Clan: Kerino

Kekkei Genkai: Jack of all Trades

Elements: Any

Specialization: any

Location: scattered

Clan History: These select few individuals are born with a genetic ability to learn things better. these individuals have been known to be able to pick up on multiple things.

Kekkei Genkai Description: The Jack of All trades ability allows clan members to learn 1 spec Per rank after their starting too. meaning 3rd spec at chunin 4th at Sp,jounin and so on. the third spec will be trained like the second spec in the guidelines, the fourth spec will be trained like a third spec, and the fifth will be trained like the fourth spec, however the sixth spec will be trained using Senjutsu's WC requirements.

Spec Rank caps
1st spec: SS-rank
2nd Spec: S-rank
3rd spec: S-rank
4th Spec: A-rank
5th Spec: B-rank
6th Spec: C-rank

Drawbacks: The Clan members starts out with 1 Specialization and 1 Element. the clan member can only have 2 elements and can train the second element at B-rank and that element will be capped at A-rank, this element will train as if it were the user's third element. The Starting element and Specialization of the Clan member both start out at C-rank.

the clan member must also take multi-tasker and have it be balanced by 2 negative characteristics instead of 1.

The clan member cannot take Hestitant, element or specialization.

Specializations learned from npc's have a 10% Wc increase.

I'm sorry, but the ability to use every specialization is not something we're allowing clans to do, similar to learning every element.

It is just too good.

So, feel free to change the concept, perhaps make them able to train the specs they have to higher levels than normal, but there cannot be a means to have more specializations than the 4 limit we currently abide.
