Clan History: The Seidra clan started with only a single member, wandering the ninja world. He constantly trained, aiming to become one of the strongest ninja in the world. One of his main problems were knowing his limits. He would challenge anything that looked remotely fight-able, even punching and kicking trees. His main focus was running. He would zip around with the speed of a bullet, never stopping. He would do nothing but sprint for days. Making a living off of stealing from others, he soon picked up tricks to steal things from people without them noticing. This "art" of his became less of a clan, and more of a following. People that would practice this same skill wouldn't exactly have the last name "Seidra", but would have relation in spirit to him in some way. Anyone in this clan would need a wicked spirit, or at least one falling off of the good side.

Kekkei Genkai Description: Master Trickster is an ability that increases the speed, dexterity, and cunning of the user. The genjutsu they use is 50% more potent, and they have a lot higher of a chance to figure out they are in a genjutsu. A Seidra clan member takes extra care to make genjutsu seem as realistic as possible, never resting to make sure that they reach absolute perfection.

Drawbacks: Not able to start in a Village. Must take Frail SC, as well as the Reflexes SC. Can never learn Taijutsu. Only able to take the Onojutsu sub-spec from Bukijutsu.

Description: This technique may only be used if certain requirements are met. The user must first be within range of the people that they want to deceive. The user creates an invisible bubble of "smoke" around themselves, that can only be seen with B-Rank or higher doujutsu able to see chakra. The user then seems to tear through reality to their desired location. What they are actually doing is temporarily slowing down the people trapped in the genjutsu, then pushing themselves in another direction. Although this does slow down people trapped in the genjutsu, it has no way to slow down projectiles or other jutsu coming at the user. The only exception to this is if someone were to be holding the jutsu as they came running at him. In this case, the user would be able to escape it with ease.

Description: The user molds chakra with their hands, making a substance that is like a elastic, rubbery, sticky goop. The goop is invisible to the naked eye, only able to be seen with C-rank and above doujutsu that can sense chakra. The substance has the properties of rubber, able to be flicked or thrown to a target. It can also be treated like a sticky goo, able to be attached and de-attached to things at the user's will. If an object is coming at the user, it is possible for them to use the elastic texture to create a sort of trampoline to bounce it back. The goop will break if hit by a C-rank or higher technique or weapon and the technique will cancel and go on cooldown if it is hit with a B-Rank or higher technique.

Description: The technique is very difficult to learn, but simple to master. The user combines the knowledge of both Ninjutsu and Genjutsu to make something appear differently. An example of this is to take a side of a log, and make it look like human skin. This effect lasts the full three posts, and it is close to impossible to tell the difference between the texture and the real thing. This can only be used on solid, non-chakra objects, so there is no way for jutsu to be disguised.

Description: The user creates an invisible bubble of chakra around them. Anyone inside of the bubble is trapped inside of the genjutsu illusion. The illusion makes the user feel like they have been submerged inside of a syrup. The syrup is like a thick water, so the person effected will feel unable to breath and uncomfortable, being hindered in their movements. They will also feel a stinging sensation in their eyes, and their ears will have the sensation of being clogged, making it harder to hear things outside of the bubble. Jutsu is not effected by this, as well as non-living things. If the victim/s of this jutsu cannot get breath within 5 posts of being trapped inside of the genjutsu, they will suffocate. The only way to see the chakra is with A-Rank or higher genjutsu able to see chakra. In order to escape the bubble, the victim must either pull themselves from the illusion by inflicting B-rank damage on themselves, or figure out that they are in a genjutsu and get rid of it. Anyone who enters the bubble after the initial activation will still be effected by it.

Define more potent, we don't just allow base increases to jutsu strength. You could say they Genjutsu Kai can't be used to break out of them, or they need to use +1 rank higher of Genjutsu kai (the latter would be better, for fairness' sake) As for you breaking out, you could say the opposite, that when you use Genjutsu kai, you only need to use the rank one rank lower. :)

Drawbacks

You're going to need some more SC's shoe-horning people into something is not a drawback which balances an IC increase in power, you will need things like "takes +1 rank of damage from X" to balance out those strengths. Taking a negative SC without drawback, taking -'s to stats (like -2 tiers to strength) are good drawbacks, as they actually de-power you.

Jutsu

1/ so, its a genjutsu which slows down a victims perception of time for 1 turn, by how much? I would like to see a value on this, it could say reduces their perception by -2 tiers for the round, but at B rank i think you need a drawback for that kind of debuff, then you have your movement. You could say that if the user has a Perception stat of under B-3 that it allows you to make a 10m dash faster than they can see. it's up to you, but i would like a value, rather than it just being vague. (would prefer it to be the debuff)

2/ can this be used to trap people, if so, i would like you to specify that it can be broken with something like C rank strength. also, a technique of equal rank should destroy the goop.

3/ Would like you to add a perception check on this, something like people with B rank perception can see subtle inconsistencies while A rank perception sees through the disguise effortlessly.

4/ how fast is the bubble created, this needs to have a speed, as the intent of a trigger is for it to be able to be avoided. how hindered are their movements? make seeing it a sensory technique, not a genjutsu able to see chakra.
