Their Kage absent, their entire government in disarray and no word coming from the Daimyo of the land of wind on how to expediate this immensely unorthodox issue, Sunagakure no sato and more so its entire population from the highest advisor in the elder's council to the lowest beggar in the slums would've felt the uncertainty lingering in the hot, dry air of the desert.

However, the Council of Elders, staunch and backed by their individual clans were crafty and decisive in the matter, seeing this not as a moment of turbulence and uncertainty, but as an opportunity, for in their greed and lust for power, it had not happened before that nor Daimyo nor Kazekage was present to bare witness to the exchange of power in the land. They saw this as a sign, a hopeful blessing by the heavens that they were at last, after so many years and so many changes of both Kage and Daimyo, in total control of the village's future.

Yet power never fails to get rid of the emotion of fear, the feeling of terror and despair, certainly when power is grabbed by those who do not wield the strength which is necessary to keep such power in check. In their fear that they might be disturbed or one might catch wind of their plans, in an act of secluded madness and distrust, the council of elders had only allowed shinobi of their own clans to be allowed to guard them, keeping the anbu and the regular shinobi out of the picture. They needed to have a treaty on this newly acquired and shared power, a way to finalize and cement this change in who ruled and most importantly, they wanted to end the era of kages and start an era ruled by the council and the council's wishes and desires.

...

Slowly walking through the streets, a massive white snake slithering behind her, a lone woman passed the villagers who were reading the newspapers, looking at the bulletins that had been hung out accross the village of Sunagakure: the kazekage had vanished. Wether it was fate or providence, the woman didn't know, but with this news it all became clear.

She had needed a base of operations, a place where she'd be ready to take on all who'd dare to hunt her down, all who'd stand in her way and now with that puppet kage gone, the chance of a lifetime had arrived, the chance to get what she wanted.

"The shadow has fallen, time for the light to be swallowed whole," With silent steps, the woman marched on towards the tallest building in the village: the administration building, there where the last vestige of ancient power remained in Sunagakure no Sato. "Now I claim your sun."

The sun was slowly sinking behind the horizon, yet the council was still squabbling among themselves within the walls of the administration building, trying to get their affairs in order and hoping to find a way to allow them to keep the power a vacancy created by the kazekage had granted them. However, as they were arguing and repealing eachother's individual ideas, constantly vying to be the strongest voice in their group, a single shinobi had started to encroach upon their position, slowly walking up the stairs towards the entrance of the Administration building of the Village hidden in the Sand.

With each step she made, the kunoichi could feel the eyes of easily a dozen Anbu operatives following her with keen interest, surely they did not yet have an inkling on what they were dealing with and those that did would've probably been wise enough not to try anything reckless or stupid as in risking their lives for a pointless cause.

There were advantages to Sunagakure without a doubt, they had no official allegiances and actually weren't all too keen on the village of Konoha, allowing free movement to a shinobi who had defected from said village and who possibly held one of the highest bounties on her head since the likes of Uchiha Hao and Senju Ukiyo scoured the lands with their criminal or downright terrifying activities and ideals. If only those in Sunagakure knew, if only the council knew what kind of monster their own village was harboring, if only they knew...something.

Slowly and certainly, the snake and its mistress managed to reach the top of the stairs. With the strange black and gold helmet on, obscuring her face from all onlookers, she seemed like she had come out of a science fiction story: a faceless and intimidating entity preparing itself to feast upon the weakness of a village, which had been biding its time under the greedy eyes of the vultures and carrion birds that were trying to decide its future from within the hallowed halls of the administration building.

"As the old generation fights for the spoils of a dying nation," The masked kunoichi chuckled, her voice severely and eerily distorted by the helmet which obscured all her facial features. "They do not realize that the death of their nation goes hand in hand with the birth of a new one. Pity the fools who think themselves kings, only to end up being no more than lowly serfs."

Masked faces and darkened eyes followed the woman as she walked towards the double door which gave entrance to the inner workings of the administration building. There were easily a dozen pairs of eyes keeping tabs on her. After all, even in times like these, Sunagakure was still a hidden village, no matter how weakened and destitude it had become, they still had a functioning, albeit roughly diminished force of shinobi. Their Anbu had once been the equal to those of Konoha, surpassing those from the leaf only in brutality and shere efficiency.

Just as her left hand reached for the left door of the entrance, the large white snake next to her suddenly hissed and her hand remained silent and still, hovering just an inch away from the doorhandle. Her hand lowered again and the completely encased head seemed to turn upwards towards the far edges of the large building's roof. With the moon and stars perfectly reflected upon the onyx and golden mask, none was any wiser as to what this strange woman was looking at, yet the Suna Anbu hidden in the darkness knew it very well: just as they had been looking at her, following her with their eyes, now she was looking at them, which was made all the more intimidating as they could not see her face and had no means to identify her by. This was obviously one of those times in which the Suna shinobi would curse their lack of foreign intel and cooperation, for not even the large snake could give them a clue.

It happened fast and almost without notice, as one of the anbu, understandably in a tense situation like that, had lost their cool. An arrow of fine steel had been launched through the air in the direction of the kunoichi wearing the strangely eerie helmet. The reaction to this unexpected first move was probably just as fast and probably just as little people realized how it happened or had noticed much more than the sound of someone snapping their fingers.

The arrow seemed to just stop a mere inch before the kunoichi's shiny black helmet, held back by something shimmering and nearly invisible in the darkness of the night, yet as it fell to the ground and crumbled to dust, there was no doubt that whatever had been used was some sort of powerful, fast acting barrier, one that seemed to split the very air in front of her in twain.

"My dear puny little Anbu soldiers," Yet again the voice, hushed and eerily distorted by the mask, rang through the air. It was now obvious that the operatives had already been noticed and it seemed even more obvious when her head started moving slowly, each of the shinobi feeling the chill crawl over their spine when they had the idea that their eyes were crossing those of the masked kunoichi standing on the ground. "I grant you a simple choice, a single opportunity to leave with your heads still attached to your shoulders. Turn away from what is about to transpire or try to stop me with all your foolish, insufficient might."

The anbu waited, silently, yet ready for action whenever needed and now it seemed, action was needed. The single, slightly unwanted first attempt at removing this possible danger at the front of the administration building, was without a doubt a lousy attempt, but on the other hand it gave the operatives some much needed information about the subject they were facing. this masked kunoichi had been trained as an anbu, of that they could've been certain due to the armor she wore and because of the jutsu she used to stop the steel arrow in its track, not to mention her absurd level of perception which could only have come after harsh training and perhaps the obvious anbu sensory technique.

But they too had all that training behind them, they too had passed their tests and had become anbu, yet why was it that they could feel this chill up their spine than? was it the snake they saw? Was it the rather intimidating outfit? No, that wasn't it, it was something else, something deeper. Like how a prey could feel a predator's presence, how a regular rank and file shinobi could 'feel' the presence of a kage in front of them.

The chill they felt was like that, a feeling they felt with their senses augmented by their sensory jutsu. They could immediately 'feel' her chakra and more importantly the amount of it and its nature. It had a commanding presence, an emotionless void of cold silence which only seemed to be magnified by how she reacted to their presence, how she seemed to perceive the elite of Sunagakure compared to herself.

Yet even so, her words, distorted by the helmet she wore cut deep into the core and soul of these anbu operatives, wounding both their pride and their way of life, insulting the very duty they had. The kunoichi's effort to scare them had actually awoken their defiance and their determination to protect the building and the people within, the people who now were at the cusp of becoming the new representatives of Sunagakure and its ancient shinobi traditions and legacy. each pair of eyes flaring in rage and defiance behind their cloth covers.

Uraeus, the white snake at the kunoichi's side, suddenly hissed yet again and reared its head, showing its fangs and tensing the large and lengthy muscles which formed its huge, scaled body. The woman noticed it too, the anbu had found their valor and their courage despite her best efforts they were determined to face her, to eliminate her if necessary and what she had hoped to be a swift and decisive destruction of their will, had actually strengthened it. Muttering a few words, almost inaudible for anyone save herself and her snake, the woman cursed her own ill-fated luck.

Like a shadowy rain, the anbu started to pour down from the roof of the administration building. 't Was an intimidating sight to behold, so much so that even the woman below could feel her heartbeat rise when witnessing the display of their numbers and skill, for even though they were numerous, their descend left no sound and at long last, it had begun...

Spoiler:

There was no sound in their step, there was no sound in hers. This was a fight between two forces accustomed to move silently and with the least of effort, a collission between the elites of Sunagakure and someone who was considered the elite of Konoha during her own tenure as ANBU captain. However times had changed, however great her power had become, the kunoichi had not forgotten the basics and was not about to do so against opponents who were without a doubt a capable bunch of shinobi.

Within the blink of an eye, three of the ANBU operatives had drawn their tantos and rushed at the kunoichi with an unexpected degree of ferocity and skill, forcing Lamya to pull her own two scalpels out of their small sheaths attached to two individual belts around her thighs.

The sound of metal clashing with metal reverberated through the night's sky, an exchange of blows, slashes and stabs had been made and though it looked as if it took much less effort from Lamya's side, the three who took the initiative were equally unharmed, having parried and blocked each of her own strikes with great skill and admirable tenacity. They had the obvious will to live, combined with a noteworthy desire to conquer, all for the sake of overcoming this threat which stood before them.

Jumping aside, the three managed to open a clear line of sight for their comrades to throw their shuriken and kunai towards the strange kunoichi wearing her jet black, glossy helmet with the golden mouthpiece. She managed to deflect a few of the projectiles with her scalpels and dodge a few, but the shuriken and kunai were numerous, so she had to rely on the strength of her armor and of her own body. Few projectiles managed to hit her, even if they ended up doing no more than a scratch, first blood was theirs and had obviously boosted their moral, as now they became more fierce, slightly more reckless, but unexpectantly more defiant to Lamya's own overwhelming chakra.

"I must admit that I am slightly impressed," The kunoichi remarked with a soft, yet distorted chuckle as her voice lept her lips and also inevitably the rebreather she wore. "Who would've thought you'd be the first to actually draw blood. Alas, this is but a scratch and you won't be getting off that easy."

In an instant, Lamya had jumped from her previous position towards the Anbu closest to her, grabbing the shinobi by the throat and as she noticed another ANBU operative reaching for their kunai, she turned herself around and used the poor shinobi she had gotten in her grasp as a human shield. The sound of metal thumping into armor and flesh could be heard, yet it could not stop the continuation of the events as they transpired. The ANBU weren't planning on giving up on their prey and the kunoichi simply could not let herself be stopped by a bunch of shinobi she simply perceived as insignificant pests in the way of her path to greatness.

Letting go of the practically perforated shinobi's throat, dropping the lifeless body to the ground, Lamya quickly launched herself towards the walls of the administration building, noticing that her pet snake and comrade Uraeus had already managed to slip through the Anbu's initial assault and had wrapped himself around one of them and was in the process of slowly crushing the poor unfortunate soul. However, she herself did not have the time nor the opportunity to take a breather, as the Anbu operatives just kept tracking her, throwing the occasional kunai or shuriken or otherwise using their standard issue tantos to attack her head on.

That wasn't the worst though, as Lamya was more than capable of managing herself in a straightforward brawl, but the Suna ANBU had their numbers at their side, not allowing the missing nin any chance to formulate a plan on how to deal with them properly or at least that was what the ANBU intended to do: to swamp her and eventually cut her down in her own moments of crisis and confusion.

Three tantos were held off by a single, five inch long scalpel's blade, the screeching sound of metal reverberating through the air. The sound of a boot planting itself deep into a shinobi's gut followed suit, a whole group of elite shinobi facing off against a single kunoichi who was surprisingly holding her ground better than the ANBU operatives could've ever imagined. So far the tally was simple: two ANBU operatives had been killed in the span of a few minutes, while the kunoichi had a few minor scrapes and cuts, her snake already having managed to escape the premises in order to act as her advance force in regards to her infiltration of the Admiistration building and locating the so-called Council of Elders who were in the process of obtaining full control over suna and its assets.

The struggle continued, with a single ANBU operative managing to put a scratch on the kunoichi's helmet with his tanto, before feeling her elbow crashing onto the side of his face, launching him a few several meters away onto the ground. In the meantime, two other ANBU operatives had managed to use a length of wire to wrap around the kunoichi's wrists and were in the process of binding her to her position by trying to keep her arms at her side, allowing for their colleagues to attempt to go for the finishing blow with a tanto. However, a mere inch before the third operative's tanto managed to reach her, the masked kunoichi suddenly seemed to have gained a lot more strength and managed to stop the blade with her hands and in doing so, she smashed the two operatives who had been trying to bind her into the one whose stab she managed to ward off.

A few other ANBU operatives suddenly seemed to have decided that going on with this sharade of only using taijutsu and bukijutsu to subdue her was pointless and with a few quick handseals, the kunoichi suddenly had to face a barrage of fireballs flying into her direction. "So now you guys start using your goddamn tricks, little late isn't it?" Her words were nearly drowned by the noise of the flaming objects coursing towards her and given the fact that she had to be careful not to use too much of her own chakra reserves without giving every jutsu she used some thought, the kunoichi decided that for now a defensive stance was the best course of action.

Making a few handseals of her own, she utilized one of the more common ANBU techniques from her arsenal, quickly erecting a large barrier which seemed to be able to withstand the first volley of fiery projectiles, yet when she thought the barrage was over, the kunoichi could see the cracks appearing in her barrier and came to the realization that with a next barrage of fireballs on their way, her barrier wouldn't be able to hold out. Lamya was right, as moments later, another barrage as she had expected smashed against the already cracked barrier, destroying it outright and forcing the kunoichi to narrowly escape a fiery end by jumping aside, with a few of the fiery projectiles grazing her and scuffing both her armor and helmet.

Standing back up, the kunoichi could feel a sting in her side, noticing that in the chaos, a few senbon had been thrown and had burried into her skin, right at the spot where her armor had been damaged by the flaming volley of earlier. She let out a cry in rage and anguish, the ground beneath her feet cracking as the remaining Anbu took a step back just to be certain. Despite their efforts, this kunoichi had proven to be rather tough compared to anything they'd faced before in their careers. Two of them had been killed, three of them had been knocked out, but they still had the numerical advantage, so they decided to keep going, for the day had not been lost just yet and it seemed that their target's defense was severely lacking.

"I am getting quite annoyed by this bloody mess," The kunoichi grumbled, as she was trying to avoid yet another flurry of kunai, shurikens and senbon thrown at her. Despite her armor's strength, despite her speed and agility, not to mention her impressive reflexes, the rumble she had with the detachment of Suna Anbu was absolutely not going her way. A kunai had been lodged firmly into her left shoulder, severely restricting her movement, while the senbon in her side had yet to be removed and seemingly dug deeper every time she just took a breath.

Even though she had taken out at least two of them permanently with some help from her pet snake Uraeus and had most certainly managed to turn three of them into a bloody pulp, she was still in fact, not entirely winning this battle. Sure, she had so far only used defensive techniques and the Anbu had mainly relied on their weaponry, but it seemed that in spite of all this, she was the only one actually taking hits now that she had been pushed on the defensive.

"Oh for the love of..." Narrowly avoiding an incoming steel spear by jumping and rolling aside, the kunoichi looked up and could see three anbu operatives taking place on the edges of the administration building's roof, each performing a few handseals before they suddenly launched off three different varieties of the tested and proven bullet techniques. Beset by fire, earth and water, Lamya was being backed into a corner and though she managed to quickly gather enough chakra to make a few rapid handseals and perform her grand mud wall technique, she could suddenly feel not one or two, but seven kunai dug deep in her gut, sides and lower back as all seven of the remaining Anbu operatives of this particular detachment had used the confusion to get up close to her and stab her while she had still been concentrating on defending from the earlier assault.

A harrowing cough could be heard from within the helmet, followed by a loud hiss and a deep grunt. Blood started to trickle and pour from each place where a kunai had been stuck into her body, the Anbu seemingly proud of their achievement. Slowly, the kunoichi fell to her knees, the ANBU standing around her, determined to watch her as she was bleeding to death and apparently no longer had the strength to stand, let alone attack them in any possible way.

"You have been judged and branded as a danger to this village, its leadership and its populace," A few ANBU remarked calmly. "Now you have been dealt with as is custom, by ANBU hands."

Rain started to pour from the skies, as the ANBU watched in silence as the kunoichi slowly slumped forward, the blood which poured from her wounds mixing with the water from the rain and the dirt on the ground, they had won, the threat had been dealt with...

The ANBU started to turn around, ready to go and do what ANBU do best: report what had happened and fetch some of their operatives to deal with this strange invader's corpse, after all, a shinobi's corpse was a treasure throve and one that could handle the lot of them for such an extended period of time was perhaps the most valuable one could come accross these days.

A sudden twitch alerted the ANBU operatives closest to the body, yet they instantly dismissed this as just the last of the muscles losing their tension, turning around again and deliberating who would do what, as they still had to send someone to inform the council that something like this had happened and that they had to be vigilant for any other possible attacks. The ANBU knew Suna had weakened severely and they felt like they were the last remainder of the village's once glorious past.

Two hands slapped together, a scream so loud, it could awaken even the dead could be heard. All the ANBU froze in their places, turning to what was making the noise and in the instance they saw it, they could feel that chill all over their spine again, just like they had felt before.

Spoiler:

The kunoichi's broken body started to glow and shimmer, another yell, a roar as primitive as that of a dragon escaping the lips behind the mask, shaking the ANBU's hearts to the core, teaching them the difference between death and near-death. They had faltered, they had been erronous in their assumption that they'd won. Did they not know what they were up against, did they not realize it yet?

The helmet fell to the ground, a shockwave of chakra coursed through the air, passing through each and every of the ANBU present. The kunoichi had finally revealed who she was, an alabaster face adorned with golden, snakelike eyes and hair blacker than the darkest nights could possibly be. Letting out a cough, blood splattering on the ground, the now revealed Lamya smiled rather wickedly. "Time to be reborn again."

To their shock and awe, the ANBU could see how the kunoichi's head tilted backwards, two slender arms forcing their way through her mouth and out of what they had earlier perceived to be the corpse of a fallen shinobi, out of that which they claimed as their victory spoils, came a new and unblemished version of the one they had been fighting against.

While they were still trying to understand what they had been witnessing, the naked woman simply looked at her hands and smiled, softly carressing the places where earlier there had been stabwounds and punctures made by the ANBU operatives' weapons. Without a seeming care in the world, she grabbed the two scalpels which were still attached to the shell of her former self, slowly unsheathing them as she turned to her opponents.

The operatives quickly realized their mistake and were eager to correct it, yet as they formed their handseals...nothing happened, their chakra didn't seem to respond, while the woman who had just risen seemed to taunt them, smile at them with a smile that seemed as if she not only knew what was going on, but was the cause of it. "I think it's time I ended this charade."

Spoiler:

As the woman reached for the hollow shell which was moments before, her own dying body, the ANBU tensed up, realizing that something was seriously off. They already knew about the fact that something the woman had done earlier, had messed up their own chakra, but it was how calm and collected she was, the rather relaxed way in which she talked and acted, which now truly started to pierce their unwavering spirit and froze their hearts completely. ANBU were used to being feared, to be the hunter, but now somehow, they felt not to be the hunter, but the prey and they felt fear, fear they had probably not felt in years.

As the woman stood straight up again, she held two finely made scalpels in her hands, already wearing at least the pants the now decomposing shell had worn earlier and the armor to cover her chest. The ANBU, finally getting out of their daze, stood in silence, frozen as they were by what they had witnessed, a technique which had not been seen by mortal eyes since the great glorydays of the shinobi world, the golden age of gods and monsters. Before them now stood a descendant of one of those monsters, a reminder of the power of the ancient times.

For a moment, a mere instant, she let go of the restraints that held back her murderous, snake-like instinct and the ANBU could feel it to their bones, no...they could even see it, they could see their own Death, how a massive snake coiled around them and swallowed them whole before snapping back to reality. "When facing someone who forces you to watch the end, run." It was one of the ANBU who muttered this, he was the one standing closest to Lamya and as all the others only just heard his words, they could witness how his head suddenly turned from looking at Lamya to instantly be snapped back and looking towards the other ANBU with the eyes slowly rolling upwards and vanishing only to show whites. "Oh no, there will be no running for you today."

With just a few handseals, Lamya allowed herself to be envellopped by some sort of coccoon of fuuton  nature chakra, allowing her to move at much higher speeds than humanly possible. Her second victim could feel two scalpels slice through her throat before collapsing to the ground, while the third ANBU to be caught by her, could feel the nukenin's very hand press through her ribcage and snap her spine in an instant. This was no longer a fight, this was a brutal massacre.

"Run, run little mice, but now you are never going to outrun a snake at speed," As they finally tried to make a run for it, Lamya rushed towards them, simply ducking down and cutting the tendons of one of the shinobi's lower legs, snapping their achilles and finishing it off with a stomp of her feet upon their face as they fell down. Two ANBU were left after but a mere few passing seconds which seemed to look like an eternity. There was the problem than, something the two survivors were the only ones to discover: this kunoichi had a Konohagakure ANBU tattoo. It meant that from the start, they'd been facing someone who knew their tactics, their strategies and the way in which the operated, they had been playing a game in which they'd already been in perfect checkmate position.

The second to last of the ANBU died when Lamya's hand, outstretched with a single scalpel at front, crashed through the poor fellow's exposed, open throat, ripping out his adam's apple with the ease of merely plucking a cherry from a tree. The last one remaining, screaming his lungs out at that last brutal sight, suddenly fell to his knees when reaching the entrance to the administration building, not from exhaustion, but because of the hopelessness the situation presented when he noticed that at the entrance, the kunoichi's massive snake was seemingly awaiting it's mistresses arrival. "It was hopeless...you had us right where you needed us, you're a monster...a true snake."

"Correct, I AM a monster," The kunoichi slissed, her tongue flicking out of her mouth and slowly licking her lips, before placing her hand at the back of the poor ANBU's head, suddenly her hand shocked and while letting out an agonizing scream, the man seemed to vanish into thin air. "And I will destroy all who oppose my will."

With a calm and clear conscience, the kunoichi walked back towards the place where she had left her former corpse, pulling off all the clothes from the shell, so she'd at least be properly dressed again, even putting on the helmet with the golden rebreather again, feeling slightly safer and more secure with the knowledge that no sand jutsu or any sort of poison would now be able to be properly used against her. However, somehow she felt that something was off: why were there just a dozen of ANBU operatives?

It didn't look like they were the absolute elite, which made her truly regret her decision to play a bit with those men and women, rather than annihilate them quick and clean from the start. However, she had not done so and was now actually running rather low on her chakra and the fact that if anyone was around to observe this little skirmish between her and the ANBU, would mean that her entire cover had been blown already.

Yet, she persevered and decided that at the very least, she had to take down the council of whom she was certain that they were hiding out here, her information did say so, which meant it was at the very least something she had to check out. Alas, already her mind told her that if these ANBU were not the elites, it would also mean that the council wasn't at this location either. "I hate it when they use me as some sort of puppet. I'm the one pulling strings damn it, not someone else."

When she finally entered the administration building, Lamya was no longer surprised to find it empty and devoid of people, 't were no business hours after all, but still it felt like everything was wrong. With haste, she walked through the corridors, trying to find the room she'd been told the council would be at, yet as she approached the conference room, she realized that she'd been had all along. There were no guards and no light came from behind the closed doors of the room, she had been had and probably by the council itself. The ANBU outside were probably meant to distract and possibly kill her with the advantage of numbers, not skill. In a way it made Lamya laugh, since she had actually sort of allowed those idiots to kill her and as she wasn't certain about wether or not she'd killed all of them, she simply let out a deep sigh and bent through her knees to pet Uraeus who had followed her into the building. "Find the council, it's time I do something about this wretched place."

Waiting for the snake to go, the kunoichi walked back outside, surprised that the entire building was empty, as if someone had decided to just up and leave it be, as if there were other more important places that needed protection and attention. It made sense though, the council wasn't stupid, arrogant and greedy perhaps, but certainly not stupid and it seemed the best way to find them was by finding the largest concentration of elite ANBU.

"The hell's that?" Her eyes looked at the distance, where the sky had turned red, orange and pink, with smoke swirling into the air. For some reason, the kunoichi felt like that would've been a good place to start looking for the council, but she reckoned they wouldn't be camping at some remote location near the village's border. First things first though, she had to at least leave a mark and taking down the administration building would've been a nice start. Yet as she had decided upon her next step, finally the sounds of the night started to reach her as her concentration broke, revealing that in fact Suna itself seemed to be falling into dissorder and chaos already. The smoke on the horizon had something to do with it, there was no doubt about that and perhaps her own actions might spark another reaction, adding another link to this chain leading to utter chaos.

Making a few handseals, the kunoichi placed her hands on the ground a good three meters away from the administration building's entrance. The jutsu she planned to use wouldn't exactly destroy the entire thing on its own, but she reckoned that if it could take out enough of the building's support pillars, gravity would do the rest. So in and instance, tendrils of her chakra coursed through the ground, leading to a massive tremor that could've been felt for a few hundred meters away and as the ground shook and stirred, as wood planks creaked, cracked and shattered, as glass sprung from its frames in shards, the kunoichi knew that her estimate was correct, the building would collapse, Suna would lose an important display of its own decadence and once great power. "Time to go look what's going on down there."
