Sosuetsu dashed away as he was being chased down by a man of equal strength, blood trickled down from the side of his head and his left arm seemed to be of no use to him as he was left dangling by his side as he used his other hand to push past the leaves and branches that connected with him during his escape. "I will kill you, Senju! You can't hide from me!" the missing ninja had shouted over to him, pursuing him. Sousetsu knew himself that he had nowhere to run and so made hiss way into the open area filled with lush green surroundings accompanied by beautiful woodland that surrounded it with the sun shining over them, casting shadows in the north east direction.

A few hours prior to this, Sousetsu was on the outskirts of the dense forest in the wilderness of Konahagakure. Upon entering said forest, he removed a scroll from his pouch and glanced through the contents. 'A small militia consisting of nukenin: two Chuunin and four Genin, who are being led by a Special Jounin, have been reported to be seen with a forbidden scroll from Konahagakure. You must retrieve the Scroll at all costs and be sure the enemy does not commit such crimes again. Reports have seen them holding up in the dense forest.' Sousetsu sighed clearing his thoughts. He was here on yet another mission. He tended to favor the B-rank missions over all else. They held just the right amount of danger and excitement that Sousetsu craved.

He leaped to the trees and scouted ahead while the sun seeped through the leaves and branches above him. He was looking for a small sign, possibly a broken twig to help track down any occupiers of the area and with luck on his side, he came across just what he was looking for. He inspected the twig and how it was snapped and listened along with nature to help point him int he right direction. He finally made his way north and soon ran into a small camp within the distance.

He stood behind a tree, peeking his head around every so often to analyse the situation and find whatever ninja he could. He could see the four Genin who were washing their jackets thoroughly. Two Chuunin could be seen also, wearing their flak jackets despite becoming renegades and their young age which meant that neither of them could be the Special Jounin in charge.

Sosuetsu waited in hopes that the Special Jounin would show his whereabouts but was nowhere to be found. The two Chuunin went their separate ways leaving the Genin on their own. Sousetsu followed one of the Chuunin to see if he could lead him to the leader. Taking him out would surely affect the morale of the others. Instead of being lured to the higher up, the Chuunin was actually going to use the great outdoors. As stood with his leggings hanging loose and his back facing Sousetsu, he called forth his water palm blade technique and silently took out the Chuunin leaving him with gargling sounds of choking on his own blood. He hid the body in the bushes not far off before returning to see how the remaining missing ninja had positioned themselves.

Two Genin were left to tend to the washing while the others seemed to have been fondling with something. Upon further inspection it was indeed the scroll that Sosuetsu had been looking for. He had to wait for the opportune moment to strike, to take what was rightfully Konaha's, but was met with an unexpected task. The two Genin were accompanied by the remaining Chuunin who was about to seal it within another scroll. With little experience on how fuuinjutsu, Sousetsu had to act fast. It could have been a teleportation scroll for all he knew. As the chuunin knelt down and performed the hand seals necessary for his action, Sousetsu had done the same, summoning four clones who then dived into action.

Alerted, the Genin armed themselves with katana and the Chuunin was caught off guard trying to escape with the scroll. The original Sosuetsu gave pursuit, leaving his water clones to fight off the Genin. He had caught up with the Chuunin and engaged him in combat, speaking only with his blade. The Chuunin however, was too shocked from the ambush to act on instinct which was his downfall. As Sosuetsu retrieved the scroll he turned to find the Special Jounin swinging his katana at Sousetsu's head. He barely dodged in time as the tip of the blade brushed past the temple of Sousetsu's head causing a slice which drew blood and flowed close to heavily. Sousetsu created some distance between them and summoned his four pillar prison technique onto his target, surrounding him with wooden bars.

After hearing the profanities of the man who was now caged, Sousetsu made his way back to where the Genin were. The scroll was tucked into his pouch which lay around his waist. There was only one Genin left who seem quite injured and exhausted from the fight he had just embraced from Sousetsu's clones. He was accompanied by three dead bodies in pools of their own blood, which were the other Genin, and puddles of water that were scattered among the ground. Sosuetsu heard from a distance a loud roar and the breaking sounds of the wooden prison technique. His eyes widened as he acted fast to dispose of the Genin before him to even the odds. His water palm blade technique still in affect. He appeared behind the Genin with his body flicker technique and stabbed the boy in the lower back, catching one of his kidneys. The boy would then proceed to bleed out and eventually die within minutes.

Soon after, the Special Jounin arrived and seen the massacre that pointed to the root of the cause, Sousetsu. The two were panting at each other. One from growing more and more tired while the other from blind rage. After the opponent scanned the area one last time he gave off an expression of disgust and anger. He roared letting himself be known to any of those within the area. Sousetsu decided to prepare himself better by entering a battle stance to take on the rather flustered character before him. The missing ninja immediately charged towards him, appearing at his side within seconds and kicking Sousetsu's arm with such force that sent him flying into the surrounding debris of loot and miscellaneous items that were scattered among the campsite.

Struggling to get up, he was soon helped by his opponent to stand to his feet only to be kicked in the same arm once again with the same force as before. He was sent across once more and was intercepted by a tree which he finally landed to the earth once more. His arm had been bruised badly for it to be used in combat. He sat up as he watched the opponent approaching him once. He was not going to take another hit. He quickly dashed to the trees but was being closely followed by the man who was enraged.

"I will kill you, Senju! You can't hide from me!" the man shouted to Sousetsu. He knew he was of the Senju clan from his earlier wooden prison technique which, as we all know, is only exclusive to wood users who are indeed Senju. As they now stood opposing one another in an open field, Sousetsu clutched his arm, protecting it from harms way. The man had charged at him once again. "You will pay for what you have done!" He exclaimed aiming another kick at Sousetsu. As it connected, Sousetsu turned into a puff of smoke and left a log in his place. A substitution jutsu, which meant that SOusetsu was elsewhere. He was in fact behind the opponent with his water palm blade at the ready, placed carefully at the mans throat causing him to cooperate. "No. It is you who will pay. You stole from the Village hidden in the Leaves and I have been assigned to take back what is rightfully ours." Sousetsu began to sound more colder the longer he held the blade in place. The whirling water which surrounded his palm would soon deteriorate and so had to make this quick. "No! It wa---" the man began to spoke but was cut off by the sounds of gurgling from his own blood.

Sosuetsu sat down soon after the body had fallen. He needed medical attention but would persevere until he had gotten back to Konaha. When he arrived he made his way to the Hokage's office and delivered the scroll that he had fought for. After the mission was deemed a success, Sousetsu asked for his file to be updated and made his way to Konaha's general hospital to check with his wounds. The side of head was bandaged up to stop the bleeding and rested for the remainder of the day watching the sunset as the day would soon be gone.
