He couldn't believe it. Kenta and his entourage were SO late that Kashizudoto had been able to do two missions for Iwagakure while he was around; not to mention all the other stuff he'd done in the Bazaar, the University, and the Wilderness with other shinobi. Seriously, the Hokage was a speed god, and Satoshi must've been relatively important to come with the Hokage himself to negotiate leaving Iwagakure; therefore, Kashizudoto could reason that it was the genin tagging along that was slowing down everything. Damn him. Then again, Kashizudoto enjoyed all the stuff that he was doing here; it was nice to see a new place and make it better - even if it was "foreign". Kashizudoto cared little about national boundaries, but it seemed that it was a huge deal for others.

So the third mission that he'd be taking for Iwagakure was getting rid of that nasty "Infinity Gang" that he'd been hearing about by attacking them at their hideout. The thing was: these guys kept coming back every time they were forcibly disbanded - it was a cycle. First, they would cause trouble all around the Land of Earth. Eventually, their hideout would be pinpointed after all their crimes, and a mission would be dispatched to get rid of them - this was the current stage clearly. Next, the leader of the Infinity Gang would get killed and the rest of the gang would run off. Finally, after a few weeks, they'd somehow regroup under a new leader with the same vigor that they had before, going back to square one. Therefore, Kashizudoto didn't really think he'd be accomplishing much, only delaying this crime syndicate's ability to harm the Land of Earth for a few weeks.

He traversed the "Wild West", as they called it in the Land of Earth, a relatively barren, rocky landscape that many criminals called home, including this gang, wearing his normal attire. It consisted of a black swordsman's robe - a gift from Master Piandao after his apprenticeship - accompanied by a Konoha hitae-ate on his forehead, which would alert the bandits that a foreign shinobi would be cleaning them up this time. On his left hip was a bamboo sheath containing the Tentetsutou or the "Sword of Heaven" - a shining blade the color of an onyx which Kashizudoto forged out of a four billion year old meteorite. Next to it was a coil of wire totaling about 50 meters which he brought along for sticky situations, setting up traps, and extending his Dragon Fire Jutsu. Underneath was a holster containing basic projectiles: three shuriken and one kunai knife, nothing too special.

He saw it: a tiny crack in the ground just like he was told by Iwa's administration. He'd kick over the rock above it, revealing a hidden passageway which obviously was the location of the Infinity Gang. He would draw his blade and proceed to enter the hideout with caution.

He would proceed to walk down a staircase made of rock, lit by crudely designed torches along the way. Groundwater seeped through the cracks and dripped throughout the passage. On the walls were explicit imagery and slang, most likely etched out by the lower henchmen of the Infinity Gang. While he made his movements quiet, the criminals were clearly enjoying themselves - cantina music was playing, they seemed to be roaring as if they'd been drinking heavily, and he even heard a barfight going down. He walked through to the end of the passage.

"YAAA HOOOOO!!!" screamed a minion, "THE SHITNOBI ARE HERE, BOYYYYYSSSS!!!" While the rest of them got riled up, the henchman charged at Kashizudoto with a kunai in hand, to which Kashizudoto performed a low sweep and knocked him off his feet.

A large mass of weak criminals surrounded Kashizudoto, about thirty nine of them to be specific. One of them ran, probably to get the leader. Although he could've probably stopped him from doing so with his Fire Style: Flame Bullet technique, he decided not to; after all, he heard that the Infinity Gang scattered every time their leader was killed, so it'd be nice to lure him in. In order to get rid of the minions fast, Kashizudoto would charge chakra into his feet and then make one giant stomp on the ground, causing spikes to rise up all around him that stabbed, lifted, and trapped all of the minor bandits, who yelped in pain.

All of a sudden, one spike fell down like a tree would to a lumberjack's axe. Kashizudoto spotted a giant halberd, which was probably being wielded by the leader. More and more were fell, freeing up criminals, and, more importantly, a path between Kashizudoto and the leader.

"DIE!" screamed the leader, a large, shirtless man with a whole lot of muscles - probably from beating the living shit out of innocents; Kashizudoto would teach him a lesson. While the bandit leader picked up his giant halberd once more, Kashizudoto would ready his katana in his battle-ready stance.

The giant axe was weighing down heavily on the bandit, who swung at Kashizudoto slowly but forcefully. However, if the axe made contact with Kashizudoto, it'd hurt REAL bad. He'd most likely be finished if that happened. He jumped, dodging it, and made a quick slash at the leader which went straight through his chest from the upper left to the bottom right. It cut 2 1/4 inches in and draw blood. The man roared, lifted his weapon, bashed it on the ground behind him, lifted it up again, and then made a mighty swing at Kashizudoto. Oh goodness. The chuunin barely dodged it, but he did; he was able to push off with his feet and do a backflip before the criminal could hit him.  Meanwhile, the henchmen, rendered immobile by Kashizudoto's jutsu, could do nothing more than to watch the fight, jeer, and cheer like the hooligans they were.

The leader once again lifted up his axe, which had been leaving noticeable indentations on the ground - frightening indeed. However, in this time, Kashizudoto was able to gather up enough katon chakra in his mouth and throat to make a tiger seal with his left hand and perform a wide flamethrower offense on the bandit; however, as he expected, the bandit - while being burned by the flames - swung his axe right at him through the flames (which obviously damaged the axe quite a bit). In response, Kashizudoto parried with his Tentetsutou, pushed back at least a meter by the force of the halberd - the axe itself once again hitting the ground and creating a large dent with its overwhelming force. Still, it was impressive that Kashizudoto had blocked it.

He looked at the bandit leader. There were burn marks all over him from the jutsu, and the axe sustained quite a bit of damage from the attack. However, Kashizudoto was also exhausted. This would indeed be a close battle. Before the criminal could finish pulling his halberd out of the ground, Kashizudoto channeled katon chakra to his feet to quickly, almost comically, propel himself straight into the bandit with his sword in front -  he stabbed him right in the chest, pushing the man back about half a meter and into the ground along with his axe, with blood all around.

"THIS!!! THIS IS FUN!!!" the bandit leader said, licking the blood around his face. Gross... He picked up his halberd and got up to his feet with a little difficulty, performing a forceful high sweep on Kashizudoto - who dodged the offense with an attack of his own: a low sweep at the bandit's legs. This clearly threw the leader off balance. But the axe was still in the air, and the bandit used its enormous weight to his advantage, rebalancing himself with the large mass counteracting the gravity that would have pulled him backwards on to the floor. Impressive for a total buffoon indeed. However, that wasn't all; the bandit leader would proceed to take that axe and try to perform a head smash from the top, an attempt to cleave Kashizudoto in half with concussive force. However, just in the knick of time, he was able to parry the attack - being sent back a good 2 meters by the impressive force. Damn, this guy was tough.

He needed to defeat this guy before his henchmen recovered. Kashizudoto would make a final charge, sidestepping the bandit right when he swung his axe and quickly stabbing right in the hip, sending the already bleeding man crashing to the ground in more blood. As the bandit leader reached for his halberd with his right arm, Kashizudoto stabbed it man's arm so that it could not move. Now he could finish this. The Tentetsutou touched the bandits throat. Kashizudoto pushed it further in as the leader cried in his last moments. This was punishment for hurting innocents. The bandits, who had now escaped the spikes, fled at the sight of their leader being killed in battle. It was over.
