It was Kaekio's first day in the land of fire, and she decided to see what some of the sites were like... she went out to an old areana they used to use for the chunin exams, it was dusty and flat, and not much else around. Kaekio set down her backpack on a rock she found and took out her lunch... white rice... as she was eating she gently placed her palm on this rock and channeled some chakra into it. if someone decided to attack her, she would need to be ready. a long with her she carried one kunai knife and three other shuriken...she wore she typical outfit, along with the cloak she had bought not that long ago. the ryuzoji clan symbol, directly underneath this cloak was hidden dual katanas. she didn't trust outside lands, she enjoyed them. didn't trust them. and so she sat there eating her rice until it was all gone. then she put all of the stuff back and put her backpack back on.

Chakra 145/150 for substitution.

Toshiko was going out for another training session on a seemingly dull day. There wasn't much going on, and he didn't plan to sit down and do nothing all day. he left his apartment, and then ventured out to the streets of Konoha. Hmph. I don't want to train at the academy training grounds. It's too small. I don't want to train in the forest. I might accidentally hurt one of the animals. I can't risk that. I need to go somewhere........Safe. Somewhere that isn't too popular and where i can train as hard as i want without harming anything. I dunno........There is one place. I think they held the chuunin exams there once.......The Chuunin exams! I don't know when they're coming.... I gotta be ready for them regardless. I'll go there. I have to train all day if i'm gonna be ready for them in time! Toshiko now had a short term goal. he wouldn't be able to find and defeat his father or become hokage until he got higher up in the ninja ranks. Ranks gave a ninja respect from their fellow ninja, and more room to improve their skill. Rank proved how good a ninja was, and Toshiko would strive to reach the top ranks. He wasn't exactly sure when the chuunin exams would occur, but he was going to be ready for it no matter what.

Toshiko arrived to the old training grounds, and looked around. It was way larger than what he thought it would be. He noticed someone a bit distant from him. There was a girl, sitting upon a rock and eating lunch. What was she doing? toshiko didn't know for sure, but he was always up to make new friends. Slowly, he approached her, and then introduced himself. "Hello there. I'm sorry if i'm bothering you, but i just wanted to introduce myself. My name Is Toshiko Uzumaki. It's a pleasure to meet you."

Kaekio finally stood up from her lunch, she put her hood on and turn around and just about jumped out of her skin... there was a young man standing in front of her, exactly 6 meters away just outside of her passive current perception range. when did he get there? "Hello there. I'm sorry if i'm bothering you, but i just wanted to introduce myself. My name Is Toshiko Uzumaki. It's a pleasure to meet you." Kaekio eye smiled at him. well at least he didn't mean her any harm "The name is kaekio... eer well Ryuzoji, Kaekio if you want to be formal about it. im a ninja from the village hidden in the clouds, im here on vacation... i was told that Konoha is nice this time of year and so i figured i'd check it out to see if the rumors were true." that was fair enough, kaekio had heard wonderful things about Konoha, but she had heard a fair amount of terrible things as well, and honestly she didn't care much for scenery but she enjoyed it sometimes. however the only thing on her mind at the moment was the up and comming chunin exams. she was falling drastically behind on her training and need desperately to catch up... "However there is one thing that would make my entire exprience here a little bit better... do you know any good sparring partners? i have a few friends back home that will spar with me, but none wanted to come to konoha with me... and so for training purposes i need a sparring partner..." and by training purposes she meant, learning how to use her current perception to it's highest advantage in fight like scenario's and she also had a few justu she needed to perfect, but that could be done on her own... as of right now she needed to get some battle exprience under her belt...

"The name is kaekio... eer well Ryuzoji, Kaekio if you want to be formal about it. im a ninja from the village hidden in the clouds, im here on vacation... i was told that Konoha is nice this time of year and so i figured i'd check it out to see if the rumors were true." "However there is one thing that would make my entire exprience here a little bit better... do you know any good sparring partners? i have a few friends back home that will spar with me, but none wanted to come to konoha with me... and so for training purposes i need a sparring partner..."

She was from the village hidden in the clouds and needed a sparring partner? Well, i've never battled with someone from the hidden cloud village. Sounds interesting. Toshiko faced the girl with a smile upon his face, and then spoke to her. "Well, i'm a ninja in training. I'm not the best out there, Well at least not yet, but i can hold my own in a fight. If you're up for it then i'd be happy to spar with you." Toshiko nodded, and then jumped back twice putting a bit of distance between the two. After doing so, Toshiko got in a fighting stance, and gestured for Kaeiko to attack him.

Kaekio watched closely to see the boys reaction after her words "Well, i'm a ninja in training. I'm not the best out there, Well at least not yet, but i can hold my own in a fight. If you're up for it then i'd be happy to spar with you."  perfect. kaekio removed her clock and stuffed it in her bag, revealing her blue... well... everything , hair, eyes , cloths (with a side of black), you name it it was blue. then he jumped backwards attempting to put some distance between the two of them. but she was still within ten meters of her... kaekio switched to the medium distance range of her kekai Genkai and then looked over at him as he waited for her to attack. kaekio felt like being a show off today. "Cloud Style! Bad smelling air!" of course this was not the actual name of the justu she was using, it would just be a minor distracion for him... seeing as how he had no clue about her clan and their abilities... a cloud style ninja from the village hidden in the clouds wouldn't be terribly unbelievable... as a matter of fact there was one, the name escaped Kaekio but in fact there was a group known to use you the cloud release technique. Kaekio filled the around around them with her misty flames dance justu, then she jumped back as well. now putter him just out of her current perception range, but still within eye shot. then as she came to a sliding halt, she made the tiger hand seal, and shot out a fire ball at 25 m/s straight towards him. in an instant the fireball hit the gas in the air an exploded into a huge ball of fire right where Toshiko should be standing. anyone caught inside would be receiving minor 3rd degree burns (the fireball doing 2nd degree and the misty flames inhancment) then she pulled out her dual katana's an prepared for a counter attack, as the fireball it self would carry forward to 30 meters and then dissipated.

After Toshiko spoke, Kaekio ripped of the cloak that he/she was wearing to reveal long blue hair and eyes. Toshiko took a look at her, and blood started gushing out of his nose.his cheeks turned bright red as he turned around and tried to stop his nose from squirting out. "Cloud Style! Bad smelling air!" Bad smelling air? What the hell was she talking about? That couldn't have been a true technique. Toshiko turned back to face Kaekio, and watched as she started breathing strange, steamy mist into the immediate area watching as it seemed to fill up the area. "What the hell is she doing?" Kaekio then formed the tiger hand seal, and inhaled deeply. Toshiko didn't take long to realize what she was planning. She was preforming a technique that Toshiko had in his own possession. The great fireball jutsu. Kaekio exhaled, firing the large ball of flames. Toshiko needed to counter it quickly. It wouldn't be good if he took those hits on directly. He's suffer pretty bad burns. He knew what he could do to counter, but he'd need to get past that cloud of gas and this ball. Toshiko nodded, and went into action. He formed the tiger seal, inhaling and filling his mouth with chakra, and then exhaled the same fire ball directly at the one that had been coming towards him. They collided, and then negated each other. Toshiko smiled and nodded as he ran towards kaekio while forming chakra around him. He made three javelins of his chakra converted to chakra, and then ran around the large cloud of gasses, jumped up into the air, and fired two of the lightning spears directly at Kaekio.

((OOC: the misty flames gas is invisible just FYI... but seeing as how that realization didn't really effect much of the outcome of your post ill let it slide.))

Kaekio watched with a grin as her fire collided with his and with the mix of the misty flames dance, the explosion was absolutely massive causing a huge fire amass between the two of them. during the time it took for Toshiko to run around the flames, kaekio sheathed her blades as she looked down wards at the ground as she pulled out a kunai and charged it with Katon... he was erady for her to know that she had raiton just quite yet. looking down wards kaekio felt him and three raiton spears enter her current perception range. then he fired his two spears, kaekio only grinned, they were slow and she could dodge them with ease, but like she said she wanted to be a bit of a show off. so without looking up she threw her katon charged kunai directly at him... him being unable to dodge this seeing as how he can't move in mid air. then she made a sweep like motion as she ducked and did a 360 under both of the bolts, then she pulled out her swords once more, and awaited his next move. from the outside looking in, that dodge she pulled off would look impossible, or like she had eyes in the top of her head or something, hell the fact that she could pinpoint his location with the fire kunai while staring at the ground was scary enough, she was more like a BLUE DEMON

Kaekio managed to block the first two spears, and then charged her chakra into a kunai. Toshiko's eyes widened as Kaekio threw the fire infused Kunai towards him. Toshiko could barely move while still in the air, but that wasn't gonna stop him. He held his hand out as the kunai came towards him, and it landed in between his fingers. Toshiko clenched his fist together in a attempt to stop the Kunai, but it cut deep into his Hegu Point Burning it a bit. Toshiko grimaced, and shook his hand causing the Kunai to fall out and land on the ground. Toshiko gained momentum, and then landed feet first upon the ground with the spear still in his hand. Kaekio was a few inches in front of him, and he didn't plan to go easy on her. If she truly had skill, then she could take a barrage of blasts from Toshiko no problem. Toshiko threw the last lightning spear at her, and then charged up chakra in his throat while inhaling. Toshiko then ran towards her as he was facing directly in front of her, and spat out 5 moderate sized balls of flame directly at her. Toshiko then jumped up in the air, turning around and facing himself directly above her as he shot two more fireballs down from above her directly towards her head.

Toshiko then went back towards the ground, firing two more of the balls from behind her, and then ran to he only open side and fired one more ball of flame. There were now ten balls of flame coming towards her from all directions. there was no way that she could get out without at least facing one burn.

((OOC: XD the amount of time it would take for you to complete that process is not a fraction of a second and due to my +1 speed from the Agile Special characteristic i have C-ranked speed so i do move at a higher speed than you two tiers is enough to make a slight difference, and i have a higher reaction time than your speed))

Kaekio's blades now shined a bright blue as they crackled with electricity, she looked up and barely moved her body at all to dodge the third and final lightning spear, then she watched as he took a deep breathe... huh fire style justu it was. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, tiny fire balls all in line and all headed to the same place. kaekio moved to the left as they all flew past her, this was child's play. as she moved to the left he had jumped up into the air and fired two more to a vacant location. Now he was in her range, she set the range to close range combat, and suddenly the electrical signals going through his brain were clear to her. she could see every fiber in his body twitching and reacting, she could know physical see his movements before they happened. he landed and fire two more now actually at her, since he had seen her location changed, then the millisecond the second shot left his mouth, he began to run another direction, she simply moved to the left of the bullets and followed his movements heading straight at him. she was about 2 meters in front of him when she saw the command register in his brain to fire the shot, she jumped into the air and twisted her body so that the she was upside down in the air, and his bullet fired right underneath her head. it's a good thing her hair was headed upwards as well because that might have gotten burnt, but fortunately it didn't. due to his commitment to the shot and to his movement which kaekio could also predict, he wouldn't be able to dodge this attack, she slashed his right shoulder blade, then flipped once more, as she landed as trusted her second sword into his lower left side of his back. this jump and landing happening within about 1 to 2 seconds.
