Ah....Zen finally had gotten some free time again. He went off to his favorite place when he had nothing to do...the hot springs. The young Kyouga always went at around 5 pm, because by then the daily rush had passed, and the springs were near closing. They always let people stay after hours, though, which was very thoughtful of them.

After paying the small amount of ryo to get in, he went to the locker room, and made sure his belongings were secure. Then, he entered one of the springs rooms--they had expanded, there were quite a few now--and immediately was happier as he felt the moist air on his skin. Not really steam, just humidity. Like all of the pools of spring water, this one was crystal-clear, and one could see all the way to the bottom. For now, Zen just stood there, taking in the intrinsically soothing air.

Shibirin's day had been a long one. He hadn't done anything else than missions, missions and more missions. He had decided that it was time for him to relax a bit. The last time he relaxed, he was interrupted, but he was happy he got interrupted, becuase it lead him to meeting the new Tsuchikage. Today, he wanted to go to some place more, peaceful and less crowded. He chose to go to the hotsprings.

Upon arriving at the springs, he made sure he went to the lockers there, to lock up his three katana, before he made his way towards one of the hot pools. He found one that was occupied by one other guy and he didn't really know his way around the place, so he decided to head on over towards him, as he might know how things are run around the hotsprings. "Hello there. My name's Shibirin and i'm kinda new here. Do we just leave our stuff at the lockers, then come here and pick them up later?" he asked the guy.

Ah, another person. A little rare to have seen another person here, at this hour. Even more so that he chose this springs room out of all the others. A...new person? Zen was okay with showing him the ropes. He turned around to face the young man, who looked around his---well, biological---age.

"Ah, hello. I'm Zen....yes, you can leave everything you bring with you in your locker, they don't touch anything. Wouldn't be nice if you came back and your locker was empty, mm?"

He headed over to a smaller, enclosed area, akin to a steam room or sauna. Lucky him...his towel caught on a rock that jutted from the doorway, and he tripped into the small room. He broke his fall on his hands, though, so all was okay. Then, he threw some water on the hot rocks, and closed the door. Man, it was dark when he did that; he could see across the room, but things were cast in shadows...but it felt nice, the steam.

Shibirin was relieved that no one would take his swords whilst he relaxed, though he kept his suspisions up, just incase. The guy had introduced himself as Zen: Shibirin felt that this was an odd name to have, but then again so was his. He saw the guy stand up. He feared he might've been in his way, so he took a small step backwards to give him that extra room.

The guy seemed to have been headed towards one of the smaller, enclosed areas, when he trip and fell over because his towel had been caught on somehting. Luckily, it didn't seem to come off: that would've been awkward. "Ahh, are you ok there?" he asked the guy, generally trying to be nice. To be honest, Shibirin hated it when people did that: see you get hurt then ask you if you're ok. It's so annoying because they expect you to answer that, even when you're screaming your lungs out, crying in pain.

Ugh....now his hands stung. It wasn't that much of a problem, though; it felt nice in the room. He left the door open a little bit, so he heard Shibirin's question. "Mhm, I'm fine. Just a little abrasion. Join me in here, if you like, the steam feels very nice."

He sat in the most shadowy part of the room, and set his towel on the stone bench. It was burning-hot; one had to be careful, the steam had heated it up very much. Also, his eyes needed a break; he couldn't bring his glasses in here, so he had gotten a bit of a headache from reading the regulations. He sprawled out, loving the relaxation-time.

Shibirin was glad the guy was ok. The last thing he needed was to have to go back out the hot springs and transport a certain person to hospital because he tripped and fell. The guy had also offered for Shibirin to come in the room aswell. Shibirin wondered for a second, if he'd be bothering the guy or not. Maybe this guy had come all the way here from his busy life of doing whatever, to relax at the hotsprings and Shibirin would just stess im even further, but if the guy hd offered, he couldn't say no. "Ahh, sure" he said, right before entering the room with the guy and sitting down at one of the benches.

Hmm. Company....

Zen closed the door to limit the amount of light in there; his eyes sort of hurt, still. The top vent to let the excess steam out still gave a good amount of light, enough to see Shibirin's face.

He didn't really like sitting in the corner for darkness, that's why he closed the door;h e noticed that the itss closing opened a vent above them. It actually let more light in than the door; it distributed it more evenly, though. So, the fact that it lit the room better, but without being hard on Zen's eyes was nice. Also, it seemed to be way hotter in that corner than anywhere else. Hey, good a time as any; Zen picked up his towel and set it right where he was going to sit. Away from the corner, of course, meant to Shibirin; there wasn't very much space in the room, so he tried not to move so much. He turned to Shibirin, and spoke. "So....haven't seen you around before. Have I just been overlooking you all this time, or...?" After Shibirin's response, Zen would sprawl again, now beginning to perspire from the heat.

Shibirin heard the guy ask him a question. Now taking a seat down on one of the only benches in the crammed up space, he attempted to answer the question in the most clear way possible. "Ahh, i defected from Sunagakure and took refugee here, in Iw. I was let in before Arashi got the title Tsuchikage, by Dengen" he said to the guy. Some part of him had told him to lie, but Shibirin wasn't much of a liar. Eventually, the lies would build up, until he needed an almost impossible lie to use.

Oh....He left a hidden village for Iwa? It's not like they were a tourist destination....Zen wondered just what was wrong with Hidden Sand that made him come here...Although, it was Dengen that accepted him. While he was wise on many things, global politics did not seem to be one of them. Nothing they could do to change that now, though....

"Oh. Well, I hope you find it nice in Iwa."

The guy seemed nicer than Shibirin had expected. He felt as if the guy was gonna treat him as an outsider, becuase he had been allowed in by the former Tsuchikage and not the new one. The guy seemed to be different than what Shibirin had thought of him in his head, though maybe this was to preserve what was left of Shibirin's dignity. "Yes, i am liking it here quite a lot. Lots of people to talk to, many places to visit and wonderful weather, though i still kinda miss the good old Sunagakure heat and the occasional sand storms, that's what makes us unique the most" Shibirin spoke, not trying to sound like a complete traitor to the village.

Hmmm....Zen wondered, then, if he missed the Hidden Sand as his words dictated....why did he leave? Ehh. Best not to be nosy... "I see....well, I hope Iwa treats you well in the future. I have to go now...I have an appointment with Arashi. See you later, hopefully."

Zen stood up, and walked out of the steam-room. He promptly took a small dip in the hot springs, and then went into the locker room. His hands were still wet...so he had to fidget with the lock quite a bit for it to open. After about five minutes of doing this, he was already air-dried, and slipped on his clothes. Within a short time, he was his same, anonymous, black-cloaked self.

The guy was leaving so soon? Shibirin went back to the thought that he was taking up some of the guy's value time. He almost concluded his thoughts with that assumption, but changed his mind when he explain it was to see the Tsuchikage. "Ok, seeyuh later and thanks" he said to the guy, waving towards him as he left the room. Shibirin would also leave very soon, for it was time to get back to doing missions.
