Description:

Description:
After making the handseals Dragon-Rat-bird, the user's hands become envelopped in a thick layer of strongly compressed wind element chakra, which allows the user to stop 3 A rank or lower Raiton jutsu and dismantle/erase them during the jutsu's duration. However, as the jutsu explains, this must be done with the hands, as long as the hands do not touch the raiton jutsu, this jutsu has no effect on them.

Description:
*Requires White Snake style~Serpent's Ascension to be active.
Using the unique build up of the Serpent's Ascension wings, the user flaps its wings while releasing a large amount of chakra, shooting off about three-hundred small, chakra-based, scale-like projectiles that home in on the target with a marge of ten meters radius (meaning when they have to change direction to a place ten meters or more from the initially aimed for impact point, they vanish). These projectiles travel at 40 m/s and are each capable of cutting up to one inch deep, able to cause heavy bleeding and resulting in a decrease of 2 tiers speed for one post after being hit by at least a multitude of scales. (stun)
This Jutsu costs 30 chakra to use.

description: By placing her hands on the ground, an area roughly with a maximum width of ten meters and a length of forty meters turns into a murky, thick black colored swamp in a single second. The swamp isn't deep, with only a maximum of one meter in-depth, but effectively lowers reduces the speed of anyone trapped in it with 2 tiers.
Because this swamp's a terrain changing jutsu, it's effects remain and will also effect the user if she or he stumbles into it. When people escape from the swamp, they will have one post at a reduced speed of two tiers due to the sticky mud blocking their moves. In the second post after escape, the mud dries and has no more lasting effect.
Escaping from the mud can be done by any means, but the reducement of speed will always count for the posts inside the swamp and the first post after escaping from it.

After performing the necessary handseals, a number of boulders (depending on the rank) are lifted out of the ground and formed into spear-like projectiles which will be thrown at the opponent.
Rank C: creates 2 spears, each spear can range up to 1 meter in length can pierce through to a depth of 1 inch into exposed flesh and Rank D or lower armor, Rank C or higher armor will be able to block all spears, but the person will still suffer light bruising when wearing Rank C armor. The spears can be thrown to a distance of up to 10 meters and maintain an average speed of 15m/s. For an additional 5 chakra an extra set of two spears can be created, with a max of two extra sets.
Rank B: creates 2 spears, each spear can range up to 1,5 meter in length can pierce through to a depth of 2 inch into exposed flesh and Rank C or lower armor, Rank B or higher armor will be able to block all spears, but the person will still suffer light bruising when wearing Rank B armor. The spears can be thrown to a distance of up to 10 meters and maintain an average speed of 25m/s. For an additional 10 chakra an extra set of two spears can be created, with a max of two extra sets.
These spears can fracture but not break bones.
Rank A: creates 4 spears, each spear can range up to 2 meter in length can pierce through to a depth of 5 inch into exposed flesh and Rank B or lower armor, Rank A or higher armor will be able to block all spears, but the person will still suffer light bruising when wearing Rank A armor. The spears can be thrown to a distance of up to 35 meters and maintain an average speed of 35m/s. For an additional 20 chakra an extra set of two spears can be created, with a max of two extra sets.
These spears can pierce through bones, breaking them in the process.

Description: The user increases their cellular activity to use this jutsu, it takes up roughly five seconds of their time. The skincells at the users shoulder blades rapidly start multiplying while hardening and covering themselves with a fine layer of visible purple-ish chakra, creating two wings that come roughly down to their feet and they are scaled and white in appearance, somewhat like that of a dragon. These wings are like actual appendages, and allow the user to fly at a speed equal the maximum A rank jutsu speed (35m/s) at heights of up 40m.
The wings can also be used to block incoming basic projectiles (shuriken, senbon, etc), all jutsu up to rank D are deflected easily, However 4 C ranks in total, 2 B-ranks or one A rank can destroy the wings. If the jutsu have laceration damage the effect will be doubled, so in that case it will be 2 C-rank or 1 B-rank.

After performing the necessary seals, up to two snakes created out of mud appear. This snake can be used in both an offensive, as well as a defensive manner.
The snake (or snakes ) can be used to coil around an enemy, coil around the user or simply crash upon an enemy.
This snake (or snakes ) harden into concrete when they are close enough to the intended target, covering them completely like a concrete shell.(enemy or self)
Rank C: can create one snake, range up to 5 meters. It can be used to crash upon an enemy, traveling at a speed of 15 mps over a distance of 25 meters, this will do rank C damage of heavy bruising, yet there will be no cutting or piercing. It can also be used to coil around an enemy or oneself, to either restrict an enemy's movement or protect. Cooldown: 5 posts
Rank B: can create one snake, ranging up to 10 meters. It can be used to crash upon an enemy, traveling at a speed of 25 mps over a distance of 40 meters. When hardened, an enemy with a higher rank of strength than the user can easily break through and destroy the snake.
Any suiton based jutsu of equal rank or two equal ranked justu of any other element or enough to break through this jutsu. Any higher ranked jutsu breaks through.
Can only be used in one of the three ways (offensive, defensive, restricting) per use of the jutsu.

Description:
Just as the Original Severing void, which has been created by the Ouroboros clan, with the Orochi members of the ANBU in particular, this superior version is an improvement on Severing void, which now with a flick of the wrist, with index and middle finger stretched out, will form a purple, rectangular barrier of 5m wide and 10m high, which instantly appears and can defend against can stop 1 jutsu up to S rank without cracking.

Description:
By making the handsigns Tiger and Heaven, the user changes the airpressure around themselves, lowering the pressure to make themselves more agile and giving them the ability to sustain much higher speeds as long as the jutsu is active.

Description: (This technique reduces the users chakra pool by 10 permanantly)
The user, by slight body modification, uses medical chakra to purposefully dislocate a part of their body. Using chakra, and the slight modification made to their body, the user can stretch their body parts up to 40m long at a speed of 20m/s, as well as able to twist their bodies in ways that are unnatural, their body becoming malleable, and snakelike while the technique is in use.

Any jutsu of an opponent that passes through this field, is weakened by -1 (I.E. A B rank jutsu becomes a C rank in terms of strength)

Description:
After making the Snake-tiger-lotus handseals, the user can create a small dome-shaped barrier to trap their opponent, which over the course of three posts will shrink at 1m/post. This barrier can be destroyed by 1 A rank, 2 B rank or 3 C rank jutsu.
The barrier appears instantly and can only be avoided by opponents A-3 reaction Time or higher.

Description: By changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The swamp has a 15 meter radius and can be created up to 20 meters away from the user. It is 10 meters deep and has a sinking speed of 2 m/s. B-rank Lightning techniques used directly on the swamp can deactivate the sinking process and making it easier to escape.

Specialty: Ninjutsu
Duration: 1 post to create, lasts until detonated/destroyed.
Cooldown: 10 posts after detonation.
Description: A technique that creates a singular Shadow Clone, indistinguishable from any other normal clone except that it is 2 tiers of speed and strength lower than the user; it costs 45 chakra. It can interact with the physical world and fight alongside the user, but cannot perform jutsu. On a mental whim (not requiring a hand seal) or when 'killed', the clone can detonate itself in a concussive explosion, breaking several bones of anyone within the blast radius. If the clone is making direct contact with someone, this technique is very possibly fatal, as body parts near the point(s) of contact can simply be blown away into indistinguishable pieces.
