A large mass of black fur walked amongst the threads for their partner. A snout sniffle and a mouth pulled back in a deep grin. This was a black bear but it was not a normal bear. It was larger than normal, almost like a grizzly. Its eyes were strangely intelligent and watching the area with a strange fascination. On the top of its head was a hat, a large bright red with a golden tassel fez hat. When a branch snapped, it quickly stood from its four paws and was bipedal searching around, watching for any sudden movements. Out of the woods came a similar off looking bear wearing a hat, which Mitsuru instantly recognized as their partner for this task. The pair had known each other in passing but never truly spoke with each other until recently. There have been strange rumors of the natural honey stock running low and of the woodland creatures acting odd. There were even reports of a group of bears, a panda, a badger, a grizzly, a black bear, and a polar bear inflirating and running the harvest festival. All wearing human hats and behaving oddly. Unfortunately, they managed to get away before animal control could step in. Now, for how Mitsuru and Himizu met was because they got curious and decided to follow the rumors of the bears with hats and possible sightings. They agreed to disguise themselves with henges and try to see what this is all about. The two hardly knew anything about each other but their curiosity was almost too much to bear.
