Clan History: 
The Goiji clan had always kept their population low. Not much clan members are known. It was a hidden clan, no one knew about. From the beginning of a new born child's life, it gets trained like a soldier. Always being pushing harder and harder. Only males were trained like that. For the females it was always taking care of the sick and injured. With their motherly insticts they knew what was better and how it would heal faster.

The clan has always been low populated and will always stay like this.They did not like the idea of a lot of people. The clan was quite poor as well. They had to survive in the desert for ages. Due to that the population in the clan decreased with death. Most of the dead clan member died due to the heat or the small amout of water. Now the clan only has a handfull of member left.

Kekkei Genkai Description: 
In this clan there are other ranks between the five clan members. From every rank there only can be one person who can be it. So there is only one Medic, one Soldier, one Assassin, one Captain and one General.

Ok, let's get to this.

General Stuff: For the classes that require special characteristics, can they be balanced with another? I would think not, but I'd like you to clarify. (ie. Frail being balanced with a positive) As for the free jutsu with each class, I don't know if that is allowed. I will need a higher member of staff's okay on that.

General Class: I need some clarification on what you mean on a few things. Firstly, what do you mean they are the only ones that can teach military style? Are they only ones that can teach Taijutsu to others or do they have to teach other members of the clan? Also, All third elements start at D rank, unless you mean that they start with one. I can't allow that unless there is severe drawbacks. Lastly, Genin may acquire the A-Rank weapon, but they can't use it at Genin rank. A-Rank weapons can only be used by Special Jounin and higher ranked ninja.

Note: you can remove the gender part of the medic class. That is understood unless stated otherwise in the application.

For the free jutsus, i'll just change that to a free item of D or C rank. For the Special Characteristic, i indeed meant it like that but i'll clarify it.

And Military style must be erased, that i forgot. But the Generals are the only ones that can teach their first speciality, Taijutsu. So if a someone from the same clan want their Taijutsu to SS it has to be teached by the General.

I am also aware that the A ranked weapon can not be used up until Sp. Jounin rank.

And for the D ranked element, i confused myself so it will be erased.

Ok, just one more clarification.

Do Medics/Assassins have to take Taijutsu? Just curious as that is the clan specialization.

They do. I'll state it in the medic/assassin class.
