Sanosuke dragged his tiresome body into a cave near the Rice Paddies. The cave served as his sleeping quarters. It had everything from a bed to a closet and dresser. it also included a floor where all his clothes were scattered. The cave once belonged to a bear but he fought the bear for rights to keep it, long story short; and that was the story how he got the bear skin rug that was on his floor. Now he just did maintenance in his cave to ensure that there were no bugs, scorpions, etc on the floor. So pretty much it looked like an apartment but more caveman style.

Sanosuke flopped himself on the bed after taking off his overcoat and hanging it in his closet. He put his shirt on his dresser so that all he had was a white T shirt with leather armor underneath it and his cargo pants. He placed his headband on his dresser as well. He let out another yawn before crawling in his bed to go to sleep.

The sun's rays shone from Sanosuke's cave, the light peaked through his eyelids as he slept slowly waking him up. He stirred in his bed, scratching his eyelids tiredly. Sanosuke yawned tiredly as he stretched himself on his bed. The bed felt so comfy under his body that he didn't feel like getting up from his bed at first; but then he realized that he should get up before he misses breakfast.

Sanosuke got up from his bed and adjusted his position so he was sitting upright over the ledge of the bed he was laying on. Sanosuke rubbed his eyelids again to rub the tiredness out of his eyes. He got up from his bed, his bare feet hitting the ice cold stone floor of his cave. He stretched his legs briefly before heading to his closet. He picked out his black long sleeve shirt that hung in his closet. He pulled that over his body and pushed the sleeves in. Next he got his signature short sleeved, hooded overcoat and slipped it on. Once it was on properly, he got his boots out from the closet and slipped them on; making sure he tucks the ends of his cargo pants in his boots so his pants are comfortably and baggy yet fitting for combat.

He closed the counter and walked towards his counter, he strapped on his kunai hostler on his left bicep and tied another one on his right thigh. He then got his Kumo headband and tied it on his right bicep. He tightened it so won't come off. He then got his silver chain with a dark blue emerald on it. He put the chain on and tucked it under his shirt. He adjusted his appearance accordingly in the mirror that was above his dresser.

When he was satisfied, Sanosuke gave himself a smirk and walked out of his cave. Before he went out, he tossed the giant leaf like doors that was beside the entrance of cave and covered up the entrance. This camoflauge was what kept people and wild animals away from his home. Once he did that, he walked away and headed up the mountain to get to the center of Kumogakure.

Sanosuke laid stretched out on his bed, fully dresses and awake. He had his arms folded behind his head to form a pillow to rest on the back of his head, he clicked his shoes against the end of his bed as he began listeninf to the music coming from his earbuds. It was moments like these that he cherished, he loved to find a way to stay in this bed to relax and at the same time complete his duties aa a shinobi of Kumogakure. But he knew that was stupid for him o think about, even for him.

He licked his dry lips and concluded that he was rathe thirsty, he concluded that he would go to the Sky Bar and get himself a drink and possibly some food before he went out to on missions

He swung his legs over the side of the bed so he can stand up easily. On e he wa up, Sanosuke walked himself out of his home, he closed this hidden leaves that he used constantly as doors to keep intruders from uncoverin his home. Once he was done, he walked out.

Sanosuke walked pushed past his grand size make shift leaf doors gently so it doesn't fall off onto the ground. It was a pain in the ass to put it back up again. He slipped himself through the door and into his bedroom. Sanosuke walked into his home and yawned.

It was winter and he was beginning to shiver. He took of his over coat and long sleeve shirt off and put it in his closet along with his past. The smooth stone floor felt chilly on his feet. Sanosuke slipped on black sweat pants and a navy blue hoodie and slipped on socks on his feet. He felt warm already. He was lucky that he collected firewood before he left.

Sanosuke walked over to the firewood, plucking a lighter from his table cabinet to the corner of the wall where he put the firewood. He set the pieces of wood in a circular fashion until he had a medium size circle fro the fire to start in. He soak the wood with lighter fluid and used the lighter to ignire the flames. This would warm him up quite nicely.

Sanosuke walked back to his bed, now that he was warm and toasty he could sleep, tomorrow was a new day

Sanosuke woke up with a start. His body was breaking in cold sweat, making him warmer than usual. Although his body was warm and hot, inside his cave was cold so he was perfectly fine with the frost. But the thing that had awokened him was the piercing pain he felt in his stomach. It was as though his insides were tearing themselves apart inside his body.

"Oh kami, what the hell is wrong with my body?!" Sanosuke grunted as he clenched his stomach hard. The pain was killing him, it was agonizing to stand this pain. He leaped out of his bed and dashed to the forest to "handle" his "business". He walked away more calmly and tried getting dressed.

He slipped his cargo pants and his long sleeved black shirt on, along with is short sleeved hooded overcoat. After that, Sanosuke put on his boots and tied his boots along with his right bicep. Then he placed the long sword he bought earlier and tied it on his back with its sheathe.

Just as he was about to get his kunai holster, Sanosuke felt more stomach pains inside. "Still?!" He exclaimed loudly. Sanosuke ran out of the his cave, hastily closing the cave and dodge his "business" he left on the forest floor next to the cave he slept in as he ran to the Kumo Hospital for help.

Sanksuke yawned as he tiredly dragged his feet into his cave home. The boots on his feet felt really heavy from all of the work he did. He had done 2 missions in a row and the process was exhausting. He had never attempted to do 2 missions in a row all in the same day, Sanosuke would have to do more missions in that succession to get used to the life style. As he put his sword on the floor to make it lean on his dresser and begin to take his shirt off.

It was also the first time he had used his new long sword. It felt good in his hands, it moved quickly and was heavy enough to cleave a husk. He chose right to buy the sword. Sanosuke crawled in his bed and fell asleep immediately.

Sanosuke's eyes creakes open as light softly pierced the giant leaf doors that served as Sanosuke's shield from the outside world. Sanosuke loved how the rays of light that came from the outside can so easily wake up the heaviest sleeper in also the gentlest way.

Sanosuke yawned as he stretched himself out of his bed and swung his legs over the bed to get himself out. Sanosuke had fallen asleep in his dessert cargo pants and his long sleeved black shirt. His body was still sore from his missions he did back to back. Although he was never physically harmed in his missions, using his long sword in this way was exhausting. If he was to be a master swordsman with the longsword he would just have to get used to fighting with his new sword.

Sanosuke strolled to the closet and opened it in order to get out his signature short sleeved midnight blue black trimmings overcoat and slipped it on his body. He strapped his kunai holster on his left thigh and tied on his village's headband on his right bicep. Sanosuke leaned over to get his longsword that was resting against the cave wall and strapped it on his back diagonally to his right.

Sanosuke yawned as he walked out of the cave and closed the cave with the giant green leaves he used as doors. Once he was shore the doorway was closed, Sanosuke walked to a nearby stream and splashed water on his face. He looked himself over in the reflection of the stream to make sure he was presentable before walking up the mountain trail that would lead him to his village

Sanosuke dragged his wearisome body past the leaves that served as his doors to his cave. Sanosuke tried his best to not collapse due to fatigue he felt from his training. He had just learned of the new kenjutsu technique, Crescent Moon Slice. It was a long forgotten kenjutsu technique in Kumogakure History. He only learned the jutsu due to the exerpt about the technique; It has the ability to slash through a volley of arrows in quick sucession

Sanosuke just barely figured out how to do the technique and it was draining on his body to say the least. He was covered from head to toe in bruises that he got from the dull arrows that he used for practice. Sanosuke barely had enough energy to edge himself to the bed. He took it step by step to get himself to his bed, when he was close enough Sanosuke just flopped himself on his bed and laid there. He didn't even bother to take of his clothes. He slowly began to drift to sleep in no time.

Sanosuke had just awakened from his bed, the sun was letting in through the leaves he used as doors as usual. Sanosuke stirred himself awake but as he tried to move his body, pain traveled up quickly through his body as though his body was pierced several times with a scalpel. He looked at his body, from under the sheets. His body was so sore that just doing that was painful.

Sanosuke tries to gingerly swing his legs over the bed so he can properly stand up. The very second he placed his foot on the floor, pain blosssomed furiously in his legs. It left him momentarily without air, as though he was winded from a strong punch. Sanosuke winced in pain and was tempted to retract his legs from the ground but he had to push his weight on it in order to get up.

It was a long process but he was finally able to stand up, he was lucky he went to bed in the same clothes he wore to training. Sanosuke picked up his long sword that was, as always, leaning gently against the wall. He strapped it on his back and walked out of the cave. Sanosuke made sure that he closed the doors before turning to leave.

His body's ache turned from biblical pains to small aches, which he was grateful for. Sanosuke had to do something about his pains, he thought about taking aspirins but he knew that aspirins are depressants to the body that make it harder for shinobi to run their chakra flow.

He then thought about the fruit from the Durian Tree. When he ate it last time, he felt great stomach pains. But then again he had eaten a blueberry muffin from Okita. He forgot that blue berries gave him stomach pains.

He was told by many people that the Durian tree's fruit can treat pains from members of his clan. He decided to pay another visit to the durian tree.

Hiromasa coughed, then sighed. "So...this may be one case where the food isn't worth the trouble. Delicious, but...ugh. I don't think I've ever felt this sick before." Choking back vomit, he started to laugh weakly, but it quickly broke into another coughing fit.

"Who am I kidding, I'll be back. I'm looking pretty bad as a partner so far, huh? Won't be able to fight alongside you so much as a far distance behind, can't keep up climbing a mountain, can't even handle a little demon fruit. No, not giving that one up. If you can toughen up to it, so will I, if I have to spend every afternoon throwing up for a year."

Dizziness overwhelmed him and he closed his eyes so he wouldn't see the room spinning. "Well, after all that's happened today I wouldn't hold it against you if you wanted to find someone a little less green to watch your back. You can just toss me a pill or two and I'll go see if any other recent graduates need someone on their squad. Maybe I'll catch up to you eventually and we can try that fruit thing again."

Sanosuke pulled Hiromasa through the giant leaf doors of his home that was more like a nicely furnished cave with a bed, spare futon, cabinets, a wooden standing closet, and a night stand. There were times where Sanosuke felt pretty damn proud of his decorating skills, because he was able to change a rank cave into a perfectly furnished home. Hiromasa wasn't looking so good, so Sanosuke sat him down on his bed.

"Hey don't beat yoursef up because of the fruit. I'm only immune from the fruit because of my kekkai genkai. The fruit can only be eaten by those in the Akuma clan and no one else" Sanosuke informed his depressed friend as he walked over to his cabinet and pulled it open. He shifted through his belongings until he got the pills he needed.

Sanosuke walked back to Hiromasa and handed him 2 white pills and a bottle of water that he got from the same cabinet drawer where he found the pills that would treat stomach pains. "And as for trading partners Hiro, I'm not giving up on you so easily. We're partners, don't you remember the deal we made to be partners?" Sanosuke said as he extended his fist towards Hiro with a smirk. "Well?"

Hiromasa

Swallowing the pills and washing them down with some of the water, he felt the illness rapidly fade. "Clan Akuma, huh? That's the one the Raikage is in, correct?" Trying to remember what he could, he frowned. "I see. Well, I guess that means we'll never be able to spar, then. My only real strength and you're immune. Ah well."

Feeling better, Hiromasa had a thought. "Wait a second. You knew no one but your clan could eat that fruit and didn't say anything?!" After a pause, he snickered. "Guess you have your own sense of humor, at any rate." Getting back on his feet, he extended his fist to meet Sanosuke's. "Partners. So, what do ya say we try and check out the Mission Board tomorrow? Not gonna get any stronger just hangin' out all day!"

Sanosuke

Upon hearing Hiromasa discovering that he couldn't eat the demon fruit but Sanosuke could can made Sanosuke laugh along with his partner. It was good to laugh like this with friends. Kumo was filled with genjutsu users and Sanosuke was the odd one out, since he was not only immune to genjutsu but he's a close range kenjutsu fighter. This meant anyone who teamed up with Sanosuke was to be a force to be wreckened with.

Sanosuke leaned on the dresser that was behind him as he began to cross his arms so he can think. It was a habit it acquired when he had a conundrum on his hands. What Hiromasa said was right, they had to get stronger as shinobi by doing missions. And missions were the best way to see how compatible they were as partners, but the problem was Sanosuke would always beat Hiromasa in a spar because of his kekkai genkai. There had to be something that the both of them can work on together.

Shaking his head to disperse himself from the riddle, Sanosuke turned his attention to Hiromasa. "Yeah doing missions sounds great" Sanosuke said to his partner.
