MAJOR MECHANICS

COOLDOWNS/DURATIONS

- Cooldowns removed.
- Durations standardized as min/mid/max values. Defaults to 1 post as min.
- Techniques can now be cast in succession without cooldown, but require activation cost to be paid for each cast.

VALUE CHANGES

DAMAGE

- Damage table given missing mid-range values.
- Tissue Damage min changed to 'sunburn' and max increased to 'moderate 1st'.
- Blunt Damage buffed slightly at lower ranks.

SPEED

- Overall buffs.
- Mid-values defined.

RANGE

- Overall buffs.
- Mid-values defined.

STATS

- Overall buffs.
- D-Rank techniques can now bestow stat buffs/debuffs.
- Mid-values defined.

DEFENSIVE

- Defensive values nerfed.
- Defensive techniques now have two options: One technique overall of up to 1 rank higher, or two techniques of equal rank.

SENSORY

- Specific number of descriptors per-rank defined.
- Sensory interaction with stealth techniques defined. (Descriptor dependent)
- Sensory techniques defined to automatically beat equal-rank stealth techniques.

STEALTH

- Specific number of descriptors per-rank defined.
- 'Natural' and 'Supernatural' senses defined.

PROJECTILES

- Multiple-projectile techniques are now a max effect/value.
- Projectile size standardized using a formula (# of projectiles divided by radius).

HEALING TECHNIQUES

- Healing values brought in-line with defensive values.
- Alternative degrees of healing defined.

CHAKRA DRAIN

- Chakra Drain effects defined.
- Chakra Bleed effects defined.

EFFECTS

- Mid and Max Effects/Values defined.
- Effects unlocked per rank defined.

HAND SEALS

- Hand seals and technique activation requirements standardized.

NINJA ABILITIES

- Ninja Abilities added.
- Ninja abilities are automatically gained through ranking up. One at C-Rank (cosmetic) and one at A-Rank(minimum values).
