Clan History: The Nishimura have been renowned for their medical prowess.  Their clan has provided the most doctors and medical ninja than any other clan.  For centuries they have been honing their medical talent so that they can be the best in the field.

They are also known for their offensive Medical Ninjutsu techniques.  Having studied the human body, viruses, bacteria, parasites, and all sorts of diseases, the Nishimura are the head clan when it comes to offensive Medical Ninjutsu.  Legend has it that they researched the medical field obsessively to the point that they lived and breathed medical knowledge.  Some stories even say that they could heal people by breathing on them.

Despite the stories, the Nishimura did become obsessed over Medical Ninjutsu.  The began dabbling in brain research, seeing how different chemical substances, hormones, and proteins affected the brain.  Through this the Nishimura became fancy to Genjutsu and its effects on the human mind.  Over several centuries of generations researching, studying, and experimenting with jutsu they learned that their chakra nature had unique abilities unlike other clans.  Thus, the legends became realities.

Kekkei Genkai Description: The Nishimura have the ability to manipulate and create chemicals from inside their bodies, being able to release these as odors from their breath and body, thus making their breath and body odor exude healing chemicals in the air.  They are known to create chakra-enhanced chemical substances from their mouth, as well as enhanced pheromones and cologne from their body.  Normally, they can make these chemical substances and pheromones just with their chakra, not needing elements but sometimes they use wind or water chakra to spread their jutsu through other physical states (gas, liquid).  Members of this clan can use Medical Ninjutsu of 1 rank higher than normally able (Genin can use B rank Med and so on) due to their dedication to medicine and their study of how their pheromones affect others.

Drawbacks:
- Because of their dedication to medicine and using their toxins for genjutsu, the Nishimura aren’t ones for close combat, thus they take .25 inches/1 degree of bruising more damage from Bukijutsu, or take +1 rank of Strength damage from Taijutsu.
- Can not learn any other elements and cannot take Special Characteristic: Hesitant (Element) [No 3rd or 4th elements].

Balancing wise, this looks fine to me.

Healing Breath needs a higher cooldown, bump that up to 4 posts.

I'd like to see more detail for Body Shield, because as it stands, you don't mention how it exactly functions (ie. do you cancel the jutsu when its launches/when it hits, etc.) Specify more detail in to that. I'll take another look at this when that's stated, as its a bit confusing to look at now, unless someone else takes over at that point.

For Body Shield, I'd like to see more limitations placed on it. As it stands, as an E-Rank jutsu, a genin would be able S-Rank jutsus (if I'm not mistaken). Even blocking A-ranks as a genin with a single jutsu should not be practically possible. Rather than have this ranked as an E-Rank technique, I see this working as a scaling jutsu. Also, blocking multiple jutsus should be limited, because as it currently is you can block an unlimited number as the chakra cost for blocking decreases each time its used.

Ohhhhhh my bad, messed up in editing that over from Word.  Body Shield is only able to block certain ranks due to their level:

The bolded parts show what I meant.  That only Genin could block up to C ranks, Chuunin up to B ranks, and so forth.  Sorry for the confusion.

I've knocked it down from 'multiple ninjutsu' to "up to three ninjutsu".  

Also, I had it changed from 'sustainable' to one post duration, so it wouldn't be able to block forever.  That was just bad thinking on my part.

I'm going to pipe in on the jutsus. Please scale these down to their basic forms (before the +2 is applied). This is how we do our jutsus, all bonuses in damage or healing power are added after the fact during the fight, but we app as its regular rank in order to show what it is in the case of you not having your bonus. That is my only gripe, otherwise this looks good~

(aka when using them in a fight you mention that with the +2 x effect is increased 2 ranks, so C rank damage becomes A rank damage)

This is all good now, if we're still allowing Body Shield. For the high chakra cost of it compared to normal defenses, it's fine, methinks.
