Specialization: The Ashikage isn't known for specializing in any certain area, however they are almost never using Taijutsu due to their body-frame being rather fragile.

Location: Konohagakure

Clan History: The Ashikage date back a long time, through a thin family line. Relationships outside of the clan are rare, which has helped keep the bloodline intact. The clan has a history of successful scholars, as the Ashikage normally prefered to stay out of the battlefields. Instead they served during wars by gathering information, coming up with strategies and more often than not medical work.

The Ashikage lost a great deal of their numbers a couple hundred years ago when a group of ninja saw their Kekkei Genkai, the Chimei-Tekina Shisen, as something demonic. The Ashikage was forced to fight, but most of the members were not trained in combat and over a hundred died before backup arrived, leaving the remnants to a couple dozen. The Ashikage today have regained numbers to a little less than a hundred, but they have put more focus on combat training to avoid something in a similar manner to happen again.

Kekkei Genkai Description: The Chimei-Tekina Shisen is a Doujutsu which affects jutsu cast by a person the user focuses his or her gaze upon. It causes the jutsu to backfire, shooting the full effect back against the user. The technique is only avaible to higher ranked clan members due to the immense concentration it requires, not to speak of how much it strains the users body. Moreover, it's considered a highly dangerous technique, and is not something the Ashikage want to teach their minors.

Drawbacks: As mentioned above, the Chimei-Tekina is highly straining on the body, especially the eyes. After using the Chimei-Tekina, the users eyes will start to bleed, and their sight will be reduced by 80%. Additionally, they will be fatiqued and sometimes even faints straight after use. It's use is strictly limited, and recovery can take up to a month. Therefore the Ashikage try to rely on the Chimei-Tekina as little as possible, and only use it in emergency situations as once it is used, whether it hits or not, the battle will be over for the user.

Description: Used at the time of an opponents jutsu activation, the users eyes become solid orange. Without the opponents knowledge, a percentage of the chakra spent for the jutsu will be wasted(it will be used, but for no effect), which also means that their jutsu will lose that much power. However, the user has to pay as much chakra as is wasted as an additional cost to use this ability. The chakra wasted is based on the users rank versus the rank of the jutsu used, as shown by the following image:

Cooldown: Limited to once per battle, and not usable in a battle that occurs between 2-4 rp-weeks after use.
Description: By activating the jutsu at the time an opponent within line of sight uses an offensive jutsu, the effects would be turned against the opponent. For example, a Hosenka no Jutsu would shower the user in his own fireballs, effectively burning him for the same damage it would normally do. Large area effects such as earthquakes would affect both the user and his targets. If the jutsu is a genjutsu he will become trapped in his own genjutsu, however the user of the Chimei-Tekina will not be able to know what the exact Genjutsu is. Taijutsu and kenjutsu is reversable only if they use chakra.
After using the Chimei-Tekina, the users eyes will start to bleed, and their sight will be reduced by 80%. Additionally, they will be fatiqued and sometimes even faints straight after use. Recovery can take up to a month.
