As some may now from talking with me, my plant has been on 50 hour work weeks for the last month and I have promised some threads but haven't posted or answered. I apologize for that and go ahead and delete those or freeze them for now. I talked with my shift lead this morning and they said we are staying on 50 hour weeks for another month or two. It has been draining on everyone. The extra pay is nice but after the first month we only got 2 days of regular hours. So I am going to call this an extended leave until my hours return back to normal and am in a clearer and more creative state of mind. Take it easy y'all and ok see ya in a month or two.
