A-rank
Missions:

Raphael stood at the village gates looking out over the horizon at the flooding of visitors coming in for the finals of the Chuunin Exams. He had received his orders the night before by raven, he had been selected among other genin to provide service to the village as a needed tour guide. Raphael loathed having to interact with people especially tourist, they were all so very annoying to him. Still it was his duty as a shinobi of the hidden cloud village to serve the village however it was deemed necessary, and when an order came down from the higher ups there was little to do except comply. Raphael looked over the brioche making note of all the noteworthy locations that he could take his group to see, he found himself waiting for little over an hour before the special jounin that had been placed on guard duty signaled for him to come over to him and a group of three adults and a young girl. "Raphael I would like you to meet Hyuuga, Chen and his family" the special jounin said as Raphael reached the group, Raphael quickly bowed to group, "it is an honor to meet you." The special jounin smiled as he turned back to the family, "Raphael is one of the villages Genin, he will give you a tour of the village before showing you to the hotel where you will be stay for your duration here in the Hidden Cloud." The special jounin would then turn to Raphael, "give them the tour of the village before taking them to the Golden Horn Casino and then help them to their room." Raphael would give a quick nod in understanding before turning to the family, "Well then shall we begin, if you would just follow me I will give you the grand tour." He would begin as they started their way through the gates. The tour would of course begin in the lower district known as the merchant district, it is the district that is closest to the gates. Raphael would not spend a lot of time here though as he explained that while these merchants do have quality supplies with the current chuunin exams in progress the trade has increased and so had their prices. The next stop on their tour was the lower middle ring this was where most of the competitor in the chuunin exams and their travelling partners where stationed at, though any other time this would be where most tourist or travel shinobi would stay. Raphael continue the tour throughout the different districts taking the long way around so that the casino would be the last stop on the tour, he took the Hyuuga family through the Genin districts pointing out the Cloud 369 diner where he often stops to eat "This here is the Cloud 369 Diner I eat there almost everyday, of course my apartment is just around the corner so it makes it convenient but I will say this, they have the best food and of course the best price in the entire village and I highly recommend you stopping in and trying it out during your stay here." The path they took brought the group to their next stop at the Kumo Hospital, "And of course here we have the Hospital staffed with the best Medic Nin in the Country, but of course you will have no need of them during your stay here as you are perfectly safe." The young shinobi said with a smile before continuing on with their journey. "Here we have the Battle Plateau," Raphael stated pointing to a large pillar with stairs that wound around the pillar up to the top. "At the top of these stairs is where all Kumo Shinobi come to train, myself included. It has a very large spacial area allow for multiple full scale soars to take place at the same time without interfering with each other." Raphael smiled as he remembered his spar with Tenjin the genin from the hidden stone, both boys had fought with the intention of winning and in the end it was a draw, something that Raphael wished to rectify the next time the pair's paths crossed each other's again. Raphael was brought back to reality by remembering he was not standing there alone, he gave a little cough and a smile, "ah yes sorry. Anyways cloud shinobi of all ranks can be found here training, however these days with the chuunin exams going most people are in the stands watching the events take place rather than training. Well now let us continue on." Continuing on the path they were on Raphael led the group to the Thunder Temple, "Anyone else feeling the hairs on your arms and neck stand on end? That is because our next stop is here at the great Thunder Temple, it is here that the Tsukino Clan reside as the caretakers, now we are not permitted inside due to the close proximity that the Temple is to the Thundergrounds. The temple itself is actually nothing more than a outcropping of rocks that separate the village from the Thundergrounds, and it is for this reason the Temple is restricted from those unfamiliar with the way of lightning in Kaminari no Kuni, the rocks of the temple draw in lightning strikes which is why the air around the temple is electrified. However inside the temple itself it is much more electrified, even if I had access to the temple I don't know if I would be able to." He ended with a small chuckle before beginning to direct the family along their path to their next stop.

"Ladies and Gentleman, I present to you the SkyBar. By far one of Kumogakure's most popular attractions, its name come from the fact that it is so high up the mountain and has balconies that over look the village and give a beautiful romantic view of the village at sunset. They have karaoke night every Wednesday and I believe that starts at at six. All ages are permitted, though id is required for any alcohol of course." Raphael said with a smile taking a breath as he turned to lead them to their next destination, he was glad he took the time to read the brioche as he waited to be selected as a guide otherwise he would not have know all the information he was giving to the group. Their path brought them to the top of the mountain where the skyforge sat proudly, from here they would be able to take the main road back down the mountain towards the Casino to end their journey, but first Raphael wanted to give the family a small history lesson. "As you can obviously tell this is the highest point in the entire village, but in reality little is actually known about the forge. They say it was here before the village, that in fact the founders of Kumogakure actually built the village around the forge because when they used it they found the weapons held special properties and so they built the village to hide its secrets." Raphael would pause for dramatic effect before letting out a chuckle, "that is of course if you believe in that sort of thing, although the Skyforge does create the best weapons in the country in case you are interested in taking a souvenir back home with you to the hidden leaf." He added before motioning to the main road for them to continue. The tour would of course avoid the Athos' Keep and The Arbiter's Ground as they were of limits though Raphael did point them out to the family so that they would know to stay away from those areas. "Now that those are out of the way I give you the Administration Building, here we have the Raikage's office as well as all members of his staff's. You can find an information desk inside on the first floor, it has a map of the village as well as the locations of the battle of the chuunin exams that you can look at, though your hotel room will also hold this same map." Raphael stopped talking when he caught sight of the Durian Tree, his mind flashed back to the day he had met Eishi his friend from Kirigakure. The pair of them had partaken of the sweet fruit of that demonic tree and they suffered the consequences, "over there you will see the Durian Tree, although most locals just refer to it as the demon tree as the fruit from the tree are very foul. I made the mistake of eating one with a friend of mine when I had first arrived here in Kumo and the effects are ill to say the least I would not wish it on my worst enemy." Raphael emphasized the end as he wish them to understand the importance of staying away from the fruit, but his seriousness was short lived as he quickly put a smile on his face, "well now lets continue on only one stop left." Even from where they stood in front of the administration building they could see their destination that was well over a mile away from them. Raphael decided that since they could already see the hotel and casino he might as well begin his tour description of it. "As you can see see the Golden Horn Casino and Hotel is among the largest buildings in Kumogakure, though no one has actually taken the time to measure the buildings the Golden Horn is said to draw even the size of the Raikage's office building. It is by far the number one attraction of the village as they spared no expense making it so, as you can probably tell from the gold light trim of the building, they say you can even see it far outside the village at night lighting up tbe horizon. They have the fountain lit up with the same light as the building giving the water the look of glistening gold, especially at night." He finished his speech just as they reached the entrance of the Golden Horn Casino. "Alright now if you will just bare with me a little while longer we will get you to your room," Raphael stated as he motioned for the group to follow him into the lobby of the hotel portion of the Golden Horn. From the lobby the Casino floor could easily be seen the buzz of excitement and the sound of machine filled the lobby as the approached the main desk. "Yes I have the Hyuuga family with me, reservation should be under Chen." Raphael stated to the clerk behind the desk, "ah yes we have been expecting you your belongings have already been moved into your room and are waiting for you, room 708." The woman replied holding out the key to the room to Chen, who took it and lead his family to the elevator, but not before thanking Raphael for the well informed tour of the village. With his job now complete Raphael departed from the Golden Horn Casino and headed to the administration office so that he could file his report of the mission completion and receive his payment for the job tasked to him. As he walked he let his mind wander back to the memories he had made since his arrival here in the Hidden Cloud, Eishi his goofball friend from the hidden mist, and Tenjin his rival in Taijutsu, and he still planned to prove to the boy that he was better no matter how long it took. Raphael knew that their friendship and rivalry would push both of them beyond their normal limits until they both reach heights that would normally be unimaginable to them, but Raphael would not stop until he stood victorious. Once he arrived at the administration building he wasted little time writing up his report on the mission and then turned it in to the desk clerk before tell her to have his payment sent to his home as he was tired and headed there.
