Vow & 8 Tails revamped from Enduring Sacrifice pair of ranged swords to better fit updated item guidelines and design. Instead of two gunblades, they have been revamped into one sword and one ranged weapon but both retain their raiton alignment. Ammo needs to be priced and paid for.
Kyoki has been revamped from Jiwari to better match updated item guidelines and design.
The Yosei mantle has been revamped from the Sealmaster's mantle due to updated armor guidelines making the old armor illegal.
Seimei Master Seal revamped to this neat trinket due to +1 to jutsu now being illegal as I understand. If you wanna grade this at S-rank I'll happily pay the difference.

Ability/Function:
The Vow is a wicked weapon, sometimes called the shining jewel for its spartan yet elegant design in stark contrast to the brilliance and master craftsmanship it was created with. The weapon is made of a super-cooled liquid. Impact with the weapon or pommel can easily fracture bones, though so sharp is the blade of the Seiyaku, that it can remove the limb of a man with little more than the pressure of the blade’s own weight and strikes as if the user has +1 tier to their reaction speed due to the sword having the fraction of the friction created by this weapon’s composition compared to other blades.
Chakra Ability:
This ability can be activated by paying thirty chakra. This weapon, at the cost of ten chakra per post; flows Raiton chakra down the length of the blade, using the bizarre reflective properties and the subtle uneven surface of the weapons’ edge to create a 1.5m radii effect of dazzling bright light. The bright effect creates small imprecise optical illusions which cause opponents to see vague duplicates of the weapon at varying distances which combined with the lights painfully confuses the eyes, altogether making the weapon impossible to look at directly within 10m, causing momentary blindness (one post). Additionally, just looking in the direction of the blade within 20m is confusing enough that a Shinobi suffers -2 tiers of reaction time even avoiding direct eye contact. Because of the brightness of the effect created by this ability, the user cannot conceal themselves or the blade from sight (such as with stealth jutsu) while it is being used, though physical walls will still block the light.
Appearance: The weapon is a 135cm long altogether with a one sided 110cm blade and a 25cm handle affording maximum control to the user. Though the weapon lacks a traditional hand-guard entirely, instead the edge widens at the hilt end to allow for any glancing blade to overshoot the user’s fingers. The weapon itself is a dark near-black grey, which shines a far lighter bluish white, much like that of a diamond when it is exposed to bright light or heat sources, meaning when the ability on this weapon is active, the blade shines very light blue. The grip itself is made of tanned shark-skin painted black and blue, making the weapon better to grip with armored hands and has an elegant golden pommel at its tip, sturdy enough for striking.
History: A weapon that has not been wielded for generations. This Konohagakure relic has been missing for nearly five years after a vault containing numerous sacred Leaf artifacts was broken into and much of its contents liberated. Called one of the Five Pillars of Konoha, the Vow is to the lightning what the Messiah is to the wind.

Ability/Function:
A tongue-in-cheek homage to history, named as a joke so not to disrespect the legacy of the Nine-Tails. This vicious contraption is designed to make short work of foes at long range with its high rate of fire and raw piercing power. The bow is loaded just beneath the main chassis with disposable drums containing nine bolts each. This weapon may not be fired on the same post it is reloaded. The firing mechanism contains a threading tool for wire or other suitable material to be fired in conjunction with bolts. The weapon fires projectiles at a rate of 65-meters per second, though its effective range is determined by which firing mode is being used (only one firing mode may be used per post) -
Volley Fire - Firing any more than four bolts in one post allows this weapon to operate at a range of 30-meters without losing effectiveness, but projectiles lose 10-meters per second of speed every 10-meters after this point as well as losing a rank of damage after the first 30-meters.
Controlled Fire - Burst fire allows the user to fire up to four bolts at an effective range of 50-meters, after which they lose one rank in damage effectiveness as well as decreasing in speed by 10-meters per second every 10-meters beyond this point.
Precision Fire - Firing only one bolt in a single post maximizes the weapons range, allowing projectiles to retain full effectiveness and speed up to 100-meters after which it suffers from twice the usual speed reduction of the other firing methods. This mode can only be used with two hands.
Chakra Ability:
Whenever this weapon is fired, the user may pay 10 chakra to infuse Raiton chakra with the bolt, increasing the effective projectile speed by 10-meters per second and causing additional second-degree electrical burns on impact. This Raiton is designed to use chakra as a method of conductivity; if these bolts come into contact with chakra or chakra infused material, they act as if it is conductive, traveling along it and to its source, causing second-degree electrical burns wherever applicable.
Appearance: Eight-and-a-half is a sleek, silver crossbow of medium size. It is designed to be fired with one hand in relatively close range or to be held steady with two arms for precise attacks. Much of the chassis is wrapped in black cloth to hide its sheen until the metal fades with age.
History: Utilizing methods typically reserved for puppets, a skilled craftsman has been able to create this weapon for use by an experienced Kyujutsu practitioner. An experimental design if there ever was one, this tool was born from wartime innovation. As the war between shinobi evolves, new weapons must be developed to stay ahead of the curve. These improved methods of war are a reflection of the world's escalating conflict.

Ability/Function:
Ammunition for the 8½ Tails, these pre-loaded cylinders are filled with nine bolts per container. The bolts are each 40.5cm long and capable of lodging themselves 4" deep into a person's body with ease, as well as crack and pierce bone on impact. They are fitted with small holes at the back end to allow for various attachments. The bolts are only slightly flared at the tip, making them somewhat easy to remove. However, the blades surrounding them are so fine, and cut so cleanly, that A-rank or higher Medical Ninjutsu is required to stem the bleeding.
History: Money can be exchanged for good and services.

Ability/Function:
Primarily designed as a secondary or off-hand weapon, Kyoki possesses a small, 50cm blade that is easily capable of slicing through a human being provided the user has sufficient strength (S-rank or higher), the blade can also pierce up to 4" into flesh with a stab. The main function of this blade, however, is not its cutting power but rather its durability. The blade is made from exceedingly rare ores which absorb excess energy and stress placed upon the blade, including those imposed by chakra and other similar forces. This blade does not accumulate damage from techniques or strikes below A-rank and counts as if it were a rank higher for defensive purposes at all times.
Chakra Ability:
At any time, the user may let go of this blade and pay 10-chakra, this causes the blade to lose its physical form entirely, becoming a wild breeze that orbits the user, capable of deflecting B-rank and lower projectile items. The user may pay 15-chakra and reach into the wind to pull the blade's form from the airflow, ceasing its aura and turning it back into its physical state. The blade may not become solid if it would solidify inside another physical object. Each of these effects may be activated once per post, the first activation costs 10-chakra and the second costs 15-chakra no matter what order the abilities are used in.
Appearance: A simple silver Wakizashi in a lacquered sheath the color of ink. The blade is not designed with a gaudy aesthetic in mind, favoring function over form.
History: A relic made from depleted Konoha ores centuries ago. Kyoki was initially passed throughout Konoha leadership as a symbol of seniority until it was retired and sealed away in a vault. During a break in five years prior, the blade is one of a handful of artifacts that were stolen. Any Konohagakure scholar would recognize this historic blade.

Protection: While this cloak is capable of deflecting C-rank and lower projectiles and weaponry, it offers no other physical protection.
Ability/Function:
By paying 20 chakra, the user activates the intricate Fūinjutsu woven within the folds, releasing a hazy aura of distorted chakra created by the rapid sealing and release of residual energies surrounding the user; costing 10 chakra per post to maintain, this aura reduces the effects of all A-rank and lower techniques not used by the wearer by one rank within its effective range of 30-meters. Techniques affected are reduced to the minimum damage value of their new rank as well as counting as a lower rank when interacting with other jutsu. This ability requires the wearer to have A-rank or higher Fūinjutsu to activate. This aura affects the first two techniques it interacts with per post but costs and additional 5-chakra for the third technique and every second technique following that (5th, 7th, 9th, etc).
Appearance: A simple black cloak designed to hide the wearer's identity. The fabric is laced with various sealing formulae, giving the material an ethereal quality.
History: This cloak is the wearer's namesake, woven by hand.
author's note post edit 2.0 - As it stands I'm gonna say that if you absolutely insist on paying more chakra for every tech beyond even the first or second, then I'm gonna rework the item entirely. That chakra cost would not be worth the ability in my opinion, it's already borderline bad as is.

Ability/Function: This pair of small bells provide two functions, one innate to the item, one unique to its current owner. This item steadies this particular shinobi's thoughts, contributing +1 tier to perception while they are in his possession.
These bells are attuned to the chakra of the person who uses them, with their chakra flow directly impacting the sound they produce. The bells on their own are non-functional but resonate small chimes to the user affected by their chakra flow. A user will notice slight changes in the bells' pitch whenever their chakra flow becomes affected in any way; such as when they are forming chakra to perform a jutsu, if their chakra is impacted by the effects of medical ninjutsu or Genjutsu, or that of Juken; anything that affects the user's chakra flow in any way changes the bell's pitch. Naturally, a skilled shinobi (perception S-rank or higher) can tell the difference in the sound made by their own impact on chakra flow versus that of an unknown. This effect only applies to techniques of S-rank and below.
Appearance: A pair of old silver bells, rusted and strung together with a piece of white string stained with blood and dirt.
History: A memento from another life.
