Clan History: The Pegans a form a foreign land south the the land of wind. It would take a months time to travel from one place to the other. The land that the pegans called home was medium size. But was hard and rough the main source of trade was fish and there solders. They are excellent sailors as they were raised around boats from the time they were young. But they were a very poor nation as they had almost nothing to work with and had to rely on good weather to fish.

The main way that the pagens made money was raiding other neighboring lands. As well as sending forces of warriors to help with mercenary work. As they are know to be fierce warriors as they do not fear death. As in their faith if they die in battle they would go to a Valhalla. There they would be able to fight as much as they want then if they died in combat they would just go back ot Valhalla and drink till they were full. So most of them are willing to fight to the death making most foolhardy but not all.

As time progressed and people started to become more greedy in fighting began. Then soon all of high ranking began ot wage war on one another and high ranking members began to fall to one another. Which angered the gods that they worshiped and caused them to have there lands taken from them in the form of their nation sinking under the water. But a few have members were able ot see into what hte gods had planed and left before the island sank.

Kekkei Genkai Description: Thanks to all the time spent in combat and training for combat having made them masters of their weapons. Basic attacks from this clans weapons gain a +1 in damage in combat. They are also allowed to take a second sup-spec upon creation for their bukijutsu. As it is common practice to train in different types of weapons among them.

Drawbacks: Due to the fact that many of the members not being to fond of tricks in battle. They are only able to take genjutsu as a fourth spec. Since most of the members of the clan are mighty warriors they must suffer a -1 tier in speed. Membes are also unable to take funnin as a spec.

This is pretty good.
But you need to specify that the -1 in speed is '-1 tier in speed'
Also I would like you to add one more decent drawback to balance this properly.
