followed a while back when he noticed an extra pair of footsteps. It meant that at any time he could be attacked and he would have to keep up his guard this time. He did not want to take chances as he took note of his surroundings as he wanted to make sure he did not stand out too much. He knew that they would not attack him until his back was turned. His best plan for now was to wait it out. "Shiru, please hurry"

The woman had recovered from the last mission she had undertaken attempting to quell the onslaught of seven-bells and his crew. The war she had gotten herself mixed up in was harsh and unforgiving, many good people dying in the course of it. And for what? Glory? For their homeland? This is why the female believed she needed to create her own utopia from the wreckage of the current world. To end all this strife, and let people live on peacefully. The woman sat up from her hotel bed, shaking herself a bit, moving to the corner where she had leaned her scythe against the  wall, her black with red trim cloak folded up neatly on a chair beside it. She sighed, donning the cloak once more, pulling it onto her slender body. The cloak itself was large and baggy upon her form, causing her slenderness to be mistaken for someone a bit wider in the frame. Her arms were straight down to her side, the sleeves' hems going down past her fingertips by a good three inches. One hand reached back to pull the cloak's hood down over her face, masking her face entirely in shadow. Only her dark crimson eyes could be seen through them. With the same hand she reached out to grab her scythe, twirling it around her form before placing it into a loop-like sheath upon the back of her cloak, having it sit in its normal diagonal position across her back.

Kamikira quietly walked over to the door of her hotel room, opening it and stepping out into the dark and starry night. She had been assigned to protect civilians that were attending some event toward the center of the village and she nodded a bit, moving to jump from the third-floor hall balcony to the waiting ground below, contemplating how to go about this mission. The market place was her current destination and she moved quickly, shifting through alleyways and dodging small stalls peppered along the streets as she neared the marketing district of the Village hidden in the Mist. With silent steps, she saw her subordinate, Ren, leading villagers to the meeting point. She was soon to call out to him before she noticed that there was an assassin following them. He meant to kill her student and then do whatever he had in mind with the civilians they were charged with protecting. How sloppy of the young genin to allow himself to be followed for so long. She waited quietly for the group to stop before placing her hand upon the handle of her scythe, crouching down into a readied stance.

Quickly she pulled the scythe from the loop it sat in and pushed her body forward towards the seven-bells assassin. He turned a moment to late to notice the girl was five feet from him now, swinging her scythe when his gaze fell upon her form. Her scythe's blade cut cleanly through the skin upon the main's throat, cutting the thin vein known as the jugular, causing him to clutch his throat, falling to the ground bleeding out profusely and quickly. Upon the man falling, she stood once more, pushing the scythe back into the loop upon her back, her cold crimson eyes staring at her student in silence, before she had decided to speak. "You allowed yourself to be followed. I'd be lying to say I wasn't disappointed."

Finally she arrived, he lit up for a moment his hair rising up slightly until she spoke. He disappointed her as he was thinking about it for a while before he would speak to her. Looking around to make sure no one else was around other than the civilians. Then he finally spoke to her. "Hi Shiru, I'm sorry about that i still need more training with that. Not really used to being the one followed". He rubbed his head embarrassed and ashamed of himself. He looked at her only then realising she had one similar look in her eyes. The look of someone who has been betrayed by the world, the look that also said that he should work harder to survive.

***FlashBack***

"Hey, get him do not let that kid beat you Jusuke!" as the kids jeered chearing on Jusuke the brown haired boy who was said to be on his way to being the next top student in the academy. A little blonde boy looked up to the boy as he tried his best, only to be beaten over and over again. Finally a woman appeared and split them apart as she told Ren four words. "Do not disappoint me". No matter how many years would pass, no matter what would change he would always hate to hear those words.

The next day Jusuke was bragging about becoming the top student in the class. Showing off his taijutsu as well as his mastery of basic jutsus in the academy. He was laughing as he began picking on the little blonde boy. The boy did not really care before, but he did not wish to disappoint as he rose to the challenge. The kids cheered Jusuke on and even the academy instructors were laughing. The blonde boy was about to give up as he got hit in the face, losing consciousness, and at that same time those words came to him. "Do not disappoint me". He picked up a stick which in the shinobi world was as fair as taking an extra pen to write an exam. Jusuke laughed as he already fought against people using weapons. Although not as powerful the little boy used his clan's secret sword technique with the stick. "Mizukiri", as the technique hit him pointblank the boy got hurt which was fine, until the little boy swung the stick hard hitting the bigger kid in the face. The wood from the stick splintered into the boys eyes. Before anyone realised what was going on the little boy hit him again in the gut. Before knocking him out as the stick broke completely. Then to finish it the little boy kept kicking Jusuke repeatedly until the one instructor stopped him. "That is enough, good job showing him why this is the Bloody Mist".

He proudly then faced the bloody stick at the other frightened students who later all quit the academy or transferred. "I am Yuzu Ren, get real or get lost you bunch of kids"

***FlashBackEnd***

He looked down as he regained his composure and those words now made him extremely serious as he finally noticed something suspicious. Why was there only one assassin following him. Where were the others hiding, he wondered as he looked around then looked towards Shiru. He gave a serious look before looking at all the villagers chatting casually. "Shiru, we need to lure them out if we travel to the hospital like this we will end up losing all the villagers. I may not be good at stopping them from following us, but I would like to ask you if you saw anyone suspicious when you were looking out for me." This was important as the place was far too empty especially since it appeared to be a clear path to the hospital with the distance only being about maybe a thousand more meters to safety and another five hundred meters to the hospital itself. That meant a range of one thousand meters of potential traps or ambushes. He grabbed hold of his sword, waiting for Shiru to give the clear. If she saw someone they would be able to avoid an ambush and potentially he could let send out his clones to clear out some of the enemies. If she saw no one then he knew he would have to make a run for it sending in clone decoys spread out to cause confusion. He had faith in Shiru and believed she would lead them to safety no matter what the odds. He had placed his faith in her, now all that mattered was whether he could do something deserving of praise.

The girl silently shook her head. "Just the one for now, but keep going. I'll take to the rooftops to scan for any signs of a potential threat. I'll be close by, by just make sure you don't get yourself killed. I may have my hands full up there as well." With that she quickly ran to the first building nearest her and jumped onto a market stall, then onto the roof of said building disappearing from the sight of those below her. She was upon the roof for only a few moments when she noticed two more assassin's upon a roof opposite her. They were directly on the way to the safe zone and seemed to have bolt shooters, to attempt to kill ninja from above, rather than head on. Smart. Not smart enough though, as they hadn't planned on someone getting onto the roofs to counter-attack them. Or even flank them and take them out before they could cause any damage at all. She quickly moved her form, hopping through a gap to make it onto the roof where the assassin's were, putting her hand back onto the handle of her scythe, moving quickly.

Her hand pulled the scythe from the loop, cutting the bolt shooter of the first assassin in half, dodging a swipe from the second. The two men would stand, and strike at her, the girl simply blocking with the blade of her scythe. The first man she attacked backed away and threw a kunai with an explosive tagging trailing by wire at her, and she moved her free hand to catch it, quickly pulling the explosive tag off. With another swift movement she placed it to the chest of the second assassin, putting her foot to his stomach, kicking him off of the roof. The tag exploded, taking him with it and blowing his body parts around the area. She then turned to the other assassin, pulling her arm back and throwing her scythe with great force at him, aiming for his chest.

The scythe's blade pierced into the middle of his chest, causing him to fall backwards, dying from the blade's impact. Kamikira tossed the kunai she had caught down, running to retrieve her scythe, hopping to the next roof. The assassins were all coming out to play now. From the shadows there were seven or eight of them spread out over three rooftoops, each readying their bolt shooters and aiming at either Kamikira or her student. The explosion must have drawn them out and Kamikira cursed herself for not being more careful. Quickly she jumped to the next rooftop,  moving the scythe to block a few arrows coming her way, knocking them to the ground. She turned her side to an oncoming kunai, her cloak effectively blocking it from ever hitting her, and putting it to the ground. With a silent movement her scythe swung when she neared the first man on this roof, cutting into his throat and causing him to fall and bleed profusely. He would be dead in a few minutes and she looked to the other two upon her rooftop. She moved, dodge kunai, running first to the man with multiple exploding tags in his hands.

Before he could throw them, she sliced his arms, cutting through to bring the to be cut off. When the arms fell to the ground, she picked each one up and tossed them onto the other rooftops, right in the middle of the other assassin's triggering explosions to deal with them post haste. After which she kicked the arm less man off of the building and watched him fall off the building to the ground below and to his death. She turned now, tilting her head at the last remaining man on the roof she occupied. The man began to seem worried, shooting off arrow repeatedly at her, all of which being blocked easily by her cloak. She moved quickly, slicing at his leg and bringing her scythe point up into his jaw as he feel, effectively and easily killing him.

After which the girl silently jumped from rooftop to rooftop, looking down every once in a while to ensure her student and the cargo were safe from harm. She stopped on a rooftop about halfway to their destination, looking around and shouldering he weapon. It was way too quiet for her liking. They should have been meeting with greater resistance than this and it wasn't like the enemy to just give up mid-battle. Something wasn't right.

He watched as she answered him and then left to scout ahead on the roof tops. He noticed the number of villagers were now eleven. Something was odd though, he just could not figure it out yet. As they walked along between the shops and broken houses. He carefully looked around he lost sight of Shiru who had went quite far ahead. As they walked some of the villagers kept complaining about their feet hurting, while the other one wanted some sake and a woman to please him. He quickly let them stop along the way as he went inside a shop watching them as he made the excuse that he needed the toilet. Pretending to pee he formed a few seals and as he went back out he said to them.

"Be careful, we do not know when they might attack us but do not fall behind okay". The villagers all nodded as he walked along with them. It had been roughly a few minutes when one of the villagers pulled on his shoulder. He looked back and asked "What is the problem?". The person looked down then said. "I think we are being followed". Ren looked at the person for a while, then he asked the person a question. "What makes you think that?". Soon the person paused then replied, "I may be old but i definately heard thirteen footsteps. Ren then smiled and said, "What do you think i should do? if he does not show himself no point in finding him he will come to me. He kept walking with the villagers as he then heard an explosion. He just saw smoke but when he heard the second and third explosion he was relieved. If it had been successful there would have only been one explosion followed by an ambush.

He looked around and finally stopped as he realised he caught up to Shiru as he got a glimpse of her in the distance. He began to wave to her only to have a sword stabbed right through his chest as the villagers panicked, screaming histerically as they saw the blood flowing from his body. The enemy was proud laughing. "That was way too easy, since when do ..." His laughter was cut short when the body turned to water. It was a water clone, he turned around and shouted. "Hey, Jino his not here!" The other guy quickly came out and then shouted. "Take the hostages and make a run for ..."Ren appeared from behind slashing the guy from behind up the spinal column. While he did not manage to cut through the bone the pain being near the nerves left the guy unable to respond as his legs gave in on him. Before the other shinobi could shout for help Ren dashed and launched a lightning technique, "Kangekiha", as the lightning travelled it was even more effective due to the water from his clone making the guy wet.

His plan worked using himself as bait to find the villager who did not belong, while tailing himself knowing there was someone also tailing them as well. This had been too easy, but you can not expect everyone to be well trained shinobi. As he let the villagers rest for a while to calm down, he raised his hand up in the air indicating to Shiru that she should wait a while.

While he waited assuming she will not stray too far he checked each villager carefully. He did not let any of them know he was cutting a specific point on each of their clothing. He realised most people might miss this slight change as he even cut a piece of his own top. He did not want to be too careless so he formed some seals and summoned five ordinary clones to run out and scout ahead. They could not go far but at the very least he might bait an ambush as he indicated for Shiru to go ahead now. He had made more water clones as two of them finally reached Shiru. They bowed and one of the water clones spoke. "We can not travel any further from the original, we want you to help find the ambush. He is moving forward with the villagers at a steady pace we are to scout the area roughly thirty meters ahead in order to avoid traps". That water clone took a break as the other one spoke. "Sorry if this was a bit of a bother but we expect you will be able to destroy that one suspicious shop. The shop is damaged but one of the other clones that was sent in there never came back. Your technique and power should be able to handle the situation. The original said he can cover the villages but he can not deal with this building with all the dead weight following him.

Meanwhile Ren had already been heading out with the normal bunshin running around madly. How would Shiru deal with the suspicious shop and there could be many traps inside which was why Ren kept his last two water clones in hiding. He was not going to take any chances with this mission.

Kamikira noted the commotion going on below her, but wouldn't let it bother her too much. She quietly looked around, waiting on her student to give his ready signal, showing that he could proceed now. After a few minutes and more attacks, the kid wanted her to just wait around. She sighed, as he sent up two water clones to talk with her a moment, telling her what the kid had planned, and what he was asking her to do. Apparently there was a nice little suspicious shop around the corner on the way to the mission objective and that could prove dangerous for the convoy of precious cargo. Unfortunately it was too far for the water clones to go to, but perfect for the Ronin. She shook her head a bit, and sighed. 'Very well,' she thought to herself solemnly. 'Whatever would make this mission go quickly and smoothly.' The ronin quietly looked toward her objective, spinning her scythe around in her hand for a few moments before rushing off towards the new sub-goal.

She moved her form quickly, making it to the rooftop of the suspicious shop around the corner ahead of the group. Quietly and quickly she hopped down to the ground in an alley way on the side of said building, peeking around the corner. There was only one assassin standing guard outside the door and he wasn't paying much attention. He had an arrow gun in his hands and was looking up at the sky, yawning. She whistled softly, and hid behind the corner, waiting for him to investigate. Once he began to come around the corner, she twirled her scythe around in her hand, swinging it around the corner as the man came. The scythe blade was behind his neck, and before he knew what was going on, she yanked it through, decapitating the man. His head rolled into the alley and his body fell into a heap upon the ground. Kamikira pulled the body into the alleyway as well, coming around the corner to the front of the shop, peeking in the window on the door. There were four seven-bells ninja in there, with two in the back, and one on opposite sides of the room.  The two in the rear were obvious archers while the other two each held kunai with explosive tags on them. This was going to be quite annoying.

She began to reach for the door knob, before she noticed a massive amount of explosive tags hooked to the door, primed to explode when somebody opened said door. Clever, but Kamikira left the door alone going back into the alleyway. She found a side door which lead into the back of what she could only guess was a bookshop that the seven-bells were in and she checked this door for traps. Just as she thought, there were explosive tags there too. But the wire around the door knob acting as fuse and primer was a bit loose. Sloppy. She opened the door slowly, unwrapping the wire from the doorknob and letting it drop from her grip. Soon she had entered the side door, being behind the two archers, the two of them nonchalantly talking about stories from their past, or the women they wanted. Well, it was too bad they wouldn't get any of them. Kamikira was a bit disgusted at how these men talked about the women and instead of simply killing them, she went back and grabbed their explosive tags. With a quickness  she stuck both of the archers with one tag each and used the other tags to put onto the other two men, the tags above the door, and next to the door. Her tag next to the doors exploded, creating her exit.

Once she had exited the building and began to run safely, the building exploded in a fiery display of body parts, blood, and debris from the building itself. The explosion attracted more archers and they immediately began to fire upon her as she was running through the street. Kamikira moved her body up to the roof tops once more, swinging her scythe at the first archer to cross her path. She sliced his throat open and continued along. Her cloak was reinforced so it blocked the incoming projectiles exceptionally well, and she felt them bounce off to the ground, useless and pitiful. There were six archers left. Three on her rooftop, and one across the street, all of them firing arrows at her, and trying to kill her if they could.

Sadly for them, they did not have the abilities necessary to go through with killing her. She was all but impenetrable when it came to their puny arrows, and at one point she stood around, letting them fire at her just to get a laugh. Once she had gotten the laugh she wanted, she moved to the first group of three, dodging arrows aimed towards her face, and jumped into the air, twirling her scythe around above her head. They foolishly looked up and watched her movements instead of continued to attempt killing her. Her crimson eyes reflected against star light, glaring down at them as she fell towards the larger archer in the middle, bringing her scythe blade down on him. It cut from his collar bone, diagonally through his chest, out by his hip. The man's form  fell to the ground in two parts, the other archers swinging their bowguns at Kamikira. She moved backwards, dodging the attacks and sighed, looking at each of the men in turn. They were so pitiful and frail, how did they become rogue ninja?

Kamikira swung her scythe around her, twirling in a circle, to  bring the blade through each of their throat, slicing it open and causing the to bleed profusely from the new wounds, dying within a matter of minutes. Now just the three on the other rooftop and she could be done with this, and go home. She was tired of this mission already and the archers got annoying after a while of feeling their arrows hit you every few seconds. Her back and arms, as well as her chest, were beginning to feel somewhat numb and it annoyed her to know it was caused by those harmless arrows. She'd have to deal with these other guy first, and kill any at the goal. They were only fourty or so meters from it now anyway, so killing these guys and a few more at the safe zone sounded like the end of it. At least for her part of the job. The same could not be said for her student, but she had faith in him.

She quickly jumped over to the other rooftop, standing there and grinning at her quarry. They were going to die painful deaths. At least she though so before one of them looked at her and maniacally laughed, forming a handseal. The other two did the same and upon closer inspection, the ronin noticed explosive tags were everywhere on this rooftop. So, they planned to kill her by killing themselves. Smart, but not smart enough. She still had good protection from the tags, but not in this high of a number. She quickly put her scythe back into the loop hole like sheathe upon the back of her cloak, turning to run in the opposite direction. She jumped into the air, to get away as the rooftop went up in an explosive force, breaking nearby windows and sending debris and soot everywhere. The building itself was now burning and kamikira had been flung into a fruit stall, breaking it horribly. She managed to stand, coughing a bit  and stretching. Her cloak had protected her for the most part, but that landing sure hurt like hell.

Quietly she began to run towards the goal, ignoring the numbness having been replaced with sharp pains that would continue to irritate her as she made her way. The pains were mainly in her leg, and she had to stop to rest on her way to the safezone. Only five meters to go and she had an injury, that was terrible. Upon lifting up her cloak, Kamikira noticed a piece of glass sticking out of her calf. She sighed, and pulled it out, the glass having been larger than she though, at about three inches long and five wide. She had been extremely lucky that it didn't break inside her or hit a nerve or vein. Looking around, she grabbed a banner for a shop and tore it down the middle. Afterwards she wrapped it around her new wound tying it to keep herself from bleeding out and dying from such a minor wound. After she was all patched up, she stood once more, running the five meters into the safe zone, looking around hurriedly for any signs of danger that might impede their progress or success of the mission. Finding nothing, Kamikira quietly went to the administration building to find medical attention and to rest up, as she was sure soon they would be starting another mission that would be just as annoying as this one. If not more so. She had noticed that only during these missions she'd done with her new student had he really been of any use to her as thus far. They were both still relatively week but hopefully doing things like this would completely change that. Well, missions and training would change that, sometimes more of one than the other, you couldn't always balance them. As she reached the administration building she huffed a bit, and entered, to get to the medical wing and get patched up while awaiting her student. While she awaited him she thought back to the night they had first met and how quickly she had accepted him. Did she really already have a soft spot for that littler twerp? No, she must be out of her mind or something. Well at least she hoped she was, because she definitely still hated men. Hated or not though, the kid had wormed his way into her thoughts and made her feel she wanted him alive. 'Damn Kid.'

He had faith in her as he gave the signal for them to move along. He kept walking as his water clones in the back watched over them. This mission was going well, almost too well. With his master taking care of the threat he mentioned earlier they should be fine. He moved slowly not wanting to run as most of these villagers were rather slow. He was annoyed though that the one kid was younger then him, but was at least a foot taller than him.

Looking from side to side, building to building he noticed a few dead bodies on the roof of all the buildings they passed. She was really strong he wondered if she would be okay fighting so many people. He signalled for them to walk just a bit faster as they sped up their pace. He had little trouble occasionally fighting some left overs who happened to fall of the roof and had been trying to recover. When he asked them who they were, they just kept panicking and saying, that woman was a monster. He thought about it and remembered the previous mission they did. She was a bit of a monster but she was vulnerable though. He did not want to slack off and he needed to make sure he did not leave any openings. His clones focused on the escorting while he went further ahead now.

He was walking carefully when he stepped on ground that felt wrong, as he fell he managed to grab the edge as he notice the spikes at the bottom. While he pulled himself up he just managed to notice the arrow flying through the air as it scrapped the side of his arm. He looked around but could not find the enemy. As he heard to his right he turned drawing his sword just barely knocking the kunai away from him. He heard a sizzling sound as he looked on at the arrow in the hole. It exploded as he jumped away as part of the spikes in the hole shot up through the air. He took a stance and cut two of the three spikes while the one scraped the side of his stomach. As he held his stomach in pain, still suffering from a previous mission in which he was hit in the gut.

He had light cuts so there was not any real bleeding however he could not afford to take a proper hit from any of these attacks. As he tried to pick up on the guys location he flinched slightly from pain. As this happened he saw another set of kunai. He was picking up on the attackers style as he dodged the kunai by jumping back as he then noticed an arrow fly passed. He understood the kunai were merely a distraction so that his arrows could make contact.

The water clones were waiting for his signal they were only thirty meters away from this location. He could not risk letting him find get there. As the guy was about to shoot an arrow the remaining ordinary bunshin came running out as the woman shot an arrow as it took out the one clone. With her location confirmed he dashed towards her as she decided to not run aiming an arrow directly at him. He weaved over to the side messing up her aim as she shot for his feet causing him to trip. The woman had already lined up a second shot as that first arrow's explosive blew knocking Ren towards her as she fired an arrow directly for his head. He managed to block the arrow with his sword as he fell on the ground as the force from the arrow kept him from landing on his feet. As the second arrow lost its course he noticed she had lined up a third and final arrow aimed at him. She let the arrow loose as he laid there,as he wondered if this was the end?

***Flashback***
"Hey Ren, how long you going to lay down for?" as the boy looked down on his friend. The little boy pushed hard on the ground then rolled over onto his back and looked up at his friend. "You know you a lot stronger than me, Tora". The other boy smiled as he looked down at him, his black spikey hair shifting ever so slightly in the wind. "I use my sharingan everytime and you still manage to keep up with me, in maybe a year or two you might become stronger than me", as he gave a smirk then laughed. The young Ren looked up at his friend then said, "I do not want to be stronger than you". His friend replied, "I know, i know, but if you want to get what you want you will have to be a lot stronger than i can ever be". The boy Tora finally looked down somewhat sad, Ren noticed it and turned over laying on his stomach looking up a bit shocked as he moved his feet playfully back and forth. The boy then said "Just because I am an Uchiha everyone brags about my sharingan or the fact that i can learn so many jutsu so fast. In the end I have never really mastered any techniques of my own. All I can do is copy, but you see me as strong even though you knew you got into my blind spot". Ren giving a startled look on his face that his friend noticed. "You do not need to hold back anymore Ren, give me your best shot cause i will not give you another chance ever again". Ren looked up at him as he stood up slowly, "I will always do my best"

***FlashBack***
He raised up his sword as he quickly stood, he performed his Mizukiri technique splitting the arrow and bomb in two as it exploded prematurely as the force of his technique enabled him to avoid it. However this woman did not take chances as she already fire the next arrow. The arrow hit him in the left shoulder as he tried to dodge it, however she did not let off the explosion this time because he was too close. The woman was about to jump away but one of his forgotten bunshin stood next to her causing her to hesitate as she shot it point blank. With no more ordinary clones to cover for him. He managed to seal her movements with the water prison technique. As he was flinching in pain as he could not even swing his sword with the arrow that caused him pain.

He was not in a state to control his chakra very well as he struggled to maintain the prison. The woman felt she was careless. She never underestimated the kid, but she should have never came out of hiding. He released electricity while they were still in contact breaking the prison but shocking her intensely as she collapsed. He struggled to stand as he could not remove the arrow. The water clones ran ahead as the people ran to help him. They carried him as his water clones kept guard on the sides. He did not have time to finish off the enemy as he was too injured and needed to reach the hospital. The water from the prison technique had managed to mess with the bomb that was still on the arrow.

He did not see Shiru anywhere, as he finally reached the hospital his clones fell apart into water. He was struggling to hang in there and as he let all the villagers run in for safety first. He looked back as the woman was injured aiming one last arrow to finish him. The hospital staff deflected the arrow away as the woman then vanished. Fighting against an opponent that was clearly stronger than him, he managed to pull out a win as the injured shinobi fled. The arrow had a note on it saying, "Next time we meet, there will be no survivors"
