Name: Azumi
Age: 13
General Appearance: Long Shaggy White Hair, ragged and dirty clothes.
Personality: Azumi is an innocent child who turned to a crime gang to survive, she isn’t evil nor is she cruel and cannot stand the sight of blood nor would she kill another person unless she had to. In addition she cannot stand cruel people, despite her attachment to a notoriously evil gang of bandits.
Motivations: Survival, Azumi was a beggar and pick-pocket, she is used to petty crimes in order to survive and has no problem stealing from others to ensure her survival. Azumi will do almost whatever it takes to survive, but she does have a few lines that she will not cross.
Fears: Death, Azumi is terrified of not only dying but of killing others. She cannot bring herself to take part in murder nor killing no matter how desperate her situation is. If found caught in a murder plot, her conscience would likely drive her to turn herself in, should any evidence of the group involved surfaces (she likely would ensure that some was).
Abilities: Armed with C ranked Taijutsu and D ranked Genjutsu, Azumi is a street trickster and brawler. All Stats are E-3, save for Speed and Reaction which are D-3
Other:
This character does not have any Taijutsu “techniques” with a chakra cost but she does have D ranked canon Genjutsu abilities. She will also surrender once three to four pieces of evidence are discovered.

Name: Kaguya, Taki
Age: 26
General Appearance: Short, cropped, brown hair with scars of battle and tribal tattoos littering his body.
Personality: Taki enjoys a fight more than anything, he enjoys instigating fights (especially with those weaker then him) and commanding/bullying others into doing what he says. Aside from this he enjoys making easy and quick Ryo, thus turning to more criminal pursuits to make his money. As a Kaguya he has no problems with violence and bloodshed, he will often turn to murder as a first resort instead of a last one to make “examples” of others and ensure his reign with an iron fist.
Motivations: A Good Fight, more than anything Taki wants a good fight. He wants to feel the rush of combat unlike anything he has ever felt before and wants to know what an opponent of equal skill looks like.

Ryo, as a bandit leader, Taki is one greedy guy and wants as much Ryo was he can have. He is known to target even largely cheap shipments just to sell them to black market dealers for extra ryo (killing the prospects he took with him to increase his share).
Fears: The Kaguya Genetic Defect, Taki is a bearer of it and through the over-use of his Kekkei Genkai it is beginning to manifest itself. This signifies the start to a slow and painful death for him and also means the bone jutsu he uses are beginning to slowly become more brittle, this frightens him.

A young death, an odd one for a Bandit leader but Taki is afraid of dying in his “prime” and will often kill anyone who he even thinks is plotting betrayal. This has made him EXTREMELY paranoid of everyone around him, even his own Lieutenants.
Abilities: Taki is capable of using A ranked Bukijutsu techniques as well as B ranked Ninjutsu techniques. He has A ranked Suiton and B ranked Raiton as his elements. His strength and Endurance are both trained to B-3, his perception and reaction time are trained to D-3, his speed is trained to C-3
Other:
Due to his genetic defect, Taki will try and avoid using his Kekkei Genkai, this severely hurts his fighting style as a Kaguya. Outside of this Taki excels in outlast and outfighting his opponents, try your best to eliminate his henchmen quickly so your party can focus all their efforts on him alone to crush him quickly.

Name: Yamada, Naoki
Age: 20
General Appearance: Naoki has long black hair, a slender yet powerful build, and a constant lazy or uncaring look in her eyes.
Personality: Naoki is a distant sort, an oddity in the Bandit group as she didn’t join of her own accord but was hired by Taki to ensure his rule went unquestioned. Her job is to eliminate anyone within the Bandit Group that questions Taki’s orders or anyone who catches onto/betrays the group. She is a fearsome swordsman but for some reason she prefers to nap rather than train.
Motivations: Naps, Naoki LOVES them, she would rather nap then fight but sadly she can’t be paid to nap and HAS to use her skills to earn. Ryo, as with most shinobi or Kunoichi that join the Bandit Group Naoki likes Ryo, she likes them A LOT. She is known for stating that every life is just worth a certain amount of Ryo, and she will take any life for a certain price.
Fears: The inability to nap ever, Naoki is afraid of never being able to nap ever again! The thought of not being able to sleep terrifies her to the core and is often what her nightmares revolve around. Outside of this Naoki is afraid that her actions will attract too much “heat” or attention from the Police or ANBU. As such she would rather surrender to Law Enforcement then enter into combat with them, but only if she isn’t going to be executed.
Abilities: Naoki is capable of using B rank Bukijutsu techniques and up to C rank Ninjutsu techniques. Her elements are clan kkg elements which build into Shoton (B rank). Naoki's Strength, Speed, and Reaction times are trained to C-3, her Perception and Endurance are trained to D.
Other:
Naoki's style of fighting revolves around trying to bring down an opponent as quick as possible so she can go back to napping, try to survive the first and second round of punishing blows and she will tire out. Outside of this, Naoki isn't very perceptive of her surroundings when she fights, she tends to tunnel vision onto a single target have two or more people tackle her to take her down swiftly. Finally, Naoki is able to dish out incredible damage for a C rank Kunoichi but she can't take too many hits in return, abuse this fact and punish her when she becomes exhausted.

Name: Sabaku, Masa
Age: 18
General Appearance: A lively young man with wide eyes, medium length ginger hair, and an interest in art. His clothes suggest the fact that he is an artist and are usually dirty with bits of blood and sand smeared on them from his latest “project”.
Personality: If one word could be used to describe Masa it would be deranged. The young man is a sadist to the core and enjoys turning people into living (temporarily) sand statues that he plays with. He is known to torture those he captures for long periods of time before shoving his sand into their bodies through every opening and then expanding it until the “go boom”. Aside from this he is a bit of a perfectionist and slightly OCD.
Motivations: To create the perfect work of art, Masa wants to create a masterpiece that the whole world will be in awe of. Unfortunately, that means he needs to find the PERFECT specimen for his art that won’t explode the moment he fills their body up with sand and expands it a bit.

Ryo, like any artist Masa needs money and so between his rather shunned form of art and his need of money, Masa turned to robbing and raiding. Fortunately, he found that his form of art allowed for robbing someone or raiding shipments to be extremely easy! After all, corpses tend to not struggle overly too much!
Fears: Uneven Numbers, they terrify Masa and cause him to have a panic attack! If something is uneven he has a want, no a NEED to fix it immediately, dropping whatever he is doing to find an additional object…or take one away.

Dying before his art is done, Masa is afraid the world will never be able to see the BEAUTY of his art. He is afraid he will die before he accomplishes his life’s work and thereby fail his ancestors.
Abilities: Masa is capable of using B rank Ninjutsu techniques and has C rank Kuchiyose. As with all Sabaku, Masa excels in Sand Manipulation and his control over that particular element is train to a decent proficiency (B Rank). His stats are C-3 in speed, perceptions, and reactions but E-2 in strength and Endurance.
Other:
Masa is not a close range fighter, he will try to keep his distance from enemies at all costs and punish them with Sand Based jutsu or summons from afar. To stop this figure out a way to close in on him, landing a single blow on him should put him out for the count (C rank strength or higher). Aside from this Masa is weak to Katon and his jutsu are weak to Suiton. Either saturate his sands or glassify them to keep him out of a fight nearly indefinitely.

Name: Sarutobi, Kou
Age: 29
General Appearance: Normally seen wearing a standard Konohagakure Flak Jacket along with a beret with both the Konoha Police Force symbol on it and her rank within the organization. Kou keeps her jet black hair trimmed to a boyishly short length and prides herself on her athletic figure.
Personality: As a Sentinel Sarutobi, Kou prides herself on the ability to act as a shield for others. As such, she takes her job within Konoha VERY seriously, designing most of her jutsu around a model of “protect and serve” as opposed to aggressive assaults. Aside from this, Kou has been noted to be extremely professional even in her off-time away from the force. The young woman views herself as a beacon of stability within Konoha, something she will let no one disturb or upset.
Motivations: Justice, Kou has taken the term “good cop” into a new meaning and one some aren’t very proud of. As a Police Captain within the Market District, Kou has become infamous with her law enforcement style of violent apprehension, leaving her district with both the lowest conviction and crime rates inside the Village. Although it might be strange, given her violent tendencies, Kou strives to create a safe and peaceful environment for the law abiding citizens of Konoha. This can be seen by her life (when not pursuing criminals) as she will often times walk through the streets of the Market District to ensure fair prices and that advertised goods aren’t simply cheap knock-offs.
Fears: Chaos, Kou knows crime brings chaos, and chaos brings civil unrest, which in turn brings on more crime. This vicious circle is what terrifies her the most as she has seen first-hand the effects that superconductive loop can have on young Shinobi and Kunoichi and what prolonged exposure to that kind of environment can turn them into. As such she fears that she will be unable to prevent a conductive loop like the one mentioned from happening within the walls of Konoha and that one day chaos and bloodshed will occur on the streets. Aside from her fear of Chaos, Kou is actually afraid of her own inabilities. As more of a defensive fighter there is little she can do in a situation where she lacks back up, she might be able to outlast an opponent but she can’t out damage them.
Abilities: Kou knows A rank Defensive Ninjutsu and  B rank Defensive Taijutsu techniques. Kou’s Elements are Katon (S rank) and Doton (B rank). Kou's stats are A-3 rank in Endurance, Reactions, and Speed with her Perception and Strength falling down to E-3.
Other:
Kou relies on her team to deal damage, although she can soak up a TON of damage herself she lacks the stats to be able to dish out damage in return. As such protect Kou from taking too many hits and being forced to retreat, you may need her help later on!
