Mission Description: There's a band of thugs roaming through the village hiding in one of the many warehouses that can be found in the city. Round them all up and make sure they won't be able to cause any more harm.
Development References: Ayakashi stepping down as Mizukage.
Mission Details: There are 8 thugs total hiding in the warehouse. Their mostly brawny people having C-2 strength and endurance with their other stats at D-2. They also possess a wide variety of crude weapons that are capable of inflicting mid value C-rank damage. 

Word has spread throughout the Land of Water, the former Mizukage has stepped down disappearing without so much as a trace. While normally this would just bea situation in which the former Kage's successor would set up and take the mantle, it did not seem as though it was going to be this easy for Kirigakure. It seems that this Ayakashi, whoever she was, had been holding the very fabric of the land together single handedly, and now that they are gone chaos is covering the. Every low life and piece of scum has come out from the wood work and begun plaguing the land of water, normally Ruvaak would also be participating in the debauchery and criminal activity, however the spread of crimes throughout the Land of Water has spread to the male's home. His own mother attacked by a group of bandits that called themselves the Son's of Chaos, Ruvaak aimed to show them true Chaos. Fire burned in his eyes as he followed the trail the idiots that attacked his mother had left behind, all the while the male cursed himself for not having been there to protect her, though it was with mere luck he had been able to use his knowledge of Medical Jutsu to heal the wounds the men had inflicted upon her. Had he returned home sooner he would have been able to stop them, but his arrival scared them off and him taking the time to heal his mother gave them more time than he would of liked to run away. The male vowed that he would make every single one of them pay for what they had done, even if it was the last thing he did. Running at full speed the male would find their tracks in the mud without thinkig he would push himself further until he reached the edge of the forest. Their trail had lead into Kirigakure, the male swore that if the village was behind this he would make them all pay. The male would grip his talisman, which was already digging into his palm, tighter ready to activate his catalyst at a moment's notice as his emerald green eyes scanned the area like a fine tooth comb through hair.

Once he was within the village the male would leap onto the rooftops, using his Demon Eye to scan through the crowd that filled the street looking for any sign of the ones that attacked his mother. "Gotcha," the male said aloud to himself as he caught a glimpse of one of the men he had seen run away enter a warehouse not far from where he was.

Kirinito was doing his usual patrols around. Umioni was still tied on his arm.  He was moving at his usual high speed.  His flesh was paler than ever. He must have becoming the aspect of justice and death.  It had been what felt like ages since he last ventured in to the village. He was on patrol on his own no orders to do so. He imagined they thought he was dead.   He was picturing what he was going to each one of them. Something so violent it would scar a kid for life mentally.  He adjusted his hood with his left hand raising it up hiding his facial features. He maintained a constant speed dodging and weaving through the crowded areas.   “Once I again I hunt the low life and bring them to dark justice.”

Anger boiled beneath the male's skin as he watched the bandit enter the warehouse, "so this is their hideout, eh." The male would say aloud to himself as he leapt down from the rooftops and made his way to the warehouse, normally he would just take them out at a range as was his normal fighting style. However they made it personal with the attack on his mother, and the male wanted to see the life leave their eyes when he killed them. As he approached the doorway into the warehouse the male would form two quick handseals, first the dragon activating his armored skin jutsu and the second the tiger activating his Demon Claw jutsu. Chakra would pour out of him from every pour changing the chemical makeup of his skin into something harder than steel, his entire form now a slick black like metal. His fingers would grow until they were three centimeters long, made of the same black chakra that covered his skin. There were those on the street that would give the male frightening looks as this transformation took hold of the male, but he did not care they were not what was on his mind. The male's mind and body was full of rage and nothing else, his transformation complete as he reached the door to the warehouse the male would rear his arm back slashing through the door with his claws like it was made of paper. "Knock, knock cowards!" Ruvaak would call out into the warehouse as he stepped through the debris that was the former door.

Kirinito arrived at warehouse. Seeing bandits walk on in. “When the hell was this here?” He calmed walked in behind them. “Oh look bandit exercises it must be a Tuesday.” He was silently unraveling Umioni. With each step Umioni was being revealed. The dark genocidal possession was taking control of his mind. This time he would allow it. He heard the saw a strange man with an instant jutsu and claws. “Well now something rare a land walker that interests me.” He picked up the speed running to a darkened corner. Only Umioni’s red markings and red eye could be seen. “I think I will Jump into the fight when things get interesting.” “We will study them before we slaughter them.” He began to lean back on a wall. He decided to be silent as he waited for the show to begin. Only muttering to himself in a very low volume. “Multiple men on one are an unfair advantage but makes for great entertainment.”

He was armed and prepared though to deliver some justice. So he quickly moved just barely out of darkness in a one handed stance just in case he needed to throw senbon to make pain worse for anyone.
