Mission description:
According to intel, a notorious arms dealer, who has been investigated by the ANBU, has made a deal with some unsavory characters. He is going to deliver a large amount chakra-katanas to an unknown contractor and the deal is near the edge of Hi no Kuni's border. Eliminate the tarms dealer and the contractor.
Mission details: The arms dealer is a normal man protected by two chunin rank ronin, with bukijutsu at rank B. They each have a B ranked chakra-katana and have all C-3 stats. The contractor is a spec jounin with Bukijutsu at A rank and has two A rank katanas, with all B-3 stats.

Objective: Find and eliminate/capture an escaped prisoner and his two pets.
Location: Konoha-wilderness
Reward: 650 ryo
Mission description: A prisoner has escaped from Konoha's prison along with his two pets. Find him and capture or kill him.
Mission details:
The man you're looking for is a former crimelord. He's a spec jounin with all stats at B-3, he has taijutsu and seijutsu at A rank and he has two pet bears each at B rank. Both bears have the Taijutsu spec and have all stats at B-0.- signature jutsu:

Mission description:
An experimental warrior once created under supervision of the former crimelord Orochi Enaka has escaped and is now terrorizing travelers, villagers and merchants. Two ANBU teams have already been dispatched but all contact has been lost. You are ordered to take down this menace with all powers at your disposal.

Age: Believed to be in its twenties
Personality: Not much is known about it's personality, except for the fact that it seems to have a strong hatred against anything which looks at it as a monster. It despises the fear in people's eyes and acts accordingly as a monster towards them.
Motivations: Simply as it was programmed to do: to hunt everything which appears hostile to itself.
Fears: So far it has to be assumed it only has instinctive fear, meaning it will only feel fear for an overpowering entity and death itself.
Abilities/other:
Classed to be as strong as top-tier jounin when it comes to physical abilities, it's even more powerful when regarding it's oddities. It's spiked hair has the ability to shoot off a rain of razor sharp (A rank) needles into all directions at the cost of 30 chakra.
It also has claws (4 on each hand) which can elongate to about 1 meter each and act as whip swords (rank A).
It has Bukijutsu S rank and ninjutsu S rank
It has the Doton and fuuton element (can use all library jutsu up to rank S for doton and futon) both at rank S.
