Clan History: In the early days of Kumogakure, there was a man who no one really spoke too. He was a ninja just like everyone else, but felt of out place and incomplete. He was driven to go on a quest to find answers, choosing to leave Kumogakure and travel. That ninja took residence in a cave high in the mountains. For years, he was not heard from, having lived and trained in that very cave. Having lived in the dark for most of his adult life, his body started to adapt to the unique surrounds he stayed in. Because of that time of training and exile, His ears were enhanced to a severe degree, allowing him to hear in farther directions than most shinobi as well as the ability to see via sound.

At the age of 70, he returned to the village he once called home. His new abilities were marveled at, immediately being called an amazing ninja by all who knew him. His name was Rinji and he was the first of many men to have this ability, passed down by his blood.

Kekkei Genkai Description: The members of the Rinji clan share a similar set of abilities to that of the common bat. Through the adaptation of the early members of the clan, the members of this clan have a Radar sense via the use of sound; they are able to "see" through the sense of sound alone, creating their equivalent of images through careful interpreting of the sounds they hear. This ability is developed to the point of being an equal to the inuzuka sense of smell. These images come rapidly and are always changing, so these ninja are well adjusted to their ability from birth. Because of their heightened sense of hearing, this has lead people to the false belief that they have night vision. They are treated as having Perception of 1 tier higher. They can hear 10m further than others of their tier of Perception.

Members of this clan are also born with a knack for Summoning jutsu. Because of this, clan members can apply for personal summons of 1 rank higher from Bat contracts. They can also make use of this increased capability for collaboration techniques with said summons. Members of this clan also receive a free D-rank Summoning Contract, as long as the contract involves some species of bat. Clan members that start with Kuchiyose as their Primary or Secondary specialization start with a contract of 1 rank higher than normal.

Drawbacks:
-Members of this clan HAVE to take the Frail Special Characteristic. It cannot be balanaced by a positive.
-Members of this clan have a weakness to Fuuton jutsu and therefore all Fuuton techniques gain +1 in damage against members of this clan.
-Loud sounds are harmful to the ears of the Rinji and therefore all jutsu that use frequency or pitch to attack the sense of hearing gain a +1 in damage/effectiveness against members of this clan.

Note: I didn't know if enhanced hearing should be apped as a jutsu (Like Dojutsu) or just described (Like the Inuzuka's sense of smell)

You can trade out the +1 in damage for something else (such as being able to use Summons of one rank higher at all times).

I'd like a lil more detail on their sight through sound, im getting a daredevil vibe, but you'll need to go deeper into that.

If you wanna you can remove can't use fuuton, cos, bats fly, seems a shame to pull fuuton from them.

clan looks good otherwise, you can add some jutsu if you'd like, no more than 2 though, as I'm aware you have a character for this clan. :)
