1. Please follow all of these rules accordingly. Any violations from the rules may be sanctioned by the Administrators or the moderators of this site.

2. Please, refrain from posting one liners. Ideal post should be in detail, with about three paragraphs minimum, with three sentences each. If you are in a hurry, tell those who are you're RPing with that you can't post now, and may post later so you could have more time. In a private topic, if both or all parties agree, one-liners will be allowed. However, all those who are in said private topic must agree to allowing one-liners in that topic only.

3. Solo threads are possible, but please keep a two minute delay within your posts. Sanction: 1st: Warning, 2nd: 3 Day Suspension, 3rd: A week of Suspension.

4. All applications including characters / items / jutsu / etc which are pending for approval may not be used in threads that have been begun before they were approved. You may test them out on OOC threads, but any In character related posts are not allowed. Sanction: 1st: Warning, 2nd: 3 Day Suspension, 3rd: Ban.

5. Mild cursing/swearing is allowed on site, but please refrain from making your posts into a curse-fest. There are people who rather not expose themselves to such exceeding actions. Additionally, targetted swearing, or content that could be considered abuse, is still strictly not tolerated. Sanction: 1st: Warning, 2nd: 2 Day Suspension, 3rd: Ban.

6. Racial discrimination / sexual harassment or harassment is strictly not allowed on Narutosaga. Trolling or targeted insulting is also highly discouraged. 1st: 3 day suspension, 2nd: 1 week suspension, 3rd: Ban.

7. Please avoid having flame wars in the Chat box, Discord or on posts. Debates are fine, as long as no-one gets hurt. Also, no political talk like "The Bush Administration was great!". Any kind of flaming, even on spam threads are not allowed. Such things can be taken to DM's 1st: Warning, 2nd: 1 Week Suspension, 3rd: 1 Month Suspension.

8. No Godmodding / Powerplaying / Metagaming. This includes your character never getting tired during a fight, controlling another player's characters actions within your posts, using OOC knowledge to effect an IC action. 1st: Warning, 2nd: 1 Week Suspension, 3rd: 1 Month Suspension.

9. Respect the Administrators and Moderators.


1. Do not post in dead topics at all, unless you are already in it and you plan to revive it and finish it. If no one is there anymore, do not post in it.

2. While there is no thread or mission limit on Naruto-Saga, please keep in mind the personal timeline of your threads Ie. Which threads occur first and how that progression compares to other threads. That way, in a thread in which you may suffer horrendous injury, does not contradict a thread set afterward. Egregious contradictions of this will have the later threads voided by staff.

3. Follow the Posting Order of a topic. Unless someone has become inactive for over 2 weeks without contact, you cannot post in the wrong order. For example: Person 1 posts, Person 2 posts, Person 3 posts. It should continue this way for the rest of the topic.

The reason for this rule is so it doesn't turn into this: Person 1 posts, Person 2 posts, Person 3 posts. Person 1 posts, Person 3 posts, Person 2 posts, Person 3 posts. This would make it unfair to Persons 1 & 2 because Person 3 is getting more actions.

4. To use an item in a topic, you must have it: made, appraised, bought, have Ryo deducted, and finally, added to your locker. If it's not in your locker and you use it, you may either be disqualified in what you were doing, ignored, or even punished by a Mod/Admin.

5. Topic titles are not to be changed. This excludes from Open to Private since we won't know when certain things in RP will change. This also means that when a title says all of whom are to be in a topic, those are the only ones allowed. Despite the creator of the topic may want more people, this will not be allowed. Please keep this rule in mind, it is for the benefit of all and without it, the topic would contradict who's in it. After all, you wouldn't want someone barging in your private topic or anything like that.

6. Post your jutsu's either in a spoiler or code after your RP in competitive fights / PvP. This means at the bottom of your post.

7. Your username must be the same as your characters first name. Alias's will not be accepted. This makes it easier for admins / mods to find applications belonging to specific users.

8. A player may only have up to 4 active characters at a time. Additionally, a player cannot transfer items or ryo to or from an inactive character to any other character (their own or otherwise) unless the user has made another of their characters inactive, replacing them, and the formally inactive character has been active for at least 1 month. (Non item event prizes such as 'traits' cannot be transferred between characters at all.)

1. CHAT / DISCORD
   The Narutosaga chatbox, as well as the official Discord Servers, are both considered part of Narutosaga and follow the same rules. Please keep that in mind.
   
   
2. NO ADVERTISING
   No advertising in the chatbox. If you want to share your forum or whatever just go to the advertisement section. Signatures, images, PMs with advertisements are not allowed either.
   
   
3. SPOILER IMAGES
   It's really annoying when a members post images in the chatbox. It stretches out the chatbox and even break the scrolling bar for some people. This means no chatting till a mod enters the chatbox and clears the chatbox. So use spoilers when you're posting an image in the chatbox and warn members if the image is large.

4. NO SPAMMING:
   The chat box and discord is here so everyone can chat. If there are only two people in there, well, it's kind of impossible not to get wrapped up talking to each other. But don't get so intense with it that other people can't join in. That's obnoxious. You may end up getting a warning or a banned.
   
   
5. RESPECT EACH OTHER
   Respect each other. Discrimination will not be tolerated. Be it race, sex, sexual orientation, political views, religious beliefs or what have you. Leave it at the door when you come in to play. If you do this, a staff member will break it up, and there will be consequences.
   
   
6. DO NOT EXCLUDE OTHERS FROM THE CHAT
   This is a very inappropriate thing here on Saga. Excluding people from the chat is mean. Especially if they are new members here. Please refrain from doing so.
   
   
7. DON'T ARGUE
   If you’re having a problem with someone in the chatbox, take it to PM’s or IM’s. If you think something is unfair, bring it up with the admins. If that won't help, bring it up to the Mods / Admins.
   
   
8. DON'T ARGUE WITH STAFF
   If you have a problem with one of us, send us a PM. Don't make a public scene in the chat.
   
   
9. SPOILER LINKS
   Links of any form can potentially break the chatbox depending on their size. Even if they don't, unwieldy links popping up left and right can be annoying. Place any links you wish to share in spoiler tags.
   
   
10. Five Minute Rule: This is an important rule that must be followed with the same punishment as all the other normal rules. When a staff member enters the chat box no one is allowed to bug them with things like "Can you look at _____ app?" or ""[link] Can you look at that" for the first five minutes they are there. In addition no one can bug a staff member about applications and other things for the first five minutes the member is in the chat, this is to prevent people logging in to ask about or link an app and then log out, the punishment will still be handed out.
