Moyotogi Clan FAHfQ33
Clan Name: 靄夜伽 Moyotogi
Location: Konohagakure.
Specialization: None.
Elements: None.

Moyotogi Clan HhU72Pp
Clan History: Some people have this ability. Some of them become what the modern kids call 'edgy'. Others simply use it as another tool to be the best shinobi they can. A still smaller few abstain from using it at all, perhaps never awakening it until later in life.

Moyotogi Clan Y4syLuV
Kekkei Genkai Name: Universal Agony | 二人苦界 Ninin Kugai
Kekkei Genkai Description: People with this Bloodline Limit have an intimate tie between their most primal feelings and their life force. Negative physical sensation becomes another part of their chakra, which they can knead and impart to others.

Moyotogi do not dull the sensation of pain even with normal Endurance, simply able to function as if they were unburdened by injury as the stats rules dictate. Pain that they experience disturbs their physical and mental energy in a way that is not detrimental to their own jutsu.

MY PAIN IS FAR GREATER THAN YOUUUURS wrote:A Moyotogi accrues one charge of Suffering when they experience the pain from damage of up to 2 ranks lower than their ninja rank (minimum of D), or if they would be affected by any supplementary jutsu - such as stat debuffs, paralysis, or chakra disruption - with descriptors like pain or discomfort. They accrue two charges of Suffering when they feel A-rank or higher pain or discomfort from jutsu or other damage.

A Moyotogi has a cap of two charges of Suffering. This increases to three at C-rank and again to four at A-rank.

When a Moyotogi or their chakra (such as a jutsu) makes contact with a person, they can impart the Suffering they normally can deal with to another person, inflicting them with the pain the Moyotogi has received. Doing so expends a charge and applies one of these effects, but they can only do once per individual per post.

  • One of the victim's jutsu of the Moyotogi's choice is set to cooldown, so long as it is within 1 rank of the pain that caused the Moyotogi's Suffering. That jutsu doesn't start its cooldown for 2 posts, and can't have its cooldown reduced or eliminated by other abilities.

  • The victim becomes unable to benefit from their Special Characteristics or passive stat boosts, except from items, for the next two posts.

  • One of the two above effects has its duration reset, as if it were just applied this post.

  • The victim experiences all pain as if it were 1 rank higher for their next post. Pain elevated to B-rank or higher this way paralyzes the target's arms or legs (Moyotogi's choice) for 1 post. This effect cannot be applied two posts in a row.

  • The activation cost of the victim's next jutsu activated within the next 2 posts is doubled, so long as its rank is within 1 rank of the pain that caused the Moyotogi's Suffering.

A Moyotogi can create Supplementary jutsu that apply a single Suffering effect to multiple people at once as a radius-range maximum effect (equivalent to a stat debuff for that rank). Techniques that are 1m or closer to their user's body, such as 'armors' or chakra cloaks, do not provide immunity to this effect, even if they block the Suffering-infused jutsu - the pain can seep into their chakra from such a close distance.

I've Been Through Worse: Due to how a Moyotogi's body and chakra system convert suffering into an asset, they are entirely immune to other ninjas' non-damage abilities that cause their effects via pain, discomfort, unease, or similar broad negative physical sensations. (Physical effects, such as vomiting or restraint, that cause discomfort as a side effect rather than as a method of achieving the effect, are not affected.) Negated effects still allow the Moyotogi to accrue Suffering.

Feel The Pain: Individuals under any effect that would render them unable to fully experience pain are treated as not being under those effects for 2 posts after being struck by a Moyotogi that has at least one charge of Suffering. While any person has a charge of Suffering or is suffering from an effect caused by one, effects that would reduce the severity of pain they experience automatically fail.

A non-Moyotogi affected by an effect imparted by Suffering (per the list above) has their effective Endurance reduced by 2 tiers per effect for the purpose of determining what injuries they can continue fighting through.

Drawbacks:

  • Glutton for Punishment: A Moyotogi's chakra seemingly can't help but bathe itself in pain. When they use defensive jutsu and block successfully, the damage bleeds through their defense regardless at -2 ranks of the original jutsu (to a minimum of E-rank). This damage is spread over their body; thus, damage reduced to B-rank will not kill them this way. They still experience the pain of the jutsu at its original rank, however.

  • Keep It Coming: Moyotogi have a sort of urge to continue fighting even while they are injured or even normally participating in battle. They take the Haemophilia SC without balancing it, and go into a battle-haze while they're perceptibly bleeding (as if they had the Foolhardy and Short Fuse SCs active).

  • I NEED IT: A Moyotogi cannot access the grand majority of their Kekkei Genkai without being injured in some way; they even cannot affect high-ranking jutsu without taking similar damage first. This can be considered a drawback in and of itself.

Sorry to add on, but I've found a few things that I would like some clarity on before approving. If you have any questions let me know :)

Clan History: Some people have this ability. Some of them become what the modern kids call 'edgy'. Others simply use it as another tool to be the best shinobi they can. A still smaller few abstain from using it at all, perhaps never awakening it until later in life.
need more clan history

A Moyotogi accrues one charge of Suffering when they experience the pain from damage of up to 2 ranks lower than their ninja rank (minimum of D), or if they would be affected by any supplementary jutsu - such as stat debuffs, paralysis, or chakra disruption - with descriptors like pain or discomfort. They accrue two charges of Suffering when they feel A-rank or higher pain or discomfort from jutsu or other damage.

A Moyotogi has a cap of two charges of Suffering. This increases to three at C-rank and again to four at A-rank.
are there any effects of injuries that exceed the suffering charges? Are lower ranked charged replaced with higher if there is not room for more or does the charge need to be used. Is there a limit to what rank the suffering charges can be? Is it optional to gain the charge or does it happen automatically?

When a Moyotogi or their chakra (such as a jutsu) makes contact with a person, they can impart the Suffering they normally can deal with to another person, inflicting them with the pain the Moyotogi has received. Doing so expends a charge and applies one of these effects, but they can only do once per individual per post.

One of the victim's jutsu of the Moyotogi's choice is set to cooldown, so long as it is within 1 rank of the pain that caused the Moyotogi's Suffering. That jutsu doesn't start its cooldown for 2 posts, and can't have its cooldown reduced or eliminated by other abilities.
The victim becomes unable to benefit from their Special Characteristics or passive stat boosts, except from items, for the next two posts.
One of the two above effects has its duration reset, as if it were just applied this post.
The victim experiences all pain as if it were 1 rank higher for their next post. Pain elevated to B-rank or higher this way paralyzes the target's arms or legs (Moyotogi's choice) for 1 post. This effect cannot be applied two posts in a row.
The activation cost of the victim's next jutsu activated within the next 2 posts is doubled, so long as its rank is within 1 rank of the pain that caused the Moyotogi's Suffering.
Can one individual have multiple effects at once if applied in simultaneous posts? Does it inflict actual injury or just pain of the specified rank?

A Moyotogi can create Supplementary jutsu that apply a single Suffering effect to multiple people at once as a radius-range maximum effect (equivalent to a stat debuff for that rank). Techniques that are 1m or closer to their user's body, such as 'armors' or chakra cloaks, do not provide immunity to this effect, even if they block the Suffering-infused jutsu - the pain can seep into their chakra from such a close distance.
Does this require the expenditure of one of the user's suffering stacks?

I NEED IT: A Moyotogi cannot access the grand majority of their Kekkei Genkai without being injured in some way; they even cannot affect high-ranking jutsu without taking similar damage first. This can be considered a drawback in and of itself.
Is there a specific threshold of damage that must be reached before the kkg is active? Are there different thresholds for different ranks of jutsu?
