Location: The Dead Lands

Mission description: An academy student has been captured by a mercenary. This student happens to be a member of one of the core clans of Kirigakure. Find the mercenary's hideout and retrieve him. If he dies or you are defeated, you fail the mission.
Mission details: The ninja/team travels to The Dead Lands and find the hideout. Once you find the hideout, you will have to fight and kill the mercenary while protecting the boy. You then have to come back with him alive and return him. This is suggested to be a team mission.

Yes, you do.

you can do one of the missions with someone else who is a jounin, and you are not, but you need a jounin present.

I don't think that you can simply walk away from this without having a lot of trouble getting back up easily. His raiton attacks gives a +1 to damage and your endurance is B Rank while all of his stats are
A rank. Long term wise he should have the advantage than you.

But none of you are taijutsu specialists, why would you both be fighting hand to hand when he's a swordsman and you use ninjutsu/fuuinjutsu?

....just no. You're not a taijutsu specialist so there's no way you can do that. Even so you need a jutsu. I need a list of the jutsu that you did in this thread before I count this. Honestly this thread has many things wrong with it like fighting beyond your capabilities, downplaying the enemy shinobi, and not really giving him a shot. Please fix this thread and I will look at it once the changes have been made. MISSION DENIED
