Objective: Go to an outskirt town and help with the injures there.

Mission description: URGENT. Reports were just received of a tiny town in the outskirts of Hi No Kuni that was attacked by a band of criminals and they are in need of medical help.
Mission details: Medical Ninjutsu is REQUIRED for at least 1 of the participants of this mission. Teamed with two others as a squad [Discretion of the mission taker, can be NPCs or PCs], make your way to the village in need of assistance. On the way you will meet with 2 different groups of criminals. It is not your job to take them down, however if you need to you have been given permission to use force. Each group consists of five individuals that easily rank as C.  They have C-2 stats and are armed with B-rank katana each and x4 kunai. Each have 1 element and have academy jutsu + up to C rank library ninjutsu of the chosen element for them. Once you make it to the village, muster with the other medics there to help the injured.
