Uchiha Oshiki

D-rank
It had been a good few years since he had lost his sister, and that was the beginnings of Oshi's problems, but today was the first and last time that he would ever see her again hopefully. Of course, he had no idea about that in the morning as he received the brief of his most recent mission, nor as he ran through the fields of Konoha trying to get towards the location that he had received intel about did he know what he was inadvertently bringing upon his head. He had been hired to take out a missing-nin that had recently destroyed a windmill required for the livelihood of one of the small straggler villages that were spread around the outskirts of Konoha. The windmiill was required so they could mill the grain that they farmed from the local area, and without grain being milled they wouldn't have bread, and since this was one of the areas that Konoha traded with since there was little to no space for growing food within the city wall, this would not only damage the village itself but it would actually hurt Konoha, and beyond that might even hurt the fire nation as a whole if the economy was damaged. It wouldn't be enough to cause a famine thank god, but it would be enough to seriously screw up the economics for a little bit, and times like that were never nice to live through.

So, he had been told to go out and find out what bastard was responsible for doing something like this, and then he would have to take them out before they had the chance to take out another place of importance to the village. After that, he was asked to take care of the windmill, although he had no idea what he was supposed to do about it, he was stronger than most that was for damned sure but it was also sure that he didn't have any construction abilities. he was an assassin for god's sake, he was not a mason. Someone like Ukiyo would be good for a mission like this, as arrogant and anti-social as she was, but he would be about as much use as anyone else. Maybe they just needed extra capable hands, and didn't expect him  to do it all on his own. He hoped that was the answer as he continued to shoot through the countryside, heading to the area that the target had been seen most recently. If he was lucky, then he would still be in the area. If not, then this area would hopefully contain some key to helping them find where his new base is. Either way, this was the best hope for finding the bastard responsible.

As he continued moving, he noticed something... something strange. This was around the area that he had been warned about, the area that supposedly held a clue to the location of the terrorist, and so when someone came out of the bushes, Oshi threw himself behind a tree and hid, trying to avoid being located. If they found him, then he was going to be on the back-foot. So, there he was, looking out from behind the grass to see someone new come into the clearing. Someone new, and someone.... someone wrong. He remembered getting a million and one different descriptions from the people who had seen the terrorist, which had made it so much more difficult for anyone to actually help to track them down, but this body shape didn't match any of them. This one was small, almost child-like, and was clearly feminine from the small boobs that he could see under the outfit. Some of the people who had reported on her had mentioned that she was a woman, although an equal amount had said that it was a man, so he didn't know which to believe. He was going to have to wait to see who this person was.... or maybe not, as when she turned around he saw her face, his face turning white in shock.

This.... this was... her face was young as he had assumed, she looked around 11, and she had an innocent looking face, her hair long and black, with a few strands falling into her face. Her eyes were black as night, and... and... It was his sister. The sister that was stolen from him by her team-mate on her first mission, the one that had broken his heart and had awakened his first tomoe. This bastard was wearing her appearance like a suit. he didn't know who (s)he was  nor did he care, (s)he was going to die like a dog all the same. This was the same hot feeling in his head that he felt back in the carriage with the nobleman, the same one that he had gotten when he first met Ukiyo. Anyone who hurt the memories of his beloved family were inviting their own death. As such, abandoning stealth, he stood up out of his cover and ran towards the chaneling, (s)he was unable to react before his fist slammed her across the face, knocking her to the ground. (S)he looked up at the person that hit shim, and the face softened into one that was clearly upset. (s)he was feigning sadness.

"Onii-chan! Why are you being so mean?!?" The voice... it was the same.... He was seeing red, he wanted to break the bastard who had dared to mock his sister with their damned impersonation. He wanted to rip him into tiny little strips, to stop him from existing, to just end his pathetic heart's beating. He didn't know how the man knew that he was looking at his sister, he doubted that this genjutsu was specifically targeted at him, but.... That was it! This man had a genjutsu that must allow people to see someone they truly care about. Given a different situation, he might have been surprised that he saw Amare rather than his mother, his father or Irri. But, for now, he was too furious to think logically.

"My sister... is dead... I don't know who you are really, but you are NOT Amare!" His eyes closed for a second, before reopening with their sharingan active, as he saw through the bastard's illusion, seeing the true form for the first time. He was a young man... that was somehow worse. Diving on him, Oshi acted without caring for his training. The man was gifted with genjutsu, and his eyes saw through his every illusion, and that was his only trick. Oshi had another trick however - Taijutsu. Slamming his fist into the man's face over and over and over again, he heard the breaking of bone as the nose shattered, hot steaming blood pouring down over his face.

"FIGHT BACK YOU BASTARD!!!" Oshi cried in fury, his hand moving to the man's throat, cutting off his oxygen supply as the man squirmed like a fish out of water. By the time that he was finally able to calm down, the man was on the edge of death, his face deformed and misshapen by the hail of fists that had impacted upon it. Gritting his teeth, Oshi pressed the man's forehead, locking him into a genjutsu that would paralyze him. Seizing his chance to take him without any more of a fight, he slung him over his shoulder and moved off to Windmill fields. He had to go oversee a windmill, he didn't have any more time to punish this guy.

---
Windmill Fields, apparently, lived up to it's name. He had only been here for a few hours, the man having fallen unconscious by this point, as he watched the workers of the fields rebuild their windmill. He didn't know why he was being forced to just stand here and watch them do their job, he wasn't their boss and he didn't know the first thing about construction work, but apparently they wanted the person who had protected them to work as their overseer. He hadn't objected, the job was almost an honor and being kept busy would stop him being tempted to beat the scum the final bit to death, but he knew that the village would prefer this one alive. That was going to be a pain, since this guy would be able to manipulate everyone in the village the same way he had been. He hoped that whoever worked with this guy would be able to break the genjutsu like he had, because otherwise he might just break out again. A part of him, a dark and sadistic part that he wished didn't exist, kept whispering that that wouldn't be a problem if they killed him, the village wouldn't mind, he was a nuke-nin piece of shit, and he had already attacked the village. But, no, Oshi was still a good enough person that he could still control his primal urges. If he became a conscienceless killer, then he would be no better than the stereotype that people saw him as.
