Name: Hanzai “Boss” Kipa
Age: 40

General Appearance: Hanzai wears black boots with some custom made soft gray-tan pants tucked in but still bagged a bit. Kanzai also wears the traditional Kirigakure vest with a scarf the same color and material as his pants around his neck. Hanzai also has a headband type of head-wear that had the Kirigakure plate when the city was standing but now is removed and left blank. Kipa is mostly known for wearing a blue headband, an air-mask for deep water diving and a long blue jacket.

Personality: Serious person goes straight to the point to what his mission and intensions are. Says what is on his mind more often than not and he seeks truth. He intends on giving that ideation to his pupils.
Motivations: Learning the Truth about Kirigakure and its government. Infiltrating Iwagakure in order to gather an army is his most modern intention.
Fears: Not finding out the reason why Kirigakure has fallen and why it is heading in the path in which it is heading. Hanzai believes there is a conspiracy within Kiri and the village will go through a drastic change a lot sooner than people believe is later.

History: Hanzai Kipa was the warden in charge of Death Row before Kirigakure was burned down and thus the jail was closed down. Death Row never really closed as Kiri burned to the ground Hanzai turned his jail into an anarchist society under his leadership. Hanzai created his own government within Kirigakure separated from the village itself and within the confines of the maximum security prison. Hanzai Kipa created an army with the prison guards and the convicts that were in the jail as he freed the shinobis and executed the average villagers because they had no abilities. Hanzai’s ghost government is known around all the main villages as he is trying to overthrow what remains of Kiri in a coup de’tat but the Kirigakure villagers know f Hanzai’s doing after the villages decline and they fought back leaving Hanzai to stay within the confines of the Death Row District which he turned into his own “miniature-village.” Hanzai is rarely seen outside of the jail and he uses his pupils, the Brother Grimm as an extension of his hand in the outside world, doing all the dirty work. As rare as it is when Hanzai is seen in the outside world he is known to be with the Brothers Grimm combination.

Name: Satsugai “Mist’s Aryan Demon” Hōzuki
Age: 18
General Appearance: Satsugai is a blond haired blue eyed 5 foot 10 shinobi. Hōzuki is a tall kid for his age and he is always seen wearing a white shirt with the entire sleeves cut out and pants that reach half way down his shins. With a wrap on his forearms and hands, Satsugai also has black ninja boots and to carry weapons he has a strap on his right leg for kunais and a strap on his back to hold his Kubikiribōchō replica Blade. The Mists Aryan Demon is especially known for wearing his replica of the Decapitating Long Sword on his back and wielding it like Zabuza in his prime.

Personality: Satsugai is known to be the nicer one of the two brothers, but nicer by how much will never really be known since neither are nice people to begin with. Satsugai is more of a talker and laughs at the shinobis he fights with in order to install fear into their hearts. Exploiting people’s weaknesses is something Sasugai does in order to get into their heads which clearly signifies that Sasugai is also a pretty good strategist. Being the older twin of the two Grimm Brothers Satsugai tends to show a lot of protective qualities when it comes to his brother Satsujin.
Motivations: Satsugai wishes for one thing, for the Grimm Brothers reputation to reach Legendary status and although some would argue that they have, the two brothers still can’t quench their thirst for blood. “Killing is almost more important than being remembered throughout history” is something Satsugai would say a lot to credit his motivation to kill.
Fears: Lightning

History: The Brothers Grimm is a name both the Hōzuki brothers got while under the tutelage of Hanzai. The two brothers are twins, and though they look and act very different they both share a fighting style that practically mirrors itself. They have both mastered the ability to wield a long sword, while always wishing to possess the Kubikiribōchō, the brothers ended up creating their own versions that has gathered its very own reputation.
