Mission description: With the recent transition in leaders, a faction of ninja have grown power hungry and think they the title of kage would fit them better than the new leader, to that end they intend to take control of the administrative building.
Mission details: The ninja can be intercepted either in their hide out, as they are taking over the administrative building, or after they have taken control of the building. At all points they are fully prepped for battle. None of these locations are their NPC ninja to help, that's your job.

Personality: Almost as dumb as a sack of bricks and about as blunt and quick witted. Value's his life over nearly anything save wealth.

Personality: Finally snapped after being taunted one to many times, he has become blood thirsty and enraged. He uses the confusion to his advantage. Has become very impatient. His rage makes him prefer his sword over jutsu.
Motivations: Revenge and power
Fears: Being mocked and powerless.
Other:Decently cunning, and will use weakness to his advantage if he sees them. Gladly kills anyone that he can.

Elements, specs and what ranks are they of each, weapons on their person, and preferably an NPC write-up for each of the ninja, doesn't need to be in huge detail.
