Objective: With assistance from 2 other Special Jounin, deal with a foreign Jounin-rank Nuke-nin terrorizing the Land of Fire. Dead or alive, the target must be dealt with.
Location: Hi no Kuni border
Reward: 450 Ryo
Mission description: Link up with 2 other Special Jounin from Konohagakure near the border of Hi no Kuni. The other two have already done reconnaissance on the target over the past two days. They have summarized that he resides in the inn of a town called Kasai no Ejji (Fire's Edge). Regardless of how you approach the target Nuke-nin, you must kill or capture him.
Mission details: You are provided with two NPC Special Jounin to assist you in this mission. The first, being a Hyuga, in which you can use his Kekkei Genkai, the Byakugan, to locate your target. Secondly, a member of the Gekko clan who specializes in Kenjutsu. He is very skilled in close-range battle, just like the Hyuga.

General Appearance: Long, tied back, black hair; Fully white eyes, like all of the Hyuga clan; Lean physique; approximately 5’9” feet tall. Wears a black, long sleeve shirt under his Konoha vest. Wears long pants. Dark blue sandals. Dark blue forehead protector with Konoha insignia on the metal plating.
Personality: Doesn’t display a wide range of emotions. An emotionless, yet honorable figure while on missions. Off-duty, he is known as a nice person throughout the shinobi forces and by the citizens of Konoha. Whenever he’s within the village not on a mission, he can be seen smiling and looking joyous. A respected member of the Hyuga clan not only for prowess of sensory Ninjutsu and Taijutsu like the rest of his clan, but for his proficiency at Medical Ninjutsu and patching up allies in a rigorous conflict.
Motivations: His motivations in life are to serve his clan and his village. He wants to make his fellow clan members proud of his accomplishments. Chōkanzu also has a genuine motivation to help others in any situation where he can provide assistance. Whether it be an old lady needing help with groceries in the Market District, or a comrade who is losing blood in the midst of battle, Chōkanzu is the type of person to count on.
Fears: Spiders; Not being able to make his clan and those within Konohagakure proud of him.
Other: His techniques are very much like his clanmates, except for his proficiency at Medical Ninjutsu.

General Appearance: Tall (5’10), black hair; Black colored pupils.; Wears a short sleeve shirt under his Konoha vest; Wears his dark blue, Konoha headband around his upper left arm; Long, black pants; Dark blue sandals.
Personality: Very lazy in everything that he does. Can crack jokes from time to time, but mostly he complains about doing his duty as a shinobi.
Motivations: An unmotivated individual. He takes assignments that are given to him, yet whenever he speaks, it’s either somewhat constructive or him nagging about how boring the mission is. Feeling that it’s his duty to serve the village, he does his job day-to-day, even though he wishes he was at home sleeping and relaxing the day away.
Fears: Gaining a large amount of responsibility.
Other: Tōmin Gekko relies heavily on his Kenjutsu ability. Most likely he will never use any Ninjutsu, unless it’s a very dire situation.

Name: Jeido Sabaku (Name meaning Jade Desert)
Age: 16
General Appearance: A regular sized individual (5’5”); Dyed yellow-green hair; Black pupils; Sunagakure vest, with nothing under; Black shorts; Black sandals; Wears village headband around his neck. Also, he wears brown/maroon camouflage wrist and ankle .
Personality: Formerly a fun and lighthearted individual, after the death of his father and mother by shinobi of Iwagakure, his ideals changed to being a self-serving individual. Hearing of his parents dying for their shinobi village, he decided that his purpose in life was to preserve himself and only do actions to benefit himself. Defecting from the village, Jeido traveled to the border of Hi no Kuni to reside and live without interference from his former shinobi village. In his recent change of heart, Jeido’s perception of what was acceptable and unacceptable severely changed. To survive, instead of contributing to the town of Kasai no Ejji like a normal citizen, he decided to pillage the town and take what he wished, whenever he so chose. Becoming such a large problem, that certain citizens of the town hired Konoha shinobi to rid the town of their issue.
Motivations: Self-preservation.
Fears: Dying for a useless cause.
Other: Your target is a Jounin-rank Nuke-nin from the Land of Wind. He utilizes Kenjutsu, Taijutsu, and Ninjutsu with ease depending on the range between him and his opponent.

Description: Byakugan is a special eye trait limited to Hyuuga Clan members. When this Bloodline Limit is used a strain is forced around the eye below the temple towards the ears. There's a noticeable difference on the user's face: blood vessels appear to be pulsating through the skin. The user of this Bloodline Limit is capable of turning it on or off at will (after originally performing the hand seals). It appears as though its use has no negative physical effect on the user, but it is not known what kind of effect is placed on the eye after being used for a prolonged period of time.
When the user activates Byakugan, he/she gains exceptional vision. This new vision allows the user to view an opponents Chakra circulatory system. The user also has a field of vision, which is almost 360 degrees, minimizing the blind spot. In addition to this, the users range of vision can increase over a very long distance. The strength of this vision may depend on the ability of the user. The increase in range of vision complements the new field of vision. This allows the user to detect, without effort, any action within a 15m radius (the small blind spot is counted as an exception). The Byakugan user boasts an advantage in the field of close combat due to the vision and sense of nearby surroundings he/she has.
After activating Byakugan, the user can perform Jyuuken (Gentle Fist). The level of Jyuuken performed depends on the ability of the user and the strength of the user's Byakugan. A skilled Byakugan user may use Jyuuken to seek an opponents Chakra holes (Tenketsu) and attack the Chakra circulatory system directly by making then it target of a Jyuuken attack. A highly skilled Byakugan user is capable of damaging all of the opponents Chakra holes and potentially shutting down the opponents Chakra circulatory system.- A: This is the final stage most Hyuuga reach. At this point they see everything to the smallest detail, their eyesight with the Byakugan can finally see in more detail then the normal human eye, in addition to its special abilities. The user is capable of seeing through solid objects also improves greatly, although things still become increasingly distorted after looking through a few feet of solid matter.

Description: Thanks to the prior stages stressing speed and chackra control the user is now not only fast but precise. The practitioner is perfecting his ability to deal damage to the opponent using chakra, and is now capable of targeting tenketsu and having the chakra seek out the opponent's organs, muscles, and bones. This requires A-ranked Byakugan.

Description: Wind Release: Gale Palm is a technique where the user releases a powerful stream of wind against their opponent. To perform this technique the user merely has to slam the palms of their hands together, holding the pose for at least a second. They then break this pose and immediately thrust the palms of their hands towards the intended target. A powerful gale will fire out from the palms of both hands towards the intended target. On impact, this gale can send someone flying several metres, as well as shredding clothing and causing countless 2 cm deep cuts on exposed flesh. It can easily knock projectiles that clash into it aside, as well as increasing the speed and penetrative power of projectiles travelling within the stream, allowing the weapons to pierce roughly an inch deeper than normal.

Description: Shadow Doppelganger Technique creates up to 4 clones of the user. Unlike the regular Bunshin, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each one an equal fraction of the user's overall power. Because they are created this way, even the Sharingan and Byakugan can't distinguish them from the original. The user of this technique must form a hand sign to create the clones, they cannot form them simply by will. The clones will be created in roughly the same physical condition as the original [wounds and debuffs present on creation are copied over]; also, the user must equally divide their chakra among the clones, potentially using up all their chakra quickly if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed. They can also disperse on the user's whim. A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user. THE USER REGAINS THE CHAKRA THE CLONE HAD IF AND ONLY IF HE/SHE DISPERSES IT OF HIS/HER OWN WILL. TAKES A 1 POST PREP TO DISPERSE.
When you create a shadow clone, your chakra is divided among it/them. For example, let's say you're a Chuunin with max chakra. Your current chakra, 200, would be reduced by 20 for the cost of the jutsu; you want to make 4 clones, so your chakra is divided by 4. This gives each clone a 1/4th of your chakra. So, each clone would have 45 chakra. Being that they are shadow clones, they are each able to perform jutsu themselves; they have their own separate chakra pool, and also follow their own cooldowns for jutsu. Each Shadow Clone has a reserve of stamina; their individual chakra is reduced by an amount appropriate amount to the damage done (E-10, D-15, C-20, B-25, A-30, S-35). The clone automatically disperses when it runs out of chakra, or when hit by any attack that can cause a noteworthy level of physical damage [second/third degree burns, broken bones, stab wounds, etc] If the original uses a technique before creating the shadow clones, the remaining cooldown on the technique applies to all clones created.

Description: The user takes a deep breath and spins in the direction of their target while exhaling, compressing the released air into a solitary blade of wind that is 6 inches in width. The resulting sharpened blast is large enough to cause grievous injuries to those at even the outer edges of the jutsu's radius. Description: Wind Release: Dust Storm Technique is a technique that expels a stream of high-velocity wind and dust particles to destroy everything that's caught in it's path. To perform this technique, the user must form the Horse, Monkey and Bird hand signs, then overlap their hands in-front of their mouth. They then breathe a potent stream of chakra through their hands, causing it to fire out in a beam of wind and dust. Even the briefest of contact with this attack will cause incredibly deep lacerations, and is capable of removing limbs. If caught directly inside it without protection, the victim would be rendered nothing more than a red mist. Unlike most Fūton techniques, this attack can be seen as a rapidly moving dark grey field, due to the heavy dust particle content inside it. The attack itself is relatively concentrated, being about as wide as the user's shoulders and as tall as their head.

Description: A stronger version of the Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere technique. The user compresses the entirety of the large breath they take in, and expel it in the form of one large (5m diameter) sphere. Anyone caught inside it is nearly completely dismembered; a grazing blow could easily take off a limb. It does not explode on impact, but rather keeps going, shredding all that it comes into contact with.
