Clan History: A clan founded even before the Hidden Villages, the Akimichi were a group of Shinobi that sold their skills as mercenaries. Not as skilled as clans such as the Uchiha or Senju, two rivals, the Akimichi had a unique bond with the Yamanaka clan as well as the Nara clan that culminated in a powerful alliance. When a member of the Senju clan began earnestly to settle the land of Hi no Kuni and form a village of powerful Shinobi, the Akimichi aided in his battle against the aggressive Uchiha. With the defeat of Uchiha Madara, the Akimichi as well as numerous other clans were successful in the founding the first Hidden Village; Konohagakure.

As one of Konohagakure's noble clans, the Akimichi quickly rose in prestige as their combat prowess and strength forged powerful clan members. Throughout the many Shinobi Wars, the Akimichi were used as shock troops in order to battle large groups of enemies. With their famed Calorie Control, users could quickly adjust their size and strength to battle more powerful opponents. Furthermore, with the addition of being rather abundant, the Akimichi lacked certain things that made them targets, such as the Sharingan, which further added to their prosperity.

Kekkei Genkai Description: A technique passed down from the original founders of the clan, the Akimichi have the ability to convert calories- the body's source of energy- into raw chakra. This chakra, however, is unable to be used for ‘normal jutsu’, such as Katon or Genjutsu. Instead, this chakra is key to freely manipulating the size and mass of the Akimichis’ body. By using a bit of natural chakra, an Akimichi burns the reserves of calories in the body, providing an intense fuel to use.

Using this energy, they Akimichi is able to temporarily grow their skeletal and muscular system to immense sizes, increasing strength by unprecedented amounts. To use these abilities takes Caloric Energy (CE), converted from chakra. With each post, 5 CE is lost due to increased stress until it is entirely gone, where the user must convert more. If enough CE is maintained, the user can even remain functional lacking all of their chakra, although CE is lost at a rate of -10 in order to retain consciousness.

In addition, Akimichi are able to rebuild muscle much stronger after training, resulting in +1 to Strength. This, however, cannot be compounded with Mighty.

Drawbacks:
-Due to their naturally large body-size, as well as their aversion to general cardio exercise, all Akimichi must take Bulky. This cannot be balanced with a positive characteristic.

-Akimichi are unable to train a fourth element, and must take Hesitant (Element) as a negative characteristic.

-A side effect from underuse of their natural chakra, Akimichi receive -50 from their chakra pool.

Just so I understand this correctly. In order to use their Clan techniques, they must first covert their chakra into CE which is then spent on their clan techniques? There needs to be something referring to the CE cost for the Akimichi's clan jutsu.

What exactly do you mean by 'natural chakra', are you referring to Senjutsu?

There needs to be some kind of chart showcasing the total amount of CE the Akimichi member has per rank.  Explain how they can remain functional while lacking chakra.
