Makoto was sitting alone on the stoned bridge as he wondered whether he would ever be able to achieve his dreams one day. Makoto took a deep breath and began jogging along the bridge, he wanted to become stronger so he could master all jutsu. In the end he could barely cover two hundred meters before the fatigue hit him as he fell hitting his knee into the hard rock. The look of pain on his face as he pressed the palms of his soft hands on the hard surface struggling back onto his feet.

He could feel a throbbing pain in his legs, he could probably walk around for a bit or go at a light pace. However he felt if he could not move around much for now, he could at least practice some of his jutsu. Makoto was trying to think of which jutsu to use and so he felt it was a bit misty up here so why not make misty clones, or at the very least some water clones.

He focused on the technique and performed it carefully as up to six makoto's appeared around him. They were all placed equally around him with him as the center. He thought about it as he felt like a huge weight had been lifted, while at the same time feeling really drained. Makoto was not sure but he felt like maybe half of his chakra was now gone, but he had no way to know for sure.

Words = 251

Chakra = 250 - 15 = 235 - 23.5x6 = 235 - 141 = 94
Clone 1 - 6 = 23.5

makoto looked at each of his clones look at each other as they all seemed to have an idea of what was wanted, the first clone sighed and jumped off the bridge. The others leaned over the edge with Makoto as they watched him explode into a splash of water after passing a certain distance. He looked to his other clones and scratched his head for a bit. In order to make sure the clone did not disappear from the fall he pointed and the second clone ran until passing roughly the same distance and then going crazy before splashing as he thought to himself.

This technique had a medium range and while it was okay, it meant that clones were also perhaps a weakness as he was not sure. He decided to just sit down and relax for a bit as the clones did their own thing. The one clone just laid on its back and stared up at the sky. The other clone did basic stretches and warm ups just to make sure that the clone body was stable. The last two were syncing up and doing the clapping game as he saw it.

The clones both raise up their hands and clap against each others in a double high five, then proceed to do a normal clap and repeat. The timing was a bit too accurate which meant that the clones ran off a basis on how he thinks at least, as far as he could tell before yawning a bit. The rest did him good as he slid off the edge landing gently on his feet the others got into formation and they began a short jog up the bridge, followed by a really short jog back as he stopped and realized that the clones may have better stamina then he does. Though if they had to stay in range then it meant their stamina was tied down to his own weakness as he sighed before going to sit down again and nap for a bit while the clones stood guard over his resting place.

Words =251 + 349 = 600
Chakra = 94
Clones 3-6 = 23.5

After finishing his nap Makoto got up and began to jog with his clones once more as they managed to keep up with his slow pace. He then did a return jog before taking a leisurely walk down the stone bridge. He then watched to see what the water clone could do. The water clone formed the tiger hand seal and attempted to perform the fire style technique, and all he got was nothing. It seemed the clone was not able to use his flame technique which was probably due to the jutsu being a water based clone. Makoto resolved with himself that he would either need to learn a fire style version of the water clone technique, or that he would have to develop a water styled version of the fire style attack he attempted for his clone to perform.

He thought about it some more as the other clone already knew to try out the hidden mist technique as a cloud of mist formed, the technique worked like normal with the exception of him learning that he could not see through the technique himself. Him and his clones walked away from the mist as it might be a danger to him if he can not see through it. He then took a deep breathe and stood one on one before his one clone.

"Hi, I am Makoto of Iwagakure" as he said those words to the clone, the clone in turn replied.
"Hi, I am a Water Clone of Makoto" as the reply seemed to sound like him and was a bit of a bother as even he knew talking to himself might be considered weird. After doing that Makoto went back to walking along the bridge with his clones wondering what he would try out next on his practice on the bridge.

Words = 600 + 305 = 905
Chakra = 94
Clones 3= 23.5 - 10 = 13.5
Clones 4-6 = 23.5

Makoto and his clones began speaking a bit more as he was satisfied with the results he began to run up and down, then began to move all around as he got a second wind after relaxing for so long. He then got together with his clones and they began to practice with an experiment as they took the stance and attempted the hidden mist technique, one clone was successful while the rest were unable to use it as he began to learn a few things about them. Clones shared abilities among themselves so he would need to create a larger variety of jutsu in order to fully use multiple clones for a jutsu.

The chakra drain was also an issue as he began to think to himself that he had to prepare himself more for battle, since with the art of jutsu came the art of war as well. While he was not a real fan of war or even a fan of peace, he believed any excuse to bring forth epic ninjutsu was worth his time. Makoto then dispersed all the clones since he was done experimenting with them for now as he hoped to create more clone jutsu in the future.

Words = 905 + 204 = 1109

Chakra = 94 + 84 = 178/250

Makoto was all alone as he looked out from the bridge wondering where in this world he belonged as the wind blew through his hair. What did it mean to be alive, what did it mean to master all jutsu of this world. From the simplicity of the hidden mist to the complexity of a clone army, to the violently vibrant flames of the phoenix fire flower ninjutsu and even the subtle smell of the mist flame dance which did not even dance. However even that jutsu had beauty once ignited with the passion of another flame or the spark of lightning crashing into it as it explodes with flames that move so fast its unbelievable.

He looked out across the land that was his home, the village hidden in stone as he remembered his parents mentioning that they had to find an artifact. He had heard tales of swords the size of mountains, tailed beasts that could take down entire villages and items that sealed great mysteries as he wondered how much of it was true. In the end Makoto only had himself and his jutsu, there was not much else worth living for other than maybe a cool item or two as well. Relaxing as he began to think even more deeply before walking home again.
