I'm confused as to whether Remote Ping is an external or internal genjutsu. You can create the ping as you please with external genjutsu, without requiring a trigger (though the bell would serve in place of hand seals just fine).

Cacophony has a speed between the listed values in the Guidelines. Perhaps changing the description to 'damaging an area the size of an average human torso' would be better, so that you can hit people whose torsos are not inside the radius.

Melodic Binding is fine as below.

Can Fine-Tuned Frequency detect people that are using muffling-type stealth techniques, or do the sound waves strip away stealth jutsu for all onlookers somehow?

All your ranges and speeds are quite low - please review the Guidelines to increase them to standards. I don't wanna have you with underpowered jutsu!

Cacophony and Melodic Binding only need one drawback - the chakra cost is ineffective once you have a Max Effect added by the catalyst drawbacks.

Detail how Fine-Tuned Frequency lets you see through stealth. Does it dispel it on those that have it active? If it's meant to be a sensory jutsu, follow the sensory rules.
