He succumbed his knuckles with a ludicrous smirk, he grinned merrily, Idari had never felt so overjoyed since his birth. It was only a few weeks before he got promoted to Chuunin, thus, contributing him higher ranking missions and hopefully more money. Getting promoted was very wondrous, he'd become more powerful and more known in the Village Hidden In the Leaf. And plus, he would not be contrived in waiting for the exams, had he not been hardworking.

Whatsoever, today's mission was assisting a crew in cleansing the cargo of their vessel, it was not difficult. He just needed some physical strength and he would be done in only a few. But had he been capable of learning the Shadow Clone Jutsu technique, he would have finished it in no time.

The clones could have grown another cruise of Idari's, and would hopefully abolish the time he would spend alone in unloading the crates like a piece of cake. But however, he couldn't learn it right now, it was still above his adequacy and was physically impossible to learn at his current rank. His mission patron was some old captain, almost into his 40's, he was the captain of the ship; obviously. Idari scrambled himself to the docks, as sprung with his speed, the ground would slightly quirk as he passed. Secluded away, stood a very lanky, bulky, man.

Obviously, he was the captain, unless he was one of the brawlers Konoha had originated. The sprinting Genin came around to a halt, sliding his sandals and creating dust as he accelerated in ceasing motion. Completely correctly, his foot halted just by the man's, who's foot makes a hundred of Idari's. He was incredibly huge, and tall, he only gave Idari a dirty eye before looking on at his crew, they were all unloading the crates.

"Ya're late."

Nagi was always one for punctuality, but he was not given this mission until ten minutes ago! He was expected to make it to the docks in five minutes? No chance! He wasn't nearly fast enough to make it in that time, at least not yet! He knew that in time, five minutes would be more than enough! He smirked as he puffed up his chest a bit, still sprinting towards the docks.

'Oh, man. This Captain guy isn't gonna be happy that I'm so late!' Nagi thought to himself, getting kind of nervous. But hey! This guy was asking for the help! Not Nagi! He'll take what he get's and like it! Or so Nagi thought. The wind blew through his hair, causing it to dance a bit. He certainly wouldn't have his perfectly laid down hairdo when he stopped. There were more important things to worry about.

He could see the dock in the distance, though he knew that he was late, there didn't appear to be much going on. There was a tall, gruff looking man standing at the front of the dock. Nagi wasn't going to unload this on his own was he? Great, this is gonna be more hard than he thought.

A few short seconds after he had the thought, men came out of the hull of the ship carrying boxes. Nagi sighed in relief. 'Good, I don't want this big guy barking at me all day.' Nagi smiled. They definitely didn't look like Shinobi. No, they looked like pirates. Nagi's eyes shifted, wondering if they stole the cargo. Though he quickly shook his head. He wouldn't be sent to help a known pirate, that'd be ridiculous. Nagi tried to shake it off.

As he got closer, another Shinobi did show up. He was clearly not part of the crew, he looked too hygienic. He looked older than Nagi, but that wasn't saying much. Nagi looked only about thirteen or fourteen. This man looked easily in his twenties, with his spiky black hair and fair-skin, he looked like an alright guy. Nagi wouldn't mind working with him.

Nag slid to a halt, just behind the fellow Shinobi and slowly stepped forward to join his side. He smiled and rubbed the back of his head before bowing. Then the man's gruff voice broke the silence.

"Ya're late too, boths of ya, get to work!"

Resembled by a younger shinobi, he merely arrived after Idari's withdrawal, and clearly was his mission companion. The age, the look, the characteristics, his respect; they all just can't fit a crewman. The individual was young, indeed; but something about him was peculiar, something special, he was very similar to Idari in many ways. As Idari drifted through his minds full of thoughts, the pale haired juvenile bowed without spitting a word. The young man had a smile cross his mouth, he bowed as well, respectively.

"What's your name?" Idari examined his physical lineament, he was at least two years younger than Idari, but he would be pretty much useful when it comes to placing a full crate on your back. Which was the whole point of standing where he is now, Idari hastily went by the crew and began occupying the crates, it was more than physically impossible to hold two at a time, he even groaned in his sweat as he unloaded the fifth crate, they were full, of what? Perhaps household items, fish, food supplies, anything. And he didn't really possess that much time to ask, he needed to finish the job by noon, or else he won't be having Ramen.

The thought of it made him daydream a heap, he could even imagine the warm aroma, the scent, the attractive sight.....

"WHAT'RE YA DOIN'?! GET TO WORK YA SCUMBAG!"

Idari practically jumped a meter high, the captain's voice was incredibly near his ears and it extremely silent, on top of that, the captain had a bull's vocal chord, or he was simply raised shouting. Honestly, he didn't care about it much, he would go on chuckling as he raced for the remaining crates. The speechless fella was about, unloading the cargo and helping Idari finish it soon. He was very helpful, his help could be crucial in higher missions; but that would be likely far from currently.

He was done, as he stretched his arms upwards in a cheerful manner; grinning with great pleasure. He gestured the "thumbs up" for his new companion, winking his left eye before spurted his foot miles toward the Hokage mansion.

The captain's voice commanded the crew sternly. This was certainly a man whom was used to yelling, and was likely surrounded by it in his early childhood. Nagi pitied him in that regard, but that did not take away from the fact that he was here to work! Nagi quickly leaped onto the deck and raced into the hull of the ship to begin unloading boxes. His face stern, but content, he made quick work of these boxes that seemed to be heavier for the crew than they were for the two Shinobi. Nagi thought about how foolish they must feel.

'I'll have to let this other Ninja know I can't speak. I don't want him to think I'm not talking to him intentionally.' Nagi fretted as he was sure that the other boy had begun to grow suspicious. He shrugged, not seeing how exactly he could do anything about it at the moment. He simply continued helping in as quick of a pace as possible. After all, it was almost lunch time, and Nagi'd been in such a hurry to get here that he'd not had breakfast! His stomach rumbled as he thought about it, as if on cue. He ignored it, being strong-willed enough not to let it distract him.

In no time at all, he and the other Shinobi had emptied the hull of the ship of all cargo. Nagi smiled again and bowed politely, thanking him for the opportunity to work. Nagi saw that other Shinobi take off, and so he did the same. It looks like he'd have to introduce himself at another point. Perhaps the other boy was hungry too. He shrugged with another rumble coming from his stomach, he sprinted off for the nearest Ramen spot. With any luck, this would be the first of many jobs he would take on.
