"A medal representing the gratitude of Kiri for continual service to the country as the holder has demonstrated to have gone out of reasonable means to aid the countries exploits through great effort. Giving aid to the country of Kirigakure and the Mizukage."
The bestowed receives a 5% Ryo deduction in price for their next 3 Items purchased of C rank and lower.
Medal of Valor:
"A medal bestowed on individuals who have performed great deeds in service of Kirigakure, an honour to have bestowed upon the user to recognise individual talents and achievements through great duress."
The bestowed receives a 5% Ryo deduction for their next 4 Item purchases of B rank and lower.
Medal of Honour:
"A congressional medal of honour, bestowed to those great heroes who through the darkest of times shone like a solitary flame to brighten up the darkness, given to only the noblest of men and woman who against all odds fought for Kirigakure in its darkest hours far beyond their inherent natural means."
