Jōteikein grants the Kozai inner awaress of ones chakra and absolute control of ita, As such any chakra based technique cost 5 less chakra to activate (cannot drop cost below 5 and cannot stack (save for EP Prize))

Resistance to Genjutsu

Jōteikein allows the Kozai to be aware of any abnormality within their own Chakra network and hault it, As such Internal Genjutsu act as 1 rank lower against clan members.

Increased Chakra Reserve

Jōteikein changed the Kozai's chakra making it denser so that their body can hold more than a normal Shinobi, As such Kozai gain a permanent +20 to their chakra pool

Wind Nature Affinity

Due to the change in their Chakra making it so that they cannot learn other elements the Kozai have spent generation after generation perfecting their use of it, As such Kozai receive a 20% decrease on WC involving the training of Wind Nature Techniques.

Elementally Weak

Jōteikein's manipulation of the Kozai's chakra changed it not only in good ways, it also stripped them of the ability to use their chakra in the form of multiple natures. The Kozai are only able to manipulate Wind Nature chakra and Non-aligned Chakra, Additionally their Wind Nature Element starts at B-Rank and must be Ranked up per Site Rules. The Kozai's lack of knowledge or rather understanding of the different elements and how best to combat against them puts them at a disadvantage, all Nature Aligned Chakra (Save Wind Nature) act as 1 Rank Higher in terms of damage against Clan Members themselves (values remain the same (a B-Rank Water tech with Mid Value Damage deals Mid Value A-Rank Damage to Kozai))

Unique Signature

The chakra of the Kozai's is so unique that it is nearly impossible to hide their signature. Chakra sensory Techs of any rank are able to pinpoint the exact location of the clansmen within their range, and stealth techniques that are meant to hide their chakra signature is one rank less effective in terms of hiding from sensory (Can only hide the user from sensory Techs of 2 Ranks lower rather than 1 rank lower)

Known Wealth

The Kozai's wealth is well known within the borders of Kaze no Kuni, granting them the name of the Wealthiest Family in the Land, the mere mention of their name being enough to gain admittance into the inner wall of Sasanin-Togeta. The generations of wealth the Kozai have become obvious to the actual Price of the things they buy, Clan Members receive an additional 20% price increase on all Item Purchases.
