Mission description: Nagare's been having symptoms similar to that of dissociative personality disorder wherein he assumes a much more macabre and violent persona whenever he uses a large amount of chakra. This has lead to him having uncontrollable bouts of rage and massacre, and he has been finding himself less and less able to control it; other problems include intense migraines and coughing up blood. He is now realizing that it can't be a problem of his own mind and body but rather that someone is trying to kill him, although he has no idea who it could be. He only knows that if he doesn't find the man doing this to him, he could die...
Mission details: Nagare will have little to no leads on who the suspect could be, other than the unusual symbol he has found, branded on his right bicep. The mission taker will have to use at least 1,000 of the 10,000 word requirement narrowing down the list of possible suspects based on his overall history as a ninja, and those he has wronged. The culprit is actually Sadao, a seemingly innocent man and close friend of Nagare's, who healed his broken arm months ago and in the process branded him with a unique chakra seal that uses Medical Ninjutsu and Fuuinjutsu to take advantage of weaknesses and manipulate the target's chakra supply, pain receptors, body functions, and brain activities from far away when chakra is used a lot in a short amount of time. Sadao will be found in the Wilderness at the peak of Sky Point, where he will have a battle to the death with Nagare. Sadao's purpose for doing this is because Nagare killed his brother, Araiguma, a long time ago, and since then, he's been plotting Nagare's demise. Nagare's death or Sadao's survival will count as an automatic failure of this mission. Sadao's body must be eliminated to fully release the Medical Fuuinjutsu, and as such is a requirement to successfully complete the mission.

Name: Gifu, Sadao
Age: 26
General Appearance: 6'5" tall, with short black hair and brilliant green eyes (pretty, though full of hatred and despair). He has a fit figure and is extremely muscular. A picture can be found here
Personality: Sadao is seemingly happy and bubbly on the surface, but within, he is tormented. He has sought revenge on Nagare since the day Nagare killed his brother, Gifu, Araiguma. Araiguma was a criminal who had a past with Nagare, and after Sadao discovered who had killed Arai, he focused his life to the effort of getting revenge on that man. He has gone to all lengths to become a near-immortal ninja; he possesses numerous forbidden jutsu and plenty of drastic, self-sacrificing medical ninjutsu engineered to kill.
Motivations: His only goal is to kill Nagare. He used to have other aspirations in the past, like growing up to be like his brother, but without a brother to look up to, and instead a grudge to dwell on, he can only find happiness in killing the man who ruined his life.
Fears: Sadao's will has been tempered into steel after facing such tragedy at the hands of Nagare, and he's silently suffered all this time, instead quietly working his way into ruining Nagare the way he was ruined, although with much more pain and despair on Nagare's turn. His primary fear is not succeeding in this goal, with a secondary fear being unable to save those he cares for (a fear which has already been pushed to its limit)
Other: Sadao is considered SS-Rank, and as such, has a chakra supply of 400 and has the speed, reaction time, and strength of a Kage. He also possesses the following items, stats, and jutsu:
