Spoiler:

Ginjiro moved solemnly to the village gate with his a backpack on his back. It was to be his first mission in a long time. The feeling was quite inspiring. There were only positive vibes that were present around him. Ginjiro wore a smile that showed the happiness he had in his heart. His eyes were stern and hardened to the point where they seemed almost sinister. The blood of a warrior pumped heavily through his veins. Today he will take the bull by the horns and do what needed to be done.

“Alright Let’s get this started. Let’s show the world what the Kazako clan is made of!” He said aloud as a few passerbys gave him glances of contempt.

Ginjiro started jogging out the village gate into the wilderness. It was a pretty bright today for the village. This was the ideal time for training. He had plenty of time to complete his mission and get back home in time for training. Failure was not an option. There was no way he thought that he could screw this up. The mission was so simplistic that you just had to be misinformed to not complete it. The easiest part of the mission was that he knew exactly where to find what he needed. He made a conscious decision to go out and pick some herbs and berries. It was the perfect time for berries as it was the time of year that they were truly ripe.

The young shinobi continued to jog on for about twenty minutes before he reached the wilderness. Ginjiro followed a path that led into the open area of a valley. He could see deer and other animals running through the fields. It was quite a sight to behold. What he needed right off was close by. There was lavender, catnip, and alfalfa that seemed to grow wild here. Ginjiro quickly took off his backpack and began picking. He made sure to gently pull up what he could extra carefully. The shinobi was quite conservative about how he went about what he was doing. He had to make sure there was some to come back to later.

This valley was where his mother had showed him to gather medical supplies. There was a passion he had for the medical arts. His parents had both taught him precious abilities that he carried on into his shinobi life. There were plenty of things that he enjoyed and helping others had been one of them. Though, nothing would quell his fighting spirit. Ginjiro had and uplifting charismatic attitude. The man was definitely selfish, but he would do all he could for his village, friends, and family.

After picking some of the herbs, he went on to picking blueberries and wild mushrooms. The mushrooms would work wonders for healing potions. There were even poisonous ones as well. He made sure to pick those with even more caution that he had previously did and separated them from the herbs and berries. Ginjiro picked as much as he could within reason. The sun started to peak into the sky and he knew that it was almost high noon. It was probably time for him to make his way back.

Ginjiro continued started to pick faster, but cautiously. It wasn’t hard doing this, but it did put some pressure on his back from bending over so much. He would stretch his limbs every now and then to keep himself flexible. It was deep inside the valley that he realized that he went a little bit further than he wished. Good thing was that his backpack was filled to the brim with various herbs, berries, and even fungi. Ginjiro nodded his head as he called his mission to be a success. There was only getting back to the village and turning in the supplies. It had been easy outside of the constant bending over, but it had been well worth his time.

The shinobi started to make his way back to the village. He started jogging through the valley and made his way up the road. His pack had some weight to it now. It was perfect for some light cardio even though he ran their to begin with. There was nothing like a bit of resistance training. Ginjiro traveled picked up his speed while breaking a bit of sweat on the way. Nothing much would stand in his way of training. Overdoing it was definitely possible, but he wasn’t concerned too much about that. One had to break through the barriers of their body to surpass their limits. Hard work was only what you would make of it.

The village started to appear up ahead. The marvelous stone walls and building were a marvel to behold. That’s what he thought anyway. Some would say that the village was very bland, but he thought that it had a lot of character. He was definitely attached to it. It was Ginjiro’s home and he hoped that it would always be the case. A place to come back to when times get rough. A fortress of stone filled with mighty shinobi strong as the rocks it was formed with. He had a long way to go as far as his goals. Though, he wasn’t turned off by the journey.

He walked through the village gates as he was now dripping in sweat. The run was quite pleasing. It had been one of the better runs that in the past few days. Though, his goal would be able to run the entirety of the village three or four times around. It may seem like an unreasonable goal, but it was a goal worth setting for the long term. He enjoyed cardio the most out of all his activities. There was nothing like taking a good run to get the blood pumping and adrenaline flowing.

Ginjiro continued running to turn in his mission. There was a awkward smile on his face as he ran toward the mission turn in area. It took a load off of his shoulders quite literally and figuratively. It been awhile since he was able to do anything like this. Though, he kind of wished that he had teammates to come along with him. Having teammates was a pleasure to have. He kind of missed his old team. They had gone one to do greater things than he was doing now. Ginjiro had to remind himself that no role in the village was too small. Everyone had a part to do in the shinobi world. Unfortunately, his was doing missions that he had been doing when he graduated the academy.
