The day was fair and the wind shook the window shutters that were attached outside of the Senju's bedroom window causing him to awake from his slumber an hour before his usual internal alarm clock. He sighed at the shutters and shut them before returning to his bed. The damage was already done though as his body did not seem to want to go back into his temporary hibernation. It was still the early hours of the morning when Sousetsu finally decided to get out of bed and into the washroom to tend to his face and teeth. He bathed in the warm shower before drying himself off with a towel and making his way to his wardrobe and fitting himself with his usual attire. He soon made his way downstairs to break into his original routine of his morning meal to help him to have a good start to the day.

His clothes consisted of armour emblazoned with the Senju symbol worn over a simple black jumpsuit, with a distinctive white fur collar. This armour which was constructed from numerous blue metal plates, formed into multiple protective guards along his body, in particular: chest, waist, shoulders and upper arms. A quick look in the hallway mirror soon cleared that up as he straightened himself to look more presentable to the public and more formal for the mission holders to which he would soon meet. Today he would take it upon himself to go to the Hokage office and choose another mission to pass the time and get a little extra money on the side as well as having another mission down on his character profile, which is always a plus in his eyes.

The loud thuds at his door banged as Sousetsu was finishing up his breakfast consisting of toast and a side of apple juice to wash it down. The door continued to band with hastening beats, giving off a frantic feeling towards Sousetsu. He opened the door with a much confused expression on his face. Why on earth would anyone call at this hour? His curiosity got the better of him of course which is why he stood before a young boy. The boy was familiar. Maybe, he just had that face that was quite common? Maybe Sousetsu had seen him at the park or at the markets along with a parent on his many trips? But it soon struck him that this boy was a Sarutobi clan member. The boy was catching his breath, giving off a gesture for the Senju to wait for his body to return to its normal functions. Instead of waiting, the boy reached into his pouch and pulled out a sheet of paper and handed it to Sousetsu as he returned to placing his hands on his knees and catching his breath before trying to speak to him directly.

The Senju opened the parchment and read through details it contained, quite shocked at what had happened. 'Senju, Sousetsu. A Sarutobi Genin accidentally set flames to a building inside the Sarutobi compound while practicing a new Katon based Jutsu. These flames quickly spread across a small section of the compound, these fires must be put out before they spread across the entire compound and turn the prestigious clan’s home into ruinous ash. Help him put out the flames before they destroy the entirety of the Sarutobi compound!' Sousetsu folded up the parchment and placed it in his own pouch before nodding to the child and locking the door behind him on his way out. The boy had obviously rushed his way to Sousetsu's house which is why he needed to catch his breath. He dashed towards the compound where smoke could be seen within the distance. Frantic people were yelling across to one another as they hurried to empty the compound of any who occupied the area for a safe evacuation. He looked around him upon his arrival and noticed a well nearby.

The Senju used his water clone technique to summon five clones of himself and ordered them to collect water from the well and to help others evacuate the area. Sousetsu himself, used his 'Wild Water Wave' technique to do his best in extinguishing the fires from as close to the flames as he could get to. The fire was spreading slowly but steadily. The technique Sousetsu had used was doing its part but the flames had already spread farther for this technique to prove more useful and extinguish completely. The clones had finished helping gathering the people to safety before helping the other two clones with the buckets of water from the well that was built nearby. A Sarutobi genin had done this much damage in such short a time. It was quite impressive despite the circumstance that they all now found themselves in. As Sousetsu's ability began to wear off and only half of the area affected by the fire was doused, he immediately ran to accompany his clones.

The six of them scurried back and forth to the well, it was almost like a comedic sketch of seeing one person moving really fast. Any who stumbled upon was sure to think so if they had a creative mind of course. But this was not the time for jokes. This building was badly affected by the flames leaving black to stain the tiles and the wood of the compound. The fire was surely beginning to dim down and the crowd was already beginning to cheer for the job well done so far, but all that ran through the young Senju's mind was how severe the punishment would be for the boy who had caused this. Sure, it was not his fault. He did not do this intentionally and would not want to harm his fellow clan members but he did not know how the others would react for this rather dangerous attempt of practicing. On the other hand, they should have been supervised so the elders could be the ones to blame. After the flames had been doused, Sousetsu returned to the crowd and formally bowed to the elders. He also mentioned that they were not to blame the boy who had caused this but merely look after him and try to hone his abilities. Before long, Sousetsu made his way to the hokage's office and handed in his mission for another job well done and another mission under his belt. The good news was that he had the rest of the day to himself.
