Mission Info:

Ringo moved about the high streets of Kumogakure no Sato.  It amazed him how high the village was, soaring over the world in its little perch.  He felt on top of the world as he strode through the streets, following a group of shoppers as they went through one of the many stall infested market streets.  Walking along with the group, a piece of paper stuck to a wall glinted in the sun, catching his eye.  Leaving the group, Ringo went to examine the piece of paper.

Stuck to the wall by a large tack, the paper was a bounty note.  On it read that a group of bandits had been running wild in the village.  Anyone that finds these bandits will be paid to dispose of them or bring them into the Kumogakure Police Department.

He grunted with a slight smile.  This would give him something to occupy himself for the time being and just when he thought this village didn't have anything else to offer him.  Ringo folded the paper in his hands and tucked it inside his trench coat's inner pocket.  This would definitely become a more interesting day for him as he began his search through the city.

After an hour of searching in the Market District, Ringo headed over to the Hospital District.  It was surprising that he couldn't find anyone by the shops, he thought, usually trouble happens there.  Just as he finished that thought, however, a group of four walked by Ringo that looked awfully suspicious and were headed to the Market District.  As they walked by, Ringo felt the glowing sensation coming from his cursed seal.  The heat rose up his body as he ducked into an alleyway.  Hiding behind a crate, Ringo's body became a big, white silhouette.

The white, glowing light faded fast and soon Rin emerged from the alleyway.  The group of four guys had turned the corner by now so she hurried to catch up and see if their suspicious behavior might be a flag that they were also part of the bandits in the bounty letter she had.

Turning around the corner, Rin didn't have to wait very long to find out that those four suspicious characters were indeed the bandits she was looking for.  Just as she had rounded the street corner had her eyes witnessed the four of them overturning tables and pushing shoppers into vending stalls.  A few began to grab at the high priced items that they were able to grab.  The stupid pricks had no grace in their thievery, going about it like the dumb brutes they were.  It was a disgrace to watch and let it unfold before her.  What made things worse was that one of the women tried to guard her stall from the boys, only getting in the way and being tossed into a puddle on the stone street.

Not wasting anymore time observing the calamity, Rin sprinted forward at the four of them.  The first bandit was busy grabbing jewelry from a broken stall when Rin's left foot landed hard on his back.  Using the first bandit's back as a springboard, Rin launched herself in to the air.  Twisting her body counter-clockwise as she propelled herself forward, her body did a tight 360 degree twirl before her right leg came around and knocked into the back of the second bandit's head sending his body cartwheeling into a group of worried shoppers.

Losing a bit of her momentum, Rin carefully landed on the ground, her right hand having to reach for the ground to catch herself.  Now in a slight runner's stance, as if she was going to shoot out from the blocks for a hundred meter dash, Rin charged ahead in a great hurry at the third bandit who had now turned to see what the noise was behind him.  Decking her head straight into his stomach, she took him to the ground and straddle over his belly.  Clapping her hands together once, Raiton chakra molded into her hands as she got to work on the boy's face, neck, and chest.  All of the bandits were wearing masks but Rin didn't care, she punched at the head anyways.

The fourth bandit, whom Rin had forgotten about in her bloody onslaught, came over and pulled Rin off his partner in crime.  He threw her back along the street and yelled at her.  "Get the fuck off him!"  This only angered her more as she rose up to her feet, seeing the first guy she had stepped on was joining the fight as well.  The second and third bandits were out cold.  The kick to the head and the storming series of vicious, electrified strikes being enough to render them unconscious.

"Well, come on then," Rin jeered at the two remaining boys.  "You don't want to keep a lady waiting, do you?"  Her taunt struck true as the boys immediately roared into a charge.

They came at her nearly at the same time.  The one to her left a little ahead, so Rin followed his lead.  As his right fist came in at her, she stepped closer and grabbed his extended arm, pinning it in the air.  The bandit on the left was soon to follow so she lifted her right thigh up in between her and the boy then snapped the rest her leg up and kicking him under his jaw.  Redirecting her attention back to her left, she took her right elbow and threw it into his gut, then rotated it and wrapped around his waist.  Pulling with her left hand on his arm, Rin tucked her head under the bandit's chest as she flipped him over her back and slammed him down on the ground.  Bringing her right hand back to the bandit's left arm, she pinned his neck with her right boot.  A twist and a quick jerk was all it took to dislocate the fool's arm.

Only one remained and he was shaking his head from her kick just a few short seconds ago.  Leaping up in the air, Rin lurched her left leg forward with her right tucked in behind it, planting her left boot in the boy's Adam's apple.  The kick threw him back, his knees buckling has he fell hard onto his back  His hands reached up to clutch at his sore throat, his mask making erratic wheezing sounds as he tried to catch his breath.  Unfortunately, Rin had felt the crushing of bone under her boot meaning the boy would choke to death pretty soon.  She landed from her little jump kick and composed herself while the crowd that had gathered around the fight erupted into loud cheers.

After borrowing some rope from one of the shop owners to tie up the bandits, Rin brought them to the Kumogakure Police Department and collected her reward for apprehending them.  She mentioned where the fight took place and that there was still one bandit lying on the ground, explaining that he had died during the fight.  Rin took the money from the officer as he nodded his approval and left to enjoy the new paycheck.

Heading back into the market, Rin decided she might as well treat herself to something from the market. After fighting off those pathetic goons, she was sure some of the shop owners would be willing to give her a hefty discount for services rendered to the community. Heading through the stone streets, she wandered from shop to shop. There were so many things to look at, and only so little money to spend. Rin didn't know what to get or where to get it from. The shop owners that were around the area where she had cleaned out the four thugs were all very kind and offered to sell her things either at discount or things they didn't show to just 'average' customers. It was a nice turn of events, being so welcomed in a strange village.

Taking a little break from the window shopping, Rin found a seat on a street bench to relax for a bit. All the various items and clothes flooded her brain. There was just so much in this place. It could make a girl's head spin with all the merchandise. She took out her bounty money, counting it again just to check in case it secretly had multiplied inside her jacket pocket. Still just one hundred fifty ryo. Only so much you can do with that amount. Rin let out a deep sigh as she rested her head against the back rest of the street bench. If only she could get some more money, she wouldn't have to fret about what she bought.

The clouds past by over the high rooftops of the town. A few towers getting lost in the clouds, the spires disappearing behind the soft, white floating marshmallows in the sky. The sun glinting through shafts of the clouds to briefly touch the stonework below. The village was quite the testament to what the people in the Land of Lightning could do. So many over arching roadways, aqueducts that sent water to the entire village, and even a sewage system that didn't pollute the air with the foul odor. Rin reached behind her and knocked her hands along the stone wall that the bench rested along, the stone a testament to the village's modern architecture. Somehow the village had even done well to hide its power lines, giving the village a more open feel to it. Rin couldn't explain it, but the whole village seemed fresh and alive. The place felt like a well fed organism instead of a well oiled machine, and that factor made her enjoy this place.

A sound of a table crashing down and metal clashing on stone perked Rin's head up from her brief rest. Shouting followed the noise and she turned her head to trace the source. Not too far down the street were another set of four goons, dressed up in the same attire as the other four she had put to rest. If only this place could get rid of its scum it just might earn the title of perfect, Rin thought to herself as she got up. It was time to get another bounty.

Rin broke into a sprint as she ran down the street.  The four goons in orange pants were too busy roughing up a shop owner to notice her stampede.  One of them was barking out questions to the owner, interrogating the old lady about what had happened in the market earlier.  Wanting to give the man his answer, Rin leaped to the left, wall running along until she was just behind the man.  She pushed off with her right foot, pulling her left leg all the way out to strike the barking man squarely at the back of his skull.  The kick launched him forward head first into the back wall of the shop.  Several pieces of jewelry fell from the shelves as he crashed down.

Landing in a side roll, Rin planted her feet in a deep lunge, swinging her hands quickly from her pocket and throwing two shuriken at the closest orange thugs.  The shurikens hit each in the legs, making them falter and hesitate from rushing at her.  The third thug that was the farthest away made a loud howl and charged forward.  Sticking out his right leg in a forward kick, Rin reached out and grabbed hold of his ankle, pulling the leg farther until the man lost his balance and fell into a forward split.  His mask muted a loud cry of pain from the forced splits.  Rin kneed him in the mask to shut him up, his back falling onto the floor and his legs twisted to get out of their painful position.

The other two thugs had removed the shurikens and continued coming at Rin.  Teaming up, they timed their punches together.  Rin saw the punches coming, almost felt their anger as they came forward.  She knew what to do.  Bending down at her knees, leaning forward, she ducked their synchronized punches and straightened back up, her head rolling around her neck to keep clear of their forearms as they finished their swings.  Taking this immediate opening, Rin sent a fist to each of their Adam's apple.  Both men stumbled back, grasping at their throats.  A quick jump in the air and Rin popped out both of her legs, landing each foot on their heads kicking them back on their heads while she flipped backwards and landed in a crouch on the store counter.

From behind, the first thug had recovered from the blow to the back of his head, wielding one of the broken off shelves to whack Rin in the back.  She fell down from the counter, the shelf breaking in two as it connected to her back.  By now a ring of people had formed outside the shop's doors and were watching the brawl continue.  The first thug jumped over the counter and tackled Rin to the ground when she tried to get up.  His hands lifted above his head and formed tight fists, his veins showing against his skin.  Rin concentrated Raiton chakra through her body, shocking the man badly, his flesh burning to the first degree as he jumped off of her.

Flipping up off the floor with a quick flick of her body, Rin jumped over the shocked thug using his shoulders to propel her above him, flipping in the air as she did so and then slamming her feet down upon his head to buffer her landing.  His body slumped against the floor and she rolled away.  Three were down, one left.  She looked around for the last thug and couldn't find where he had gone.  Outside came a clamor as she saw the last one on the run.  Her eyes narrowed in frustration.  He wasn't going to get away so easily.

She dashed out after him, her footsteps pounding hard on the pavement while the man's labored steps barely got him past the crowd that had formed to watch the fight.  Pushing through the throng of people, Rin caught sight of him as he waddled, one hand holding his loins as he ran.  The pain from the splits earlier were still effecting him.  One quick throw of two shurikens to the man's legs brought him down.  Pouncing like a panther, Rin straddled his back and threw her open palms down at the back of the man's head just as he lifted it up, smacking it into the stone pavement and knocking him out.

Climbing off of the man, she turned to see the crowd cheer her for another act of kindness.  The shop was pretty bashed in from the fight, but the shop owner seemed happy enough that the men were dealt with.  Rin picked up her shurikens and went to tie the four men together to a street lamp.  All that was left to do was report this to the village police.
