So, going to revamp what I can of his jutsu list for now and argue/fight save the rest for later~

Description: This is a simple genjutsu that uses the power of incredible suggestion to supplant an idea in the enemies head. After pushing chakra into their hand for the genjutsu, the user will move to engage them in close combat through whatever means necessary. At doing so, the user can interlock hand(s) (by either catching a punch or having one caught) to trap them within the genjutsu and then can use the enemies hand to help weave hand signs for their own jutsu. The idea being, that once under the genjutsu, the victim will be suggested to form the other half of the sign(s) for the users jutsu. It expends none of the victims chakra and merely allows the user to mold chakra with a single hand, not requiring any extra hand signs or anything of the sort. Those with the strong willed SC can ignore the suggestive power of the genjutsu inherently, and otherwise, everyone should be able to tell with ease the suggestive power of the genjutsu itself. The only indication is how long it will take them to truly realize what is happening and avoid/break away from the suggestion. Those persons with a RT one rank above the users will be able to see the hand signs being formed immediately and act against it.

Description: This genjutsu is rather simple in itself as well, the user weaves together 3 hand signs and whistling loudly (the wave of chakra moving at 10 m/s) and sharply while keeping the potential target(s) within range. However anyone caught in the range and hearing the whistle will be caught within the genjutsu without distinction from the user. Then, a horridly loud ringing sound will play in their ears and escalate with each passing turn similar to the effects of tinnitus but much more intense. It will sound like resounding metal directly in their ears. During the first post, the ringing will fade into their mind and escalate quickly, during the second post it will nearly be deafening. On the third post the ringing will begin to subside rather rapidly until their hearing returns to normal. There isn't any long term damage from the genjutsu, however a mild to severe headache can very likely become present from the sound itself. (This genjutsu only affects the sense of hearing, and no other senses)

Description: This is a genjutsu supplement meant for users of the sharingan dojutsu. This jutsu allows a person to change the circumstances of a current event in a not so subtle way. This replacement takes a recent event (anything from someone being stabbed to having taken a sip of water) and 'replaces' that event with a null event that must be limited to the size of an average persons torso. The variety of situations has no bounds outside the size of the illusion but to the victim(s) who need only look into the sharingan eye while this jutsu is active, will see the targeted recent event by the caster completely undone and returned to a neutral state. (Someone stabbed showing no signs of being stabbed or the cup appearing untouched in the prior examples). This has no actual bearing on the state of the world and is only meant as a deception tactic.

Description: The user of this jutsu activates this jutsu by weaving the signs (Bird-> Ox-> Dog) and initially being within the line of sight of the user. Afterwards, the user must find a way to obscure themselves from sight of their victim(s) (any number of people that have their line of sight broken). If successful in breaking the line of sight completely for even a moment, the illusion kicks in and Maigo disappears from sight in a seeming mist. In actuality, he must remain completely still or otherwise he appears in a more faded/misty form. The slightest movement in even the arms or legs will cause his reappearance to the world and the technique can be maintained for as long as he has chakra. Visual sensory techniques C rank and above can combat the technique while other forms of sensory aren't affected by this genjutsu.

Description: This jutsu traps an enemy into thinking that they are constantly falling, both providing the sensation of free-fall and warping the surrounding area (however conceivable) they can perceive into that of a free-fall for as long as they are under the genjutsu. The main way this is done by shrinking and stretching the environment around the person while their landing spot fades to the distance in their vision. The trigger for this jutsu is to get the opponent to jump into the air or to leave the ground after weaving the signs (Bird-> Ox-> Monkey-> Hare) and having the enemy in the user's direct line of sight while weaving the signs.

Description: This jutsu works by having an enemy(s) within 10 meters of the user and within direct sight of the user. The user weaves the signs (Rat-> Horse-> Ram) and must have anyone who is to be placed under the jutsu hear the trigger word (Delay or Faith traveling at 15 m/s), once they hear the word the opponent(s) will be placed under the genjutsu. The genjutsu will sit dormant for 2 posts, and then on the second post after being placed under, it will deceive the sense of touch to create the sensation of being stabbed in the back by a kunai/sword/weapon even through armor by a false imitation of the caster (essentially a clone behind them). The jutsu only deceives only the sense of touch and sight and the effect is instant while the 'pain' lasts until the genjutsu is dispelled. The victim(s) can break out of this via Genjutsu: Kai of the applicable rank but not through the normal routes of pain.

Description: Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique is a basic Genjutsu that plays on the instinctual fears of the victim. The user simply forms the Rat Hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow of the intended victim. They will then see any potential environmental hazards, such as dirt, sand, grass, leaves or snow, begin to spin and spiral as though caught in a cyclone, cloaking the transition and making it more believable for the victim to believe what follows. Once the diversionary show is over, the user will see their greatest fear manifested. For example, if someone is afraid of scorpions, they would see something like the one they love most being slaughtered by countless scorpions. This does not need to be a fear the caster knows of, as the fear is developed by the victim's mind. The obvious nature of this technique means that even the most fresh of Genin can tell they're in a genjutsu once they have had time to recover from the initial terror of the sights they have seen, and therefore the practical application of this comes not from keeping them in the Genjutsu, but from exploiting the moment of panic it creates once the victim sees the traumatic vision.

Description: This is a supplementary technique for a genjutsu user to cast their jutsu in disadvantageous situations. Particularly, for Maigo whom relies on his sharingan to cast genjutsu, if going against an opponent who avoids eye contact, gives him a chance to use his complete arsenal unrestricted. This jutsu allows a person to replace the trigger of any genjutsu with this one's, being that the user merely raise either of their pointer fingers up and point at their target(s), either directly or indirectly. Channeling the chakra of their genjutsu through the finger, anyone of their targets whom see their finger lifted will be caught under its spell. Using this method, only one jutsu can be cast at a time, and there is no extra preparation needed beforehand. For example, this allows a user to cast a C rank auditory genjutsu immediately upon their victim by having their target(s) make eye contact with their raised finger for even a brief moment, bypassing any potential triggers for the base genjutsu by paying the cost of this technique.

Description: To set up this jutsu, the user must set an area or point with their own chakra almost as a sort of gate, once any approaching ninja step or reach within 2 meters of the set gate then they are trapped within the illusion. This version of the technique allows the user to manipulate an enemy's senses limited exclusively to the visual sense with this technique in order to change the circumstances for which the caster operates. The user can create multiple static changes into the environment or onto the person or enemy's being regardless of how subtle or unsubtle such changes are. As an example, the caster could make it so that the color of the trees to be orange as ridiculous as that may seem. To cast this jutsu the user must use a combination of 3 consecutive hand signs and have their enemies within 20 meters when they cast the jutsu. Additional enemies can be caught under the jutsu by casting it when they are within 3 meters of the person targeted initially up to 3 additional persons.

Description: The unique ability of this genjutsu is to alter the genjutsu of others on the battlefield, or themselves if they have a mirror or such to look into their own gaze. This is done by making eye contact with a person under a genjutsu and bringing themselves into the genjutsu through their own visual prowess for a maximum of two posts. From here they can observe the world of the genjutsu omnisciently and make changes, an example being a genjutsu that may restrain a person to being tied to a post, the user of this genjutsu could enter in that genjutsu and free the victim in the genjutsu, thus breaking said genjutsu. This can work on any genjutsu up to B rank in power, or if multiple illusions are cast, up to 2 C rank genjutsu.

Description: This jutsu lets the user to replace his presence on the battlefield with that of a clones. It is cast by weaving the signs (Rat-> Snake-> Bird-> Monkey) and can be cast on one person at the cost of 15 chakra and additional people for the cost of 5 chakra by pushing out their chakra to the targets moving at a speed of 20 m/s. This jutsu starts out by replacing the users appearance on the field (as is) with a clone. The jutsu does not restrict the opponents movement at all, but inhibits their ability to detect the user via sight and sound inhibition and replacement. The illusion creates a clone of the user that moves at the will of the user and if it should be hit a jutsu it will be affected by the hit but instead reform newly in a completely different area up to 5 meters away from where the clone was destroyed.
The clone can only use physical attacks with any items that were already on their person, but since it is an illusion any damage will only affect them as long as they are in the genjutsu world, once released any 'damage' or 'pain' inflicted/felt will undo. Only one clone can be created in the illusion and it can only move up to 30 meters away from the users real body. The user is also not restricted from moving during the jutsu, however, due to needing incredible concentration to maintain the clone, the user cannot cast or use any other genjutsu during the duration.
- False Swipe:

Description: A very simple technique, activated by the user making the hand seals Rat, Dragon, Dog. This technique's effect becomes apparent only when the user attempts a Bukijutsu or Taijutsu melee attack against the target. The jutsu makes it appear to one or more of the opponent's senses that the user is aiming their attack somewhere else. At D-rank, this technique can only fool the sense of sight. At C-rank, it can fool the sense of touch as well.

Description: This jutsu traps an opponent into a world of consuming darkness, after weaving the signs (Ram-> Snake-> Ox-> Bird-> Dragon-> Horse) and finding a way to force their victim(s) eyes closed. The other senses will operate normally, but their vision will be consumed by darkness no matter where they look or what they look at until it is dispersed. The jutsu does nothing but inhibit their sense of vision but anyone who has a perception stat of B rank will be able to work around the darkness. The jutsu lasts until is dispersed and can be cast on many people by paying the base chakra cost of 15 chakra and 5 more per additional person.

Description: This genjutsu is a visual one in nature, only affecting a singular opponents sight. The user must only weave together the Rat hand seal and get their target within eye sight. Once these conditions are met, the genjutsu can be cast upon them nearly immediately by making a slash of some form and releasing out a chakra wave along with it (moving at 20 m/s). A large cut in their vision will appear either splitting everything horizontally or vertically depending on how the user cuts and then the two halves will slide away from each other in an attempt to disorient the victim by having the two worlds fall apart and away from each other. This genjutsu is rather obvious and won't take long for even genin to figure out, but in that time that they are disoriented or misplace themselves, many opportunities can be created to strike or escape if need be.

Description: This is a relatively simple genjutsu, weaving together 3 handsigns quickly, the user can take a stimulus of their choice by keeping them within their vision and project the new stimulus upon their victim(s). This can affect every sense including touch the only exception being that the genjutsu itself isn't strong enough to be overpowering enough to completely debilitate the target. Otherwise the user only needs to experience or imagine a stimuli of their own and then cast the genjutsu upon their enemies, up to 3 persons in total and 5 chakra additional cost per person beyond the base 3.

Description: The user must remain still while channeling this jutsu, during which time anyone that looks their way falls under its effects. This genjutsu causes any opponents within 20m to see a blinding light emanating from the user’s body, blinding them and leaving them unable to respond to visual cues for one post. While the illusion of light itself does little as far as trapping the victim in an illusion, it does create the opportunity for the caster to activate a second genjutsu while the victim is unable to see them.
- Bountiful Soul:
Name: Illusion Technique: Bountiful Soul (幻術・乙姫, Genjutsu: Otohime)

Description: A technique with little combat-strategical use, but requires the use of any rank of Sharingan. Genjutsu: Otohime allows its caster to relay their own memories to the target. It is also an Illusion Technique which manipulates the target and user's sense of time, being that any interaction within the genjutsu lasts not even a fraction of a second; thus it has little use in paralyzing, shocking, or otherwise affecting the target, unless the information given via this Genjutsu has an IC emotional or similar effect on them; even then, the reaction is up to the roleplayer.
While this technique can control the five senses, any preternatural or chakra-based ones, as well as the sense of time and direction, the caster also has free reign to simply talk with the target in the 'mental realm' created, relaying an amount of information that would be impossible to convey in the minuscule amount of time the genjutsu actually elapses in the real world.
This technique also allows the Sharingan-user to insert themselves into others' Genjutsu without falling under it themselves, alerting the victim to the presence of an illusion if they did not know so already. In addition, both the user and the Genjutsu victim can use Kai while this technique is in place at -15 chakra cost. A B-rank or lower Genjutsu can be dispelled by this technique alone, not requiring Kai.

Description: A technique requiring the use of the Sanshisuiemei ring-weight and its special ability to create mirages and duplications. By adjusting the heat with Katon, as well as twirling and spinning the weight around himself in a specific fashion to distribute his chakra in place of hand seals, Maigo can manipulate the angles of refraction, controlling the mirages that appear.

Description: This genjutsu is one that plays on a victims own experiences in order to stop time without actually making it stop. To cast the genjutsu, the user needs to weave together 5 hand signs and then target up to 3 other ninja by keeping them within the users vision and range while casting the technique and pressing a chakra wave into the action that the victim (moving at 35 m/s). Once cast, this genjutsu will freeze them in place for up to one post and replay the last action they performed before they froze, in an effort to make it feel as nothing has changed (Posts reference OOC pacing). To the victim, the last moments of their experience will payback in their mind, so someone who was taking a sip of water will pause what they are doing but to them, it will appear as if they are still drinking water. This being that the last moments being repeated, however inconsistent they may be in terms of being able to loop or replay will happen, making the subtle use of this genjutsu extremely difficult as there is no inherent mechanism for masking the genjutsu and return to reality smoothly.

Description: This genjutsu is a simple one, where the users takes up to 3 victims and traps the group of them into a false reality via eye contact with the users sharingan. While under the genjutsu, both persons will stay still, not budging a muscle as their minds continuously build the reality that they endure. During that time, they will both react to each other and any event happening will feel real, and any jutsu/damage sustained or delivered will be trapped within that false reality. Same thing with speech and such, all events of any kind will be contained within that genjutsu, but will be known to both persons as if they actually happened. With jutsu and such, any chakra expended won't actually be expended, beyond the user paying the cost to maintain the genjutsu or the victims using Kai to escape.

Description: This genjutsu is simple enough in nature, weaving the half tiger seal while eyeing their target(s) within the range of the caster, then seeing the user make some sharp movement after casting it. The genjutsu causes the users movements to become extremely blurred after casting, as if they were moving just ever out of the range of the reaction time of their opponents. The more strenuous the users movements are, the more extreme the blurriness is, meaning that the blur of movement is at its worst when the caster is moving and the blur is nonexistent when the caster is still. Due to this, it effectively reduces an opponents reaction time by one tier while this genjutsu is activated.

Description: This is a simple and obvious genjutsu appropriately classified as a temporary paralysis genjutsu. The user merely needs to activate their sharingan (three tomoe required) and make eye contact with their victim. Once this is done, several large nails will fall down from the sky and impale the victim across their body. If the genjutsu is met, there is no warning the nails will fall or a way for the person to avoid them. 5 to 7 nails will fall in total and paralyze the victim in place to the ground, and severely restrict their movement. The genjutsu aspect is apparently real as the nails are quite large and appear from nowhere with no other trigger than looking into the users eyes, outside of that, everything will turn hues of red and black as the outside world fades out of focus.
The jutsu itself is incredibly painful for the victim, giving them the real sensation of pain throughout, given that quality, the victim cannot use pain to break free of it, only Genjutsu: Kai or waiting out its duration. A person with at least S-2 strength will be able to resist the paralysis with great effort extended.
- Heavenly Persuasion:

Description: Combining the information-relay power of Genjutsu: Otohime, among the Dōjutsu's other illusion prowess, with the knowledge of the ANBU's standard Time Reversal Technique, this jutsu puts a potent interrogation tactic in its user's arsenal. Simply by making eye contact using the Sharingan for an entire post, any person that is restrained, cannot battle any more, or even is unconscious can be put under the Sharingan's suggestion spell. A Strong-Willed person, though they can resist being put under the influence of this technique for another post, ultimately cannot fight the power of the Uchiha. This technique can also be activated while using Genjutsu: Otohime in the regular fashion.
After the preparation post, the user can gain any and all information they desire from the target's mind in what to others seems like an instant, to boot not having to actually interrogate the victim physically or verbally. This technique also has the added benefit of erasing the user's interrogation from the subject's mind; due to being reverse-engineered from the Jigyaku no Jutsu, that ANBU technique cannot recover the lost memories.

Description: This genjutsu is a simple one where the user weaves together a string of hand seals [Bird->Rat->Horse->Rat->Dog-Monkey->Snake] and exhales a large cloud of murky-clear chakra out from his mouth. Should anyone be witness to the smoke as it rolls out from him and stops into its structure will be caught in his genjutsu. The smoke rolls out from Maigo and spread into a circle, completely covering him up over the course of one post up to 2 meters in height and out in a 15 meter radius expanding out at 35 m/s. In actuality, the smoke fades away harmlessly but anyone who visually sees the mist reach the end of its radius will see the smoke form into a combination of 2 meter height and 1 meter width flawless mirrors in a circle around that radius. Any level of fuuton jutsu can blow the smoke away but once the smoke is created, it won't stop the trigger from casting. In the mirrors, they will reflect their surroundings and everything outside of them and will project the image of Maigo and what he is doing into each of the mirrors faces they are looking at. For every additional victim either seeing the smoke expand or entering into the territory, it costs the user an additional 10 chakra to plunge them into the genjutsu.
Outside of the structure, the victim(s) won't be able to see anything of what is inside the structure (the smoke) even after the first post when it completely dissipates. However, should someone enter into the mirrors they will find that they are easily 'broken' and shatter almost immediately on contact into many different shards. Once inside the structure the victim(s) will enter a mirror maze inside, mirrors arbitrarily building a maze around them within. Each of the mirrors within can also be broken, but every mirror (including the initial) will reform back through every time its broken. Once within, the victim(s) can not escape the maze by breaking through the distance, and instead will become seemingly infinite for the duration they are trapped.
The mirrors feel fully real to the victims and when shattered make the noise appropriate to their shattering and the person who breaks them will feel light cuts on their hand/feet if they step on the shards. This pain is not enough to break free of the illusion in itself but self-induced pain of equal rank and Kai of the appropriate rank needed are enough to dispel this genjutsu under normal circumstances.

Description: A technique channeled through a handheld weapon with more than 1' exposed length when held, such as a katana or tantō. It's executed by rotating the wrist, and thus the weapon's length, back and forth about 10° both up and down from the horizontal position, increasing slowly by 10° increments; once they see any such movement, a person is caught in the genjutsu.
This technique is fairly obvious to notice as an illusion. The target's field of vision literally centers on the hand holding the sword; as the caster turns their hand, the entire world tilts with the angle of the blade, as if the weapon became the universal horizon for their world. (Should the victim look away, their sense of vision stays in the angle they last saw the sword
This type of illusion would normally not be much issue, except the brain attempts to make sense of the rapid change in the body's orientation as perceived by vision. This discrepancy, in part caused by the mind's (correct) expectation of the sense of balance to be slower than the other senses, creates a dysfunction in equilibrioception, causing the affected person(s) to lose their ability to balance.
While the victims are fully capable of using all of their physical faculties, their essential locomotive speed is reduced to about 1m/s at maximum while in view of the user's waving sword, and they cannot use thrown or other aimed projectiles that aren't guided by chakra. When they cannot see the trigger, they can increase their speed to 5m/s. A person's ability to move can be increased by chakra, but only by techniques that propel or otherwise carry the caster, not by those that, say, increase muscle power. Use of the latter can result in severe injury due to not being able to control one's high-speed movement as normal.
Non-player characters, except the main adversaries of a mission and perhaps plot-based characters, are generally incapacitated even by the first portion of this technique, and are knocked out completely once the paralysis would normally set in. Any number of NPCs can be affected by this jutsu en masse.

Description: Complete Hypnosis controls the five senses with extreme precision to create the perfect illusory world around those the caster traps within the genjutsu. This jutsu is activated by infusing the users blade with a hefty amount of chakra beforehand, and then drawing their sword after it is infused. The chakra lashes out in all directions for 40 meters radius and anyone who sees the sword drawn is immediately trapped inside the illusion. Once caught under the hypnosis the victim(s) are stuck at the whim of the user as they actively create a near perfect illusion of their surroundings around them. It is put one way that the user could make a dragon out of a fly and a field of flowers out of a swamp in the eyes of the hypnotized.
The jutsu itself cost 30 chakra to cast and an additional 10 chakra for each person beyond the first. Given its incredibly accurate transformation of the world around them, it would take someone of SS-1 perception or higher to even notice the flaws in the illusion.
