Mission name: Underground Operations
Mission rank: B
Objective: Build Underground tunnels throughout the land of lightning
Location: Kaminari no Kuni
Reward: 500 Ryo+1 EP
Mission Description: “Before we can start using Military force, we need to start building underground tunnels to easily and free access the Land of Lightning as stealthily as possible. If you see any Kumo ninja, kill them on the spot. Our enemies cannot know of this.”

Mission Details: Strength can be used to dig tunnels throughout The Land of Lightning, or jutsu. Whilst building such tunnels, there will be three squads on three different occasions of Kumogakure ninja who shall witness the construction by investigating the tunnel.  All of them are B rank shinobi with B rank Taijutsu and Ninjutsu. They all have B-2 stats across the board, and there should be 4 of them. If any of these scouts are able to escape, the mission will result in a failure.

Objective: Release the Prisoners and Kill All Guards
Location: Land of Lightning
Reward: 2000 Ryo + 1 EP
Mission Description: “Though we have support from The Hidden Stone, we are still lacking potent Shinobi. We are going to go to Rou Prison, and break everyone out. We can only hope they will cooperate.”

Mission Details: There will be an army breaking into the prison. The Guards will range from B rank Shinobi with B rank stats across the board, and B rank Ninjutsu and Taijutsu along with A rank Shinobi with A rank stats and A rank Ninjutsu and Taijutsu. The warden will be S rank with S rank stats, and S rank Taijutsu. All guard encountered must be killed, along with the Warden. Leaving any Guard alive will result in a mission failure. Once the Warden is killed, his special key can be used to release the 3 S rank Prisoners beneath the prison to join the Heretic, which will result in a success.

You're missing numbers on how many guards there are.
Just a small note from me. Not sure why not killing all the guards would result in a failure of the mission. Wouldn't mission failure be you being unable to release all 3 S-rank prisoners and getting them to join your cause?
