Prickly sounds of crunchy leaves beneath soft foot steps resonated in a serene forest, as tranquil as it was, birds cooed and nature was bliss. This is a forest in the village of Kumogakure, the land of lightning. It was an early morning, and those foot steps belonged to a certain Kumogakure Genin, a stern, young Shinobi who knows most things but politeness. His mission that day was meant to test him in this very aspect or rather, train him in this very aspect. He had brown, short, spiky hair, brown eyes and wore a pair of black gloves. He was clad in his usual long sleeve brown leather jacket and matching trousers. Though, the jacket was folded, just past his elbows, he also wore a silver coloured vest and stood above 6 feet in height. He is Raiu Aegis, a young member of the Raiu clan. He believed this to be an easy task...or so he thought. He hated the idea of being a tour guide, but that was his mission for today and like most things, he would see this to the end.

Aegis made his way through the forest and towards the village front gates, here, he was meant to welcome some tourists and lead them through the interesting parts of the village. He took his time pacing through and out of the forest given his advantage over time. He would finally get to the village front gates and take a seat nearby with pictures of the tourists in hand, patiently awaiting their arrival. He watched closely, everyone who entered or exited the village front gates in hopes to sight the tourists he was meant to escort today. One hour had passed since his arrival at the village front gates and the time was now 8:00am. Soon after, he spotted a tall beautiful lady dressed in a long white gown, dark sun glasses, a tropical hat and long blonde hair, carrying a small hand bag and stepped out of a carriage right at the village gates. She had paused to take in the environment but was also waiting for her friends who stepped down subsequently after the other. An older man, who seemed to have a striking resemblance with the lady, which curiously portrayed him as her father. He was fat and short, with white beards and dressed in military shorts and shirt, and a pair of boots. 'C'mon daddy, hurry up,' she said. 'I'll be a sec, darlin', let me just...' he said but was cut short as he slipped and fell from the carriage before, in a timely gust of gusto, Aegis grabbed unto his both arms from behind and pulled him up gently. 'Ah...why thank you son, that was a close one,' he said, while straightening his jacket and aligning his hat.

'Honey! Is everything ok back there,' a man said, as he stepped down from the carriage eargerly. He walked right to the lady and held her by the waist, they appeared to be a couple. He dressed elegantly in a black coat and walking stick. 'I need a hand,' an older lady said, she took Aegis by the hand and unboarded the carriage. She put on sun glasses and wore a red gown and heels. She took the side of the older aged man and looked on eargerly to Aegis. "My name is Raiu Aegis and i'm your guide for today ma'am, sir, hope you all enjoy your stay here. Welcome to Kumogakure, the most exotic village in existence," Aegis said. "I'm sure we'll have a great time. I am King Robert Bentley of Wolfsbane, first of my name and protector of the Realm. This is my wife, Queen Doria Bentley and my daughter, Princess Ariel Bentley. Over here is my Son in-law, Prince Sebastian Hastawk, husband to my daughter and heir to the throne. We hope to have a good time here as well." Aegis had learnt etiquette from his grandfather and this was a perfect time to exhibit what he'd learned. He bowed his head and said "Your Grace, my Lady, my Lord, if you please, we'll be heading to the battle plateau as our first stop," Aegis said, as they all followed him in excitement, making loud positive comments about the village gates' magnificence and splendor, they had already started off on a good note, and Aegis hoped it to remain that way.

Aegis led them into the village and gave detailed informations about statues they found on their way to the Battle Plateau, a tourist attraction sight within Kumogakure which has led quite a number of tourists to the village. The older man: King Robert, was filled with an adventurer's enthusiasm and was the first to pick up most of the topics the lot spoke about. "Everyone should please stay together, not everyone here have respect for tourists but not to worry, this is a friendly neighbourhood."

Aegis had to keep them happy and he'd done well so far, until...the Princess caught sight of lion in a cage in a nearby park and was eager to take a look. Aegis tried to convince them to stick with their route to the battle plateau but when she portrayed signs of sadness, a quick change of heart came into play and they all walked across to view the animals in the park. Aegis kept his eyes peeled for any unsuspecting danger. They are were amused and in awe of the magnificence of the animals and when they were done, Aegis led them to the long awaited battle plateau. They were all seemingly in luck, there was a battle going on, they all took seats and watched a battle unravel. It was a battle of the unarmed, seeing as both contestants fought fiercely with their fists and legs, the King couldnt hold back his excitement. King Robert rose to his feet and began clapping, before yelling out, 'Woaaaaaaa.' Aegis also enjoyed a good fight but it wouldnt last forever, the battle was bound to come to an end and so it did.

They brewed with excitement and a certain urge for "more". I want to see another battle before we leave, said Princess Ariel. Surely, her will had a certain prominence and was to be adhered to. They all sat tightly on their seats wondering what is to come, and soon enough, two warriors stepped forward. Unlike the men before, these two possessed weapons, they were warriors of Kenjutsu. They both bowed to each other and begin at the beat of the drums. Blades clashed with blades in a fine, and refined display of swordsmanship. The tourists watched on with immense intrigue, and after hours of powerful swordplays, a winner emerged. 'Simply marvelous, Princess Ariel said. You see, only the finest warriors come to this plateau and you will almost certainly be entertained each time you come here...at least i sure do.' 'Indeed boy, indeed.' said King Robert. As they all rose from their seats and left the aren. On approaching the exit, they purchased ice cream cones and cutton candy each for themselves and Aegis. It was mid day, and they still had a few sites to visit... Or so Aegis thought.

They took a lift across the village, heading for a place, rumored to house the legendary Durian tree. "Well, your Grace, my Lord, my Lady, i give you...the Durian tree," Aegis uttered in a proud, high tone. The tourists gazed upon the sight of something...something big, it was humongous looking tree with ripe and attractive fruits, blooming from its stems. They weren't alone of course, many other tourists and nearby residents were also beholding this great sight. Only moments after their arrival, Aegis looked from left to right, making sure that no immediate threat lied within the vicinity. Fortunately, he caught sight of Queen Doria about to eat a fruit from the Durian tree and dashed forward in haste, just timely to grab her arm and halt her action. "I'm sorry my Lady, but the fruit of the Durian tree is not edible, best we avail ourselves other more edible fruits," Aegis said, while letting out a deep breath, as a sign of relief. 'Oh my! the Queen exclaimed. An incident was timely evaded but the awe of standing before the rumored Durian tree quickly stole back the spot light and they went on taking pictures of themselves and the tree. This continued for some hours, given they were having a jolly good time while at it.

Time was slowly running out, as evening began creeping up, Aegis took the tourists to a place where they could chill out and get refreshed. The Sky Bar. As they approached the Sky Bar, they were greeted by the waitresses who politely lead them to their seats. Farmished was the word to describe their current state of being, but the tides changed very quickly when they set foot in the Sky Bar, in all their elegance, the Sky Bar still seemed quite exotic. They were approached by a beautiful, tall and slender looking waitress and asked what they'd wished to have, and surely enough, they placed their orders and ate, as well as drank to their fill. While at it, Aegis told them about the Sky Bar, speaking of its age and what it took to establish it. They appreciated the enlightenment and hoped to come back sometime. 'When we come back, we hope to have you as our tour guide once more, said Princess Ariel. "I would be my pleasure to show you around when the time comes. Your Grace, my Lady, my Lord." Payment was made by Prince Sebastian at the end of their stay at the Sky Bar, and they all made necessary preparations for their leave. They hadn't planned on staying the night and so, had to go. Aegis followed them to their carriage in one piece. 'Raiu Aegis, i and family would not forget you boy, i hope you grow to become the best at what you do,' King Robert said.

"I will do my best, Your Grace." Aegis said. 'You saved my life, i will remember you son. We'll be on our way now. the Queen said. "Just doing my job, my Lady. Bye." Aegis said. The carriage door was shut and they made their exit from the village. His mission for today was completed and he made his way back home.
