A more realistic group of high ranking missions that Kiri and people within the nation would contract people to do. Some of them are left with some open ended things, just so that when repeated, every mission isn't exactly the same and there can be some variation.
Mission name: Urgent! Save the Ninja!
Mission rank: A
Objective: Save the Ninja
Location: Any
Reward: 1000 Ryo
Mission Description: [Repeatable]
Due to a catastrophic error or radical upcoming, ninja in the country are in danger on their daily tasks. A group of high ranking mercenaries are en route to intercept and potentially overwhelm ninja in their current situation. The group is large in number and moving quickly. Quick! Intercept and eliminate this threat!
Mission Details: A group of 15 non-ninja opponents of varying ranks and strengths between C and B with X-1 stats equal to their own rank and B rank bukijutsu will enter the thread, however, leading the group are thee A rank ninja with A-2 Stats as well as S rank Nin and bukijutsu as well as S rank Suiton and Fuuton. They each carry a single standard S rank weapon and an assortment of A rank blades and ammunition such as kunai, flash bombs and threads.

Objective: Confront the Missing Ninja!
Location: Any
Reward: 2000 Ryo
Mission Description:
A scout has identified a criminal/ missing ninja somewhere within the country, though there have been attempts to accost the missing ninja, they have all ended in objective failure and possible losses. Deal with the missing ninja and end this farce!
Mission Details: Upon entering the area, the undertaker will come face to face with the missing ninja who has an equivalent to S-2 tier stats across the board as well as SS rank Bukijutsu and ninjutsu and S rank in one other spec as well as 3 elements of similar ranks. he have all library and academy jutsu they would be able to use and also several other canon jutsu also. He has a single SS rank weapon as well as 2 S rank weapons and armour before finally having a wide array of A rank equipment, throwing weapons, ammunition, wire, explosives and flash bombs. While the mission does not require the killing of the opponent, they must be removed in some way.

Mission Description: [Repeatable]
Even the most advanced men in the country require training, the Kage office has received for high ranking ninja to be privately tutor individuals within the ANBU / Hunter Ninja / Sp Jounin or higher schools in advanced skills, high ranking jutsu, specializations etcetera to keep their skills sharp. You’ve been hired by the countries' advanced ninja special divisions to instruct the recipient(s) and advance their knowledge so that they may better protect the village including taking them through at least one rigorous training exercise.
Mission Details: Training high ranking ninja is not something many people think about, though it is a fact of ninja life that even those who have reached the top are still in need of learning. The task requires that a ninja be trained so that they may better protect the village they serve in with at least one extreme and potentially dangerous advanced live combat training exercise; which could be taking part in mock practical mission of some kind involving at least 5 ninja assuming the guise of A rank generic NPC's made to appear as enemy soldiers and/or 1 S rank opponent potentially leading them. This mission is dangerous and a step in the wrong direction 'can' be lethal.
Sharpen the blades that keep us safe, and they will strike true when they are needed.
